Beautiful Art Lovers Apartment

The location is great. The apartment is very modern, tastefully done within an old, beautiful building with lots of character. There are lots of places and eateries within walking distance. Handy for the train station too. Only 20 mins drive to some lovely beaches. The host was helpful with accessing parking for us. Welcome bottle of wine and water was a lovely gesture. Good wi-fi and extensive T.V. channels.

The room wasn't ready when we arrived. The main bedding was marked and the quilt too hot. The balconies are very small so you can't really sit out on them. We didn't know the market hall opposite was being renovated so it was closed (I had chosen the location specifically for this market) and there was a lot of building works and traffic, but it should be finished soon. The parking is not easy at all. Not enough bowls or mugs, only 2 for 2/3 people.

As all previous reviews state, this is a beautiful apartment and Gloria works tirelessly to make sure visitors get the best experience, along with Reynald who communicated brilliantly before and during our stay, offering lots of restaurant suggestions as well as places to visit. It is great that the market opposite is being restored but that does generate some building noise at the moment. The bedroom is at the back so it is not a problem and my husband enjoyed watching the work being done before we went out for the day.! There is so much to do and see! Our favourite was the cathedral and they have created a lovely walkway down to the Ponte Vieux and along the river to the canal du Midi and the 9 Locks. Another favourite was Allées Paul Riquet and the Poets Garden. There is a lot of art work to see and not just the great pieces in the apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this lovely city and look forward to returning.

De communicatie was op dag één en bij vertrek niet beantwoord maar gelukkig was de host toen we aankwamen aanwezig op de lokatie Gelukkig dus geen probleem.

We had an incredibly comfortable stay during our time in Béziers. Gloria was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with. The location was amazing! The size and layout was perfect.

Die Bezeichnung des Apartments ist absolut zutreffend, denn wenn man Kunst mag und ein aussergewöhnliches Interieur bevorzugt, ist man hier am richtigen Ort. Fast alles in dieser Unterkunft ist exklusiv, bestückt mit vielen wunderbaren Details. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert und bei der Schlüsselübergabe hat die Gastgeberin eine grosse Gastfreundschaft vermittelt. Für uns war es ein perfekter Ort, um Bézier und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Raumeinteilung ist für eine Stadtwohnung äusserst grosszügig gestaltet und der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist rasch zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Markthalle vis-à-vis war während unseres Aufenthalts im Umbau, was für uns ein weiteres Highlight gewesen wäre, diese so Nahe vorzufinden.

Beautiful accommodation. Well appointed and in pristine condition. Great location. Short walking distance to local restaurants, shops, bars and cafes.

Had a lovely stay. Very nice apartment. Gloria was really nice and friendly host. I'd stay again. Two unexpected things to note. Firstly, I'm not sure what "Travelnest" did - I had to communicate with the hosts by email or phone and was told by Travelnest not to use the Airbnb app (though the hosts themselves were good at communicating). Secondly, a €200 deposit was taken at check-in. Deposit was returned okay, but (1) this wasn't obvious from the Airbnb listing and (2) it meant we had to coordinate with the hosts to check out, not just check in (to get our cash back!)

The property is in one of the best locations you could hope for in Beziers. It is absolutely opposite Les Halles - the covered market which is currently being renovated - but this did not impact our stay. It was easy walking distance to everything and the apartment is immaculate. It is beautifully decorated and everything was spotless.

We did have a small issue regarding a security deposit on arrival but Gloria sorted it out for us and was great - even helping us to find the car park - she provides a free parking place nearby - this worked very well for us. But best to check the small print if you book via booking.com as a security deposit may be necessary.

Reynauld and Gloria are always very nice and friendly. We stayd there for second time and the appartment was even better than first time with a airco n the bedroom, new silent fridge. As usual the owners offer us a bottle of wine. Wifi is excellent. The beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is provided with all appliances. Decoration and furniture are fantastic. They also provide a card for a reserved parking.

Absolutely beautifully restored and decorated apartment smack bang in the center of Beziers. The owners were fantastic and had kitted out the apartment amazingly. great art on all the walls and eye for detail. Very friendly and helpful, very comfortable, beautiful stay!

Apartment is bright and in a convenient location ,across from a market.

