Beautifully decorated, peaceful and just what we wanted for a chilled few days. Clean and comfy bed. Hot tub was fab. Despite it being cold outside, pod was lovely and warm.

Our stay was perfect, the hut is exactly as described, a peaceful getaway and the instructions to use the amenities and find the property were really helpful!

The most relaxing little staycation. Heidi was a wonderful host. The space is much bigger than it looks in photos, and felt very private even with other accommodation on site, with a lovely little garden area - the hot tub was a highlight! The space was spotless and so well thought out and has all you need for a little self-catering getaway. We’ve come away feeling relaxed and reset - thank you!

Had a lovely couple of nights stay here. It was a bit more pricey than my usual picks but after seeing the photos I thought it would be the perfect place to relax for a bit. It was just as shown in the photos. A lovely, immaculate and quirky little space that had everything I needed. In quiet surroundings with a completely private garden space. It felt lovely and secluded but safe and not isolated. The outdoor hot tub/bath was definitely an experience. It took a long time to heat up but was definitely worth it. I kept it simple during my stay and had a walk along the beach (just a 5 min drive) and lunch in a local pub.

We have just enjoyed a lovely 3 night stay here. The area is quiet and picturesque and the cabin was cosy and had all the amenities we needed. The highlight was the wood fired hot tub, would recommend firefighters to get the fire going when it’s cold/wet. Heidi, our host, was excellent and provided us with everything we needed, including extra logs for the fire - within 30mins of asking they were left outside our door. Overall it was a great stay, recommended for anyone wanting a cosy/peaceful getaway from a busy city. We would happily come again!

I booked this place for me and my partner, this place offered everything we wanted, it was clean, tidy. It was cosy, the bed was comfortable the hot tub was incredible. It's a complete great value for money.

We enjoyed our stay , it was beautiful, would recommend some more signs up to let people know where to go ? As in the venue doesn’t have many signs, off information to where your going .

Really nice, quaint hut on the Isle of Sheppey. Never been before but it was really nice, the video by the host was really helpful along with her response to messages via text. The hot tub was amazing once it got going and stayed baking for ages! Shame you have to pay extra for bringing your fury friend and that is it non-refundable, this is not clear in the description as far as I could see. All-in-all it was nice and we would come again!

We had a beautiful stay here, we only stayed for one night but we wish it could of been longer. It was so peaceful and relaxing we didn’t want to leave. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook a meal. Lovely spacious bed that was very clean and neat on arrival. Tv was brilliant as you could watch Netflix and Disney plus. Hot tub was a bit of a pain to heat for us. We lighted it 4 times and it went out all 4 times but on the 5th time we managed to get it alight and kept it alight. The hot tub didn’t take long to heat once the fire was alight. We arrived around 7 so was late by the time we got in the hot tub so I would recommend arriving earlier if you are planning on getting in the hot tub. But over all an amazing and relaxing stay. Lovely host and very good in regards to communication. We will definitely be back!

Clear communication and video instructions on how to find the property and check-in. Lovely little place, and hot tub was a great touch. We had an issue with the outdoors lights not working and Heidi & John resolved this as quickly as possible for us. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

This place is truly a little gem and I would say it looks better in person when you’re there, me and my wife were immediately surprised and Heidi the host is brilliant and makes you feel so welcome the minute you arrive, the hive which is what we stayed in is like a mini 5 star hotel with how clean and modern it looks. Brilliant log fire hot tub and some wooden loungers that you can’t see in the pictures that are in your own private area so you can enter the hot tub how ever you please… we will 100% come back even if just for one night for a little reset back to reality.

A beautiful space in a wonderful setting looking forward to visiting again. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

We loved the garden, especially the wicker basket chair, which was very relaxing to sit in. We loved the layout of the Hive pod, perfect for the two of us to stay in over the weekend. The Hive was in an ideal location and was a superb base for travelling around the Isle of Sheppey.

Myself, my partner and our baby had a lovely relaxing time here! The hot tub was amazing, make sure to light early as takes a little while to heat up. The hobbit house had everything we needed for a few nights stay. Car needed as not much around but was nice to just chill in the garden.

