Die Lage war für uns optimal, 2 Minuten zum Strand und ein warmer Whirlpool zum entspannen am Abend war super. Dieser hat anfänglich nicht funktioniert, William hat sich sofort darum gekümmert und am nächsten Tag hat war alles ok. Obwohl man hier in der Einflugschneise des naheliegenden Flughafens liegt, konnten wir uns sehr gut entspannen. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze vor der Türe und Hunde sind auch willkommen. Der Lack ist zwar etwas ab, trotz allem hat das Haus noch seinen Charme.

- Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein, zum Beispiel mit scharfen Messern. - Insgesamt könnte alles etwas sauberer sein, vor allem die Fenster. - Einflugschneise - als bekennende Warmduscher war uns das Wasser zu kalt

Some of the curtains were ripped, and it was a bit far out from the town , better if you have transport, as there aren't any buses.

The jacuzzi was good, and the villa has obviously once been really nice. It is light and comfortable, with a great outdoor space, very close to the beach.

The villa is directly under the flight path. We were woken up several times each night by the planes, and had to stop conversations in the garden while planes flew over as we couldn't be heard for the noise. Several windows didn't open, making the kitchen and the smaller bedroom very hot and stuffy (no air con) and the balcony and patio doors didn't lock properly. There was a strange smell that we attributed to the garage under the main living area. The towels were worn out. No hand towels or bath mats were provided. We ended up buying laundry liquid to wash the towels and shower curtain, due to the smell. While the oven in the kitchen looked great, only two of the hobs stayed on. Several light bulbs needed replacing.

The host was like a friend for the lifetime. The place was absolutely fabulous. The view is outstanding. Everything was perfect. We will clearly will return in Tenerife and we will stay absolutely in this location.

Major construction close by with pile drivers going during the day. It was clear before hand that it was on the flight path of Tenerife south but I didn't expect it to be as loud. The double glazing doesn't reduce the noise as much as I had expected. We did love the beach which was 5 mins stroll away.

Ci sarebbe bisogno di un pò di manutenzione, serrature che non si aprono o non si chiudono, asciugamani logori, tappetino in bagno da buttare, cuscini da cambiare, nessuna coperta di riserva... peccato perché la villa è bellissima. Spesso i particolari fanno la differenza...

Das Haus ist ist aufjedenfall wie auf den Bildern. Man hat das ganze Haus für sich alleine. Es ist auch direkt am Meer wobei es hier sehr windig ist. Wer also gerne bei höheren Wellen baden geht ist hier richtig. Auch die Touristenstädte(nicht so windig) und Flughafen sind in der Nähe, ein Auto ist aber sehr empfehlenswert. Ich würde jedem Paar diese Unterkunft empfehlen. Man hat wirklich seine Ruhe ist aber nicht weit vom Trubel entfernt. Auch der Vermieter war gut erreichbar und bei Problemen sofort zur Stelle. Er bietet auch private Bootsfahrten an. Der Sonnenaufgang ist direkt vor einem und sorgt für einen schönen Morgen. Die Küche ist sehr toll mit einem großen Ofen und 5 Gasplatten. Nur eine gute Pfanne sollte man mitnehmen. Ich würde es sofort weiterempfehlen und auch gerne wieder kommen. Man ist allerdings sehr auf einen fahrbaren Untersatz angewiesen. Wer möchte kann aber auch den Bus nehmen der direkt an der Straße entlang fährt. Eins der wenigen Autos die man sieht.

Estuvimos durante un mes en la casa. Está al lado de una playa, con Yacuzzi de agua caliente, buen wifi, lavadora y todas las comodidades. William fue atento para todo lo que necesitamos, a la vez que flexible. Cosas positivas seria la ubicación, la tranquilidad, el espacio que hay. Cosas negativas sería que en el Médano a veces hace viento, hay algo de hormigas, no había pinzas para tender y hay obras al lado que a veces hacen un poco de ruido. Por lo demás, repetiríamos sin duda y lo recomiendo al 100%

Atemberauend schönes Haus. Der Ausblick aufs Meer, das gemütliche und helle Wohnzimmer, die große Küche und die gemütlichen Betten ließen keine Wünsche offen. Jedoch das Highlight war dieser Whirpool. Schon mal abends im Whirpool die Zeit vertrieben während das Meeresrauschen einen immer weiter zur Entspannung treibt. Rieser Terassenbereich wo man auch problemlos outdoor sport treiben konnte. Alles in allem eine super Unterkunft und waren einige unvergessliche Abende in diesem Whirpool. Auf jeden fall wieder!

