We loved this place! It was immaculately clean and comfortable and everything there that we needed. Very good value for money! Convenient for station, town and beach. Comfortable beds. Was a shame to leave! 😄

Lovely house to stay in whilst visiting the North Wales area! Cosy, had everything you need for a stay and would stay again.

We only did a short weekend but this house really does feel like home away from home! Very comfortable, could have easily stayed there a week no problem. Brilliant stay, will book here again on our next visit up north!

Accommodation was as described. Excellent communication. The house was spotless and well equipped. Great location as a base to explore North Wales. On street parking can get full in the evenings but we were always able to find parking.

The bed is not comfortable

I stayed with family for 2 nights which was booked at short notice. 4 adults and 2kids easily accommodated. The place was very clean. Parking is on the street which is a bit of a narrow road but we had no issue finding parking. Colwyn bay is good place to use as base if you want to visit different places in North Wales.

Zelo nam je bilo všeč: imeli smo celo hišo za sebe. Kuhinja, kopanica urejena, dobro opremljena. Še terasa z vrtičkom.

Vše absolutně dostačující. Velký hezký dům. Starší ale žádné nedostatky jsme nezaznamenali. Velmi nás potěšilo sezení na zahradě, kam svítí slunce.

Dvakrát nám selhal chytrý zámek, tak jsme byli nervózní, že se nedostaneme zpět do domu. Televize v absolutně nepřirozené výšce.

The house was clean with a pleasant ambience …. it had a beautiful decor that fitted the style of the house.

The house was in a quiet location with parking in the road. Access was by a code which meant we could arrive when it suited us. The place was very clean and comfortable. The extras left by the host, like tea and coffee, were much appreciated and made it feel very homely.

This was my second time here. It was as great as the first time. Thank you!

we were working locally and this was the perfect place to stay. It's close to town and the bay. The house was clean and homely. Hosts were very responsive!

Street parking was right out front. Owners responded inside of 5 minutes everytime. Everything needed was available in the house. They've thought of everything. Great spot. 10 minute walk to the beach.

I have stayed in other serviced accommodations but I must say that this property exceeded my expectations. On my way to the property, the host was so kind to inform me about the upcoming Bonfire event close to the property which we really enjoyed also I was impressed that there were all the essential requirements available at the property so we didn't need to run for tea, coffee or milk which touched our hearts. I definitely recommend this property and looking forward to staying there again.

This was a lovely place to stay, with our adult family. Warm and clean. Good instructions for heating, TV, etc.

The house was in a great location within a relatively short driving distance from the Snowdonia National Park, close to Conwy Castle, Llandudno Promenade and Pier. The street was quiet at night. The house was well presented and clean.

The house is advertised on booking.com as Rhubarb Terrace Cottage. It is not a Cottage, it is a terrace house. Parking was not always available outside the property, we had to park way down the road numerous times. The electronic door lock regularly took 5 or 6 attempts to get it unlocked, when we had put the correct code in each time.

A few minutes walk to beach and amenities. Spacious and good value. Welcoming touches, very clean and well decorated. Lovely flowers and fruit growing in front and back patio.

Bins in front detracted from beautiful flowers (my personal view).

Clean and tidy holiday home felt so much like home. We loved it. All the kids said they love the house and that they were comfortable. In fact very comfortable than I thought.

There was nothing we didn't like. Everything was great.

Love Rhubarb Terrace, it’s like a second home now. Can’t beat a coffee in the garden before a day of seaside fun! Brilliant.

An excellent place to stay for exploring the North Welsh coast and walking distance to the beach. We have stayed twice, the house has always been clean and well prepared for our visit. The decor is good, the kitchen has adequate equipment and everything works. You cannot ask for any more!

It was the perfect place for us. We really enjoyed staying there. It was nice to have the whole house to ourselves. Quiet neighbourhood as well, so we really could relax and sleep in.

There was nothing that was didn't like

The house was much more spacious than I thought it would be, with a cosy feel. We felt right at home from the start. It was very clean which I loved. The hosts were very friendly, and the location was great. We had a great time!

Only comment is we had to watch our 7m old like a hawk when upstairs as there wasn't a stair gate but other than that there was nothing I didn't like 😀

Excellent stay everything we needed was there,this was the first time we have stayed in a house always done hotels previously,and will definitely do this again,would recommend rhubarb terrace also excellent communication gone hosts before we arrived

House is in a great location. We visited Colwyn, Conwy, Llandudno easily from this base. Great to have all the basics when you arrive e.g. milk, tea etc. Fast communication from hosts. Easy check in. Thanks for our stay.

Just Wow... house is spotless and homely, little added extras were fantastic 👌 not too far from Colwyn bay beach and shops, local Chinese was fab. Kids loved the sweets 😋

The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and warm, just the ticket for our group. Great location, 5mins walk to Colwyn Bay centre, and handy for walks into Old Colwyn also. Our hosts were very communicative and accommodating - excellent all round.

House was just perfect! Couldn’t get over how clean everything was. Little touches like, extra washing up liquid, soaps, bowls of sweets etc. were really lovely. Location was perfect. Communication was excellent and hosts were just lovely. Would not hesitate to rebook and have already recommended. Five stars all round.