Lovely place to stay! 5* service Very responsive owners. Very secluded. It takes 8 mins to walk to the main road. You will need to get taxis if you want get into the nearest town as the roads do not have pavements. The farm shop nearby is walkable, but you do have to walk on the road for 25% of the journey. The pool is lovely on a warm day! It’s open from 10am - 12 and then 3-5pm The fire hottub is great. The amount of wood provided will last you 2 go’s if you’re conservative with it. You will need to bring your own kindle if there is moisture in the air as the fire if difficult to start if it’s been raining. Very peaceful and there are good dog walks nearby as it backs onto fields. Tea/coffees etc is provided. The hut is just about big enough for 2 people and a couple of dogs. Nextflix and Disney accounts are already on the Tv and the wifi is good Would definitely recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely place to stay

We went for my partners birthday and it was the most relaxing experience, the location, the privacy and just being one with nature! I will most definitely return and even wish I had booked longer- I usually look forward to going back home 🤣

Absolutely nothing the only thing we had said is we wish there was somewhere to have a massage on site as we was just so incredibly relaxed!

It was very secluded, in a private area where we felt completely alone. Nice outdoor space for the dog too.

Barbecue was a bit too small. Would’ve been nice to have a proper bbq, as it was a bit awkward.

Our hosts were very helpful - we were celebrating my girlfriends birthday and the hosts decorated the cabin for her which was much appreciated. The woodfire hot tub was easy to heat, and the cabin comes with everything you need to cook.

Lovely little hobbit hut and hot tub. Great place to stay and relax for a couple of days. Has its own enclosed garden so safe for our little dog to enjoy too. We used it as a base to explore other parts of Kent too.

Great little home away from home with everything provided that is required for a two night peaceful break. hot tub was a massive plus which we made the maximum use of. communal swimming pool a great addition which unfortunately was not used due to weather

The private little garden was lovely. We were lucky with the weather and able to sit outside in the sunshine making use of the egg chair and the wooden lounger chairs. The hot tub was relaxing and a welcome treat. Inside the accommodation was clean and tidy, and exactly what we needed.

Lovely break from London! The place is super nice, quiet and well kept and it has all the basics to stay in for a night. We received all the instructions for the self check-in in a video that Heidi sent it to us before the arrival. The hot tub it’s comfy and very easy to set up as well. We had a really good time, definitely recommended!

Loved our overnight stay here. We struggled with lighting the hot tub (our fault) but Heidi was on hand and sent help immediately. Would highly recommend. So lovely, peaceful and private.

We took our 6year old with us and stayed in the Hive, Such an amazing place, we loved staying in a hobbit like house, the hot tub was lovely and enjoyed relaxing in the swing chair listening to the birds. Very clean and well equipped, even more magical when getting dark with the colourful lights. We also like that's its Eco friendly and good use of recycling and nature. Very friendly and helpful hosts with great pre- stay advise on how things work via video and how to find place. Definitely recommend.

The pod was lovely, clean, peaceful. Loved the hobbit house, everything inside perfect.

Hot tub, had warming 4 hours and was luke warm. We used what was given ro get it working and brought firelighters, it was smoking like it was working and had a flame. Came for wedding anniversary and we wanted a hot tub under the stars but only had 10 mins as it was cold. Absolutely gutted or it would of been perfect.

Instructions for heating the hot tub could have been more detailed. Tried to heat the water but only got it luke warm the first time using a full batch of logs.

I recently stayed there and had a wonderful experience! First and foremost, the host, was an amazing host! She was friendly and accommodating. She answered all my questions, was prompt in responding to my messages. The Airbnb was conveniently located and just as described in the listing. It was clean, comfortable, and I felt completely safe while staying there. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to spend a peaceful time with your partner or friends to stay there. The host went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant stay!

Our stay was short but very sweet - The Hive was absolutely spotless, felt very private and was in a great location. We had some trouble getting the hot tub hot enough (entirely our fault) and Heidi was incredible and came out to help us with the fire. We'd love to stay again!

Lovely host and such a unique, wonderful place to stay. Only issue would be the hot tub and wood burner. I'm one to admit I struggled with getting the hot tub up to temperature. I suppose this will vary for different guests but you may encounter difficulties. However, the hosts cousin was on hand to help me out. So all in all a fantastic stay, clear instructions. You might have problems with the log burner but there will be someone on site to help you out.