Villa molto bella, pulita e buona posizione per visitare Tenerife. Abbiamo apprezzato la Jacuzzi nel giardino e la comodità del letto.

La villa é un una zona di Tenerife dove c'è quasi sempre vento. Avremmo apprezzato una cabina doccia anziché la vasca da bagno.

Ça ne gâche vraiment pas le séjour mais un peu plus de vaisselles et des volets aux fenêtres seraient appréciables!

Our stay at William's place in El Medano was a great. William was an exceptional host, always friendly, helpful and prompt with his responses. The location of the villa was peaceful, just a short walk from the beach and Montaña Pelada, bit further away from El Medano center. The villa provided ample space for us and had a seaview, perfect for waking up in the sunrise. The villa was clean upon arrival and was about the same condition as other apartments we've stayed in El Medano. It may not have the latest and greatest amenities, but it was comfortable and a good value for the price, just don't expect a premium hotel. And course jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing and watching the stars when it was calm and warm enough. Breezy winter days in El Medano can get chilly, so some warm clothing recommended just in case.

Limited kitchenware, some wear and loose fixtures here and there. Noise from planes flying over, which fortunately didn't bother too much after first night

This Villa is Very Stylish & Spacious, clean, with comfortable beds, a comfortable light & airy living room with a fabulous corner sofa, good amount of wardrobe space, excellent parking facility for 1 car, lovely Hot Tub. Location close to Playa Pelada was perfect. Host, William, was very approachable, helpful, friendly, quickly & efficiently responsive to our correspondences.

Kitchen felt in need of more kitchenware. No Key to Safe meant hiding more precious possessions behind beds and other places for safety, carrying passports with us each day for peace of mind. A Key does exist but had gone astray just prior to our visit. No Welcome Pack or Villa Instructions. None of this was a Deal Breaker - Only marked down Rating for these very easily remedied reasons.

posto meraviglioso, fuori dal rumore e dal traffico, definitivamente tornerei nella medesima struttura. accoglienza ottima e proprietario super gentile e disponibile.

manca la doccia, forse un po’ scarno rispetto al resto. lenzuola e piumino sintetici che con il caldo non è proprio il massimo.

Die Lage ist toll, unweit eines Strandes (auch Hunde ok) und eines Vulkans (für kleine Wanderung). Zur Stadt sind es ca 1,5 km. Der Jacuzzi ist toll. Der Owner ist sehr bemüht.

Das Bett im 2. Schlafzimmer ist in meinem Empfinden so schlecht wie ich es noch nie erlebt habe (Lattenrost & Matratze sind eine Katastrophe). Das Geschirr in der Küche ist bunt zusammengewürfelt und mäßig vorhanden. wir mussten erstmal alle Tassen und Teller waschen, da sie schmutzig waren. Kein Essig, Ök, Salz, Pfeffer vorhanden.

Casa con vista mozzafiato e terrazza immensa. Ottimo prezzo per la zona e la comodità alla spiaggia. Peccato per l’enorme quantità di sabbia presente in tutti gli ambienti al piano terra. Necessità di molta manutenzione.

There is a lot of sand in the house, but this is not a problem of poor cleaning, but a problem of non-sealed windows and doors, strong winds and the proximity of the beach. The house has not been renovated for a long time, furniture and plumbing need to be repaired or replaced. The owner is very responsive, offered a tour on a yacht, helped if necessary. The location of the house is very good, beautiful view from the window.

Great villa with a sea view! The place was very private and clean. The host was pretty nice and helpful, the beach nearby. This is near a kite surfing location, so expect some wind and sand with it. Otherwise, I had a great time with a friend. Would recommend for 2 sets of couples or small families.

El jacuzzi, el entorno (tranquilo y justo al lado de la playa) y la atención del propietario.