Absolutely horrible space to stay. After my mom had an allergic reaction ( runny nose , itchy eyes and a persistent cough) she had to seek medical help. My mom needed a prescription for a bronchodilator . We had to examine the apt for any irritants since symptoms were felt only in the apartment. We found cat hair in the rug. The host is nasty and only friendly upon arrival. Towels were very worn out. She does not even provide one plastic bag for the several minuscule garbage cans. Apparently it is “not her responsibility” as stated to us. When we called the host to notify her of the toilet running water , she came up promptly to fix it. After she left we noticed that the seat was loose and didn’t think much of it since it is a minor issue which only requires a slight tightening. She Purposely demands only cash for deposit upon arrival. She kept our 200€ deposit because the toilet seat slipped off the screw and had to be tightened. When asked for deposit refund, she refused. The host started screaming and carrying on. All in all she stole our deposit money. Our much anticipated getaway turned into a very unpleasant experience.

This is a beautiful apartment in the centre of Béziers, great designer features with old world charm. The hosts were fantastically accommodating and delightful to deal with. I definitely recommend

On ne peut pas dire que nous n'avons pas apprécié ! C'est juste qq remarques ! Chasse d'eau très sensible qui tombe facilement en panne obligé de faire appel à Gloria ( une affiche précise qu'il faut appuyer doucement mais pas évident ). Dans la sdb il manque de quoi poser ses affaires ! Peut-être installer 2 panthères. Dernier point dans l'annonce il n'est pas indiqué que cet appartement est au deuxième étage et surtout sans ascenseur ! Compliqué si on arrive sur le lieu et ne pas pouvoir monter.

Our daughter lives in Beziers and she collected the keys the day before.

Towels and plates were in short supply. There was just one set of towels for two adults with separate showers and just four plates of each size. Cups were also few in number. These were minor issues that would be easily remedied and we would definitely stay there again.

This apartment was simply beautiful and filled with interesting and engaging artwork. Very spacious and wonderfully renovated. It immediately felt like home after a long day of travel. Very comfortable beds and couch. Lovely hosts who went out of their way to ensure we had a place to eat dinner as we were arriving late on a public holiday. The apartment is very well-located - in the center of town and right across from the city market which is filled with delicious things to try. Highly recommend!

Nothing the hosts could do - beautiful home, location, amenities. Because it’s winter many restaurants closed but that’s OK.

Didn't realise there was a €200 deposit until after the booking and after the owners had been in touch directly. This wasn't much of an issue, however it was a bit of a surprise the booking.com information didn't include this in the booking information.

Non aveva aria condizionata e faceva molto caldo, la ventola della stanza da letto rumorosa, il proprietario molto gentile ci ha fatto trovare un ventilatore. Una nota negativa è stato trovare nel frigorifero marmellate, salsine, vasetti già aperti dagli ospiti precedenti, forse è meglio buttare e svuotare il frigorifero. Un po' macchinoso il funzionamento della doccia, servono spiegazioni

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Beziers, the apartment is in a brilliant location, you can walk almost everywhere. The apartment is bright and spacious with all the mod-cons. Both Reynald and Gloria are outstanding hosts and made our stay so much more enjoyable. This is a little gem!

Liked the Parking card. The location was great. Living room was very comfy to watch late night movies.

Airco woud have been great bc the temperature outside was 38 so inside was 30 which was a bit too much even with ceiling fans.

this is the most beautiful holiday apartment I have stayed in. bright and spacious great kitchen equipment, although we ate out both nights. just stay here. i would definitely come back

Très bel appartement situé en plein cœur de Béziers. Situation idéale. Très bien équipé et très confortable. Très bon accueil également.

The apartment is in the perfect location for the market halls (directly opposite), and many wonderful restaurants and bars. It is very comfortable and modern without losing the French charm of the building and location. Host was very friendly, was easily contactable during our stay and gave us a few recommendations for restaurants and bars that we may not have thought of going to but found most enjoyable.

The location of the toilet is somewhat unusual and could perhaps do with having some sort of latch on it. Not a dislike but perhaps a recommendation would be to provide a folder of information, to include things like; how to operate the washing machine, the Bose sound system, Wi-Fi, ceiling fan, taxi numbers, bus routes etc.
