Immaculate cabin 5 mins to Inverness dogs welcome

The location is great either by car or bus The cabin was clean and had a great feel. Where it is is very hidden which for me was absolutely great There are lots of burns within a short walk and the scenery is fab! I walked everyday! Owners were very lovely and welcoming

I would like even a hot plate as I am vegan and like prepare my own food and I don’t use microwave so even a toaster oven would do. A wee shelving would be nice to put your clothes on.

The location was good for getting us in and out of Inverness

The door did not lock, the children were unable to open and close the door freely as it kept jamming. The sound from the neighbour cabin was very loud there appeared to be no soundproofing.

The accommodation is located in the historic area of ​​Culloden Moor. The hosts are very friendly and very helpful. From there you have many opportunities to explore interesting things. The accommodation itself is equipped with everything you need. It is also very clean.

Smaller than we expected from looking at the photos. Able to store all our stuff on the top bunk as had no kids with us.

The cabin was very cold when we arrived. And the bunk beds were not comfortable 😒 the door was sticking and in side needs attention to fix things. And needs a tv and a oven.

Absolutely beautiful cabin! The host were lovely and welcoming offering advice of things to do in the area etc. The cabin was absolutely spotless and well equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. It has a very homely feel to it. The beds were extremely comfy- we're going to miss those pillows. Would 100% stay here again if we visit Inverness again

La casa è ideale per un soggiorno di pochi giorni, a 5 min in auto da inverness e quindi praticamente nel centro delle highlands. Maureen e David sono due ospiti eccezionali, pronti a dare indicazioni e consigli. La casa è un prefabbricato in legno, piccola ma funzionale, pulitissima. C'è la possibilità di usare i barbecue che i padroni di casa mettono a disposizione per gli ospiti.

La casa corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione, è piccola e va bene così.

El sitio está muy coqueto y muy completo. Hay microondas, tostadora, secador, platos, vasos, etc. Muy completo. Muy limpio. La ducha fantástica con agua caliente. Sitio tranquilo y en buena ubicación para recorrer la zona de inverness, lago , castillos, Culloden, etc. La dueña muy simpática.

Was tiny, extremely tiny. We got really claustrophobic. The cabin is to small to turn around - should accommodate 2 persons and a child, at most, and do leave all suitcases in the car( no place for anything in the cabin).The cabin is not suitable for older persons, you have to be young and flexible to crawl on the bed. We couldn’t sleep well, next door cabin had “coughing guest”. There is no isolation. It is wooden cabin, with creaking doors…We were happy to leave.

Nous avons apprécié la propreté impeccable de la cabine, les lits très confortables, la disponibilité et la gentillesse des propriétaires. La situation est assez bonne pour faire des escapades magnifiques dans les environs.

L'espace convient pour 2 personnes mais est un peu limite pour 3 adultes, surtout quand il s'agit d'un séjour qui dépasse 2 nuits. Il n'y a pas d'étagère ou placard pour ranger ses affaires. Dans la cuisine une mini plaque de cuisson serait très utile.

Il y a une erreur de localisation booking, l'établissement n'est pas situé comme l'indique booking en front de mer. J'ai réservé ici parce que le plan le situait directement sur l'océan mais arrivé sur place c'était un autre hébergement. Je ne comprends pas que depuis 2 ans cette erreur ne soit pas corrigée c'est trompeur sur le produit. L'espace est beaucoup trop petit, ce n'est pas sérieux de proposer cet espace pour 3 adultes, encore moins pour 4 comme c'est prévu. A partir de 3 vous ne pouvez plus bouger dans l'espace. Aucune insonorisation, c'est comme si vous viviez avec les voisins parce qu'un 2eme bungalow est collé au 1er. 1 petit extérieur mais aucune intimité avec les voisins. Je ne comprends pas l'évaluation à 9 de booking, je voyage régulièrement et je me fie souvent à la note, ici mon expérience ne correspond pas du tout

The owners are very kind, there is parking out front. It is accessible by car but not very close to the center if you don’t have one. Nice hot water and the kitchen is nice to store things or heat something up. The cabins are very cute!

This cabin is very small for four people. It would be a great stop for two people but quite cramped for four.

Comfortable beds very clean, great shower with plenty of room. Friendly helpful host.

Cabin quite small for for 4 adults.. once the single beds were set up there was very little space to move about. No TV in room, but wifi was ok..

My friends and I are rather large ladies so it was tight for space for us but it some ways if we had wanted more space we should have booked large accommodation

We loved the location and also the host Maureen and David were very helpful and very straight forward. Was a pleasure to stay there and meet them, all site seeing locations were very close which makes its easy when travelling with the family and a dog.

A surprise adventure for our daughters and didn’t disappoint. Maureen was lovely and helpful always there when needed. The cabin was perfect for our family of four. Clean tidy, has everything you would get in a hotel room but better as it’s like having a home from home. I couldn’t recommend staying here more, great for a base to go and see the fantastic attractions giving you somewhere warm and cozy to return to. (It was brilliant we loved it…sealed approval from 6yr old and 10yr old)

The Hosts Maureen and David were Superb always there if you need them however give you the space to enjoy their perfect cabin. We went to Lochness and John Ogroats during our 3 day Stay and this location was perfect. The Dogs loved the Cabin as the Astra Turf Garden was a step outside the cabin and they loved it, The Cabin has all you need during your stay as you are out Sightseeing during the day and when you return what a lovely warm cabin. I also would recommend this cabin for couples as well as family with dogs as Perfect for both, the shops are all nearby and for me the location is a perfect one for any Visitor who wants to visit and explore the Highlands in Scotland which is Breathtaking to view its Beauty.

It was lovely

The location was good. The cabin had microwave oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, cutleries etc which allowed you to make your own breakfast. if whether permitted you can have your own barbeque in the front.

The rooms were bit small for a family,,especially when you are travelling with luggages. No storage options, so you will have to jump in between luggage to move around. We had a dog with a crate, which added to the space constraint. Felt that the cabin would be more suitable for couples

The hosts Maureen and David couldn't do enough for us and nothing was any trouble for them. It is well situated, nice and quiet but only 5 mins from Inverness and all it has to offer. Would definitely stay again.

Only 1 point of disappointment which was no sound proofing between the 2 cabins. Fine if you have decent people in the other cabin which we fortunately did but would be a nightmare if they were loud and inconsiderate.

We liked the location, the very comfy beds and all the bits n bobs provided such as travel cot and high chair, kitchen utensils and washing up/cleaning products, toilet and kitchen roll and very friendly owners

There wasn't really anything we didn't like about the cosy cabin. All basis were covered. Oh the WiFi didn't really work but that didn't matter it was only so our 4 year old could watch his tablet but wasn't really an issue

Really good location that feels totally remote but is just few minutes from Inverness. Perfect for exploring the area if you want to avoid the busy hotels. Cabins are very modern and clean with all the necessities provided. Nice garden area out the front with tables and chairs. Maureen is also a lovely host that’s happy to help.

It is a wee bit too small for a family of four and the walls between cabins are not soundproof therefore we could hear every word other family was saying.

Nice, clean and cozy. Excellent hosts- we felt welcome - hosts went out of their way to look for activities for our family. The barbecue was a bonus - we had barbecue everyday. Lovely sound of a stream nearby.

Great little cabin just outside Inverness. Very comfortable and clean. The hosts Maureen and David were lovely. We really enjoyed the shared garden space, and the company in the evenings with the other family. The kids had a great time playing together. We would definitely recommend these cabins.

It was very clean and comes with good facilities. You can even do barbecue in the area. Very quiet are and relaxing. The host was friendly and accommodating.