El mantenimiento de la casa algo descuidado. Además, no disponen de ningún producto de higiene (ni siquiera jabón de manos). Tuvimos que solicitarlo (he de decir que el propietario contestó muy atenta y amablemente) y al menos nos acabaron trayendo un jabón de manos (para dos baños...). No es algo trascendental, pero relación calidad-precio, y ofertándose como "luxury", esperas ciertos servicios mínimos y baja el nivel de satisfacción.

Bellissima villa con vista sul mare situata in una zona molto tranquilla ed accogliente seppur leggermente ventosa. Nonostante sia situata sotto al corridoio aereo non siamo stati disturbati da rumori di nessun tipo. L’host William è stato gentilissimo, pronto ad accogliere ogni nostra richiesta o domanda e a farci sentire come a casa nostra . Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la jacuzzi privata in giardino che è a disposizione degli ospiti. Si possono raggiungere tutte le località turistiche con facilità per chi si sposta in auto . Consigliato per chi ama praticare surf e Wind surf vista la presenza di spiagge famose per la possibili di praticare questi sport a due passi dalla villa . Nel complesso è stato sicuramente un bellissimo soggiorno e consigliamo la villa a chiunque voglia rilassarsi.

Really nice and beatiful detached house. It was great to escape for 2 days from the busy beaches in the Las Americas! Beatiful scenery from the property, big and spacious and plenty of light. We loved the jacuzzi and would definitely stay again.

Everything was fine.

It was a pleasant stay outside the town. The communication was very good, the responses were received in a timely manner, the check in was ok. The house is spacious and nice decorated, the jacuzzi is perfect in the evening when it is a bit chilly. It is no luxury and it is not the newest anymore, but overall it offered all we needed for our vacation. The airplanes are indeed flying very close by, this didn`t bother us, but it is important to be clear from the beginning, not to be surprised about this.

If you like quiet, out of town, into just chillin in your own space yep. Its not luxury,requires tlc attention on many levels, but hey its got a jacuzzi.

Le jacuzzi était très appréciable. La maison est parfaitement adaptée à des enfants, pas de risque ou de danger. La vue sur l'Océan, bien qu'entachée par la route devant et le début de chantier qui se trouve en dessous.

La découverte que la maison se trouve sous le couloir aérien. Cela aurait dû être précisé dans l'annonce. L'odeur des toilettes était nauséabonde et certaines serviettes était sales. Un matin, nous avons été réveillés par un tractopelle qui a démarré ses travaux à 5h45 du matin... ce qui était extremement irritant sachant que nous étions là pour nous reposer...

Mooie ligging, lekker rustig plekje. Je zit zo in de andere badplaatsen wel met de auto. Jacuzzi was perfect.

Das Haus liegt wundervoll am Meer. Die Kommunikation war reibungslos und es hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Da kein Geschirrspüler vorhanden ist, wären zumindest Geschirrhandtücher wünschenswert. Gäste müssen mit Fluglärm rechnen was aber Nachts kein Problem ist. Wenn ein paar Dinge renoviert würden bzw. ausgetauscht (Wäscheständer) wäre das Haus perfekt.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich toll, wenn man einfach etwas relaxen möchte. Der beheize Jaccuzi und die Ausstattung sind wirklich top. Auch die Kommunikation und die Übergabe liefen einwandfrei. Wenn man eine Frage hatte, kam prompt eine Antwort. Die Gegend ist leider weniger schön, das hatte uns in dem Fall aber nicht gestört, da wir wirklich abschalten und uns entspannen wollten. Man muss wissen, dass die Flugzeuge direkt drüber fliegen. Perfekt ist die Wohnung wirklich für 4 Leute, bzw zwei Pärchen. Dann ist’s preislich auch besser als zu zweit. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

La casa es muy bonita y amplia. La estancia permite llevar mascotas lo que lo hace ideal y nosotros pasamos un fin de semana fantástico. Tiene la playa de Montaña Pelada enfrente que es de las idílicas del Médano. Por tanto la ubicación es estupenda. Como aspecto a mejorar diríamos que la limpieza y mantenimiento de la casa