We loved the idea of heating the hot tube ourselves and being out in the open. It was nice to have a secluded garden. We found the living space very cosy and relaxing, we really enjoyed the local farm shop hamper. The property had everything we needed to stay for the night. We will be definitely visiting again and will highly recommend this to ours friends and family.

We could not fault the property. However, other than the farm shop, there isn’t much to do in the area. If you enjoy walks and bird watching this is a perfect getaway.

We had a great stay for my boyfriend’s 40th birthday. The hot tub was amazing and the whole place was really clean, quiet and cosy. The garden felt super private but not 100% secure if you have a dog who is good at getting through hedges! Not a complaint as we were fine keeping Brolin on a long lead, but just something to be aware of. We wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely be back.

This stay was a wedding present from our friends. We had a lovely time. The host included some special touches which were really appreciated. We would definitely recommend this stay to others and hope to stay again soon.

Beautiful little getaway. Mrs is a big Hobbit fan and she had the time of her life! Hot tub was amazing at night under the stars. Recommend and will definitely be coming back.

Prefer a toaster than using the grill. Check out should be later than 10am. Only minor things, not enough to not come back.

The hobbit house was very clean and the bedding smelt fresh. The host was very helpful and friendly. I was impressed by the amount of useful tools in the small kitchen such as plastic wine glasses, bottle openers etc. The attention to detail was very good and so helpful to already have tv set up with netflix etc. We had a lovely visit and would look to stay again. The mattress was a-little uncomfy. would be better to replace with a memory foam mattress. The rest of the bedding was excellent and clean. If the mattress was better the stay would have been a 10

Hot tub takes a very long time to heat though is a good size& does feel very private. Cabin very clean & nice set up, more spacious than expected! Good variety kitchen utensils etc. Bed not very comfortable unfortunately.

This was the perfect weekend away! Heidi sent a really fab message prior to our arrival with all the info we needed to find the pod and settle in. It was very clean and comfy, much larger inside than it looks! All the utilities and crockery you could need. Bed was comfy and the hot tub is amazing, getting very hot for a long time! There was a bit of noise overnight but we realised this to be the air freshener, Heidi called to check after we left and apologised for this. It didn’t at all ruin the stay and was only a trivial little thing, however, she really cared that we were comfy the entire stay and that there had been a small amount of noise, which was incredibly kind of her.

We had an amazing stay there. The hot tub experience is great. We only stayed one night and didn’t get to use other facilities but the pod itself is tidy and clean. We are looking to book again :) Heidi is friendly, helpful and attentive. Highly recommended.

We stayed in The Hive Pod for 3 nights and it was even better than expected. The pod seems even larger than the pictures show when inside, the hottub was incredibly dreamy on a cold winters evening and the kitchen was really well equipped to cook our own meals. Heidi was super helpful at check in and when buying more wood from her for more hottub sessions. Hopefully we can come back in the summer to make more use of the little private garden/patio. Thanks for a great Christmas break.

Had an amazing stay at the ground house hive pod, the pod it’s beautiful and modern with everything you could possibly need on a getaway, the private garden and wood fired hot tub really made our holiday. Heidi was an amazing host, very friendly and helpful and always available to help! Highly recommend staying here, we can’t wait to come back!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, very relaxing! The Hive is very tastefully decorated and very comfortable. only 40mins from Bluewater shopping, which was great for Christmas shopping

We really enjoyed out time at the property. Heidi was a really helpful, communicative host, and the space itself was gorgeous and very well equipped/maintained. We brought our dog which was wonderful (only thing to note is that proof of recent flea/worm treatment is required in advance!). And the hot tub was brilliant – heated up perfectly. We would highly recommend staying here :)

Such a lovely little cabin, so warm, cosy and clean! Me and my boyfriend stayed here for our anniversary/bday celebration and it was the perfect get away. The host was lovely, gave us a little greeting when we arrived to show us around and how to turn the hot tub on, extremely helpful and nice! The hot tub is amazing! Takes quite a long time to heat up but that’s with every wood fired hot tub, lasts very long and so nice and hot! Such a dream💕
