Lovely warm cottage. Very friendly helpful owners.

The only bathroom was downstairs which made it a bit tricky for my elderly parents in the night.

Lovely hosts, Great Value

The location of the cottage is very convenient close to Louth and Aldi. Road was quiet. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The price was good value. The place was clean, although the cleaning product used was a little over powering. The smart TV was a great addition, the Wifi signal was good. Some books and games in the cupboard which was a nice touch. Also some fairy and washing up things provided. We would definitely stay again.

It was cold. The electric heaters were not the best. We had the added benefit of the electric meters running for free, which was great. (Normally to pay for) If you stay here in winter, you definitely need to bring slippers and extra blankets. No towels or bath mat provided. It is a basic little cottage and was sufficient for what we needed. It Should be noted that there are gates to the little complex to open and close as you enter and leave. This wasn't clear on the booking details, so we struggled to find it at first.

The place was as described. There was a bit of a misunderstanding regarding the paid electricity meter, which got sorted in the end. Just a shame that this wasn't included in the price for what you pay for. Or an allowance given for each day as standard, as I've not known this to be paid separately. Otherwise the place was very clean, but on an extremely noisy road, we also heard the owners around 5-6am talking loudly which was inconvenient.

Sweetpea is a quaint cottage on the outskirts of louth, easy walking distance to the the theatre and town centre. Exceptionally clean residence, friendly owners, good value of money, stayed for 7 nights and will stay again.

Nothing.

Lovely stay in a cosy cottage. Very hospitable hosts. Would recommend.

Lovely little cottage in great location in Louth. Hosts were very responsive of any/all communication. Cottage was cosy, but very well presented, clean and well equipped. Proper 'home away from home' with a very well equipped kitchen, which is always a bonus. Comfy beds. Good shower too, which is also rarer than you'd think.

Oven isn't the best. Nothing else to add here.

Good location, facilities and communication.

A good size accommodation, there were three of us. Located at just a 15 minute walk into the centre of Louth and very easy access from the A16. We were in the area for the weekend BSB event at Cadwell Park jut a few minutes ride away, Safe parking for our bikes. Zoe at Mccleans Services was the contact point and very helpfull providing some additional items on request, travelling by bike we pack lightly. The owners live on site and were very approachable.

No hair dryer and we didnt think to pack one, after being in a crash helmet for six hours a rather important item for a lady. Air dry and a pony tail. Just a little road noise in the front bedroom but mainly in commuter hours.

we would go back because we liked the space and independence that you dont get when doing B and B

Nice location. Easy to get to town etc. Good that there is a parking space

Having to get electricity via a meter. No extra blankets for the beds and it was cold but we borrowed a duvet from the spare bed which helped one of us out. There was a broken bit off my bed but we know they are planning to do a refurb.

Property was perfect for my requirements.

Location was handy for access into Louth Town Centre. Parking was easy and secure.

Noise that passed through the connecting door between the two cottages. Nothing else to dislike.

More like 'mushy pea cottage'

Decent fridge

Terrible smell of damp, awfull beds and a leaking toilet. Also theres a very thin internal door joining the cottage to the bungalow next door, which is fine if you are both watching the same TV channel. I won't be returning.