Rhubarb Terrace Cottage is so comfortable, clean and peaceful. Very spacious and lots of amenities including a fantastic Smart TV and fully equipped kitchen meaning you’ll not want for anything else during your stay. Bev & Rob are fantastic hosts and very friendly too. I will look forward to returning.

Good location to explore areas all along the NWales coast, but Colwyn Bay is worth a look. We wanted a base for Llandudno and it worked fine.

Lovely stay, very convenient for beach and fast transport routes to attractions. We were staying mainly to meet up with friends. Everything supplied even gluten free cakes! Look forward to returning soon

From booking to departure this was fantastic. Bev and Rob are perfect hosts who made everything so smooth and made the stay feel like home. Homely touches throughout the house were lovely and showed that they really do care for the property and guests. Location is perfect for the centre, Welsh mountain zoo etc. Beds were AMAZING some of the best beds we have stayed in! The extra pillows and quilts etc were a bonus! Cleanliness was 10/10 If anyone is reading this, looking for accommodation in Colwyn Bay, 1000% book Rhubarb Cottage! Hope to visit again soon!

What an amazing place to stay in North Wales! Really close to Conwy Castle and Llandudno, and only about 40 minutes from Snowdon. The hosts communicated everything really well and they were friendly and accommodating, I didn’t feel at any point that anything would be too much trouble. There were so many little touches that just made it feel so much more welcoming, our son loved all the Halloween decorations and sweets… and the Welsh Cakes! 😊 The house was clean and had enough home touches to feel comfortable and ‘homey’ but not too many it felt like you were intruding. All in all, we couldn’t fault it! We had an amazing time!

It had a home from home vibe, warm and sociable. We played games around the big dinning room table and we all loved the Halloween touch. Good location to on to the a5 and only a 5 minute walk to the shops.

Superb property, I highly recommend it.

we loved the town and even found time to visit the beautiful Colwyn Bay beach, (wish we'd had more time to spend at the beach. maybe next time). what we all truly loved was the surrounding landscape: the high, steep hills and cliffs near Conwy, the astounding Aber Falls we visited and the view from the peak of Mt Snowdon. safe to say we all loved our time in Wales, short as it was, but was all plan to come back for a longer stay sometime.

unfortunately the only downside of the property was the lack of a downstairs toilet. my mother has joint problems, so getting up and down the stairs was a struggle for her, but she managed. the only other thing was that the beds were quite firm, but that's more down to our personal preference than an actual "problem".

Rhubarb Terrace is an amazing place for a short stay just to get away. The house is fully supplied with all the amenities. And Colwyn Bay is a cute little town with everything in walking distance.

Good value for money, was exceptionally clean. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Ideal location as not far off the A55 but quiet and peaceful at the property.

Nothing. I’d been concerned about parking but there was plenty of on street parking near to the property.

The location was great.The beach was a short walk away,castles close by,even a zoo a 10 minute drive.

We were a couple, a toddler and a baby. They provided cot and high chair. The place was very clean upon our arrival. The house looks just like in the pictures and is overall quite pleasant, although perhaps the garden was a bit more scruffy. Neighbours can be a bit noisy but the stay was very nice and Colwyn Bay has a fab beach of sand just a few walking minutes away where we really enjoyed ourselves. Really close to town, with all sorts of options to eat, shop and relax. Recommendable.

Great location, great communication from the owners, and really great service. Our 3 year old left her cuddly toy behind and they posted it to us straight away (along with some Lego our 6 year old had dropped behind the sofa!) It's a lovely house and we were sad to go. Will definitely be back!

Great house in a great location. Really handy for walking into the town and beach, and only a short taxi ride from other local attractions. Everything we needed was there, and the cute little extra touches made it the best.

Anyone who stays here are lucky exceptionally clean just like home from home couldn't ask for anything better for our family thankyou bev and rob .

Just back from a lovely stay! Communication with Bev was excellent and everything was well organised, including checking in and out. Bev was always very helpful. Nice and cosy town house, spotlessly clean, comfortable and very close to all amenities and the beach. There are even sea views from the bedroom window. Parking was easy, even in the height of summer. Loads to do and see in the area. We'll be back!

Great stay and facilities Beach is 5min walk away, snowdonian national park is a short driving distance and zip world is always very local. Great communication and simple check in service. I would highly recommend.

Great place to stay as so clean and well presented. Perfect location for visiting N wales.

The house was very clean and had all the essentials for your stay including lots of little extras. Beds were very comfy and a large dining table for family and friend meals was like being at home. It’s a nice touch for those little things that make all the difference. The back garden is a sun trap and lovely to sit in for a drink and a bbq. The location is a very short walk to the centre of Colwyn Bay and 10 minutes to the train station. Can’t fault anything and will look to stay again and hopefully for longer.

Would highly recommend this place. Very clean, lovely host and lots of little extra touches making it feel like home from home. Beds very comfortable with lovely bedding. Handy to visit Rhos-on-sea, Conway & Llandudno.

Lovely and spacious house - which was exceptionally clean. Lots of lovely touches - especially the Welsh cakes and fresh milk in the fridge on our arrival, which we were not expecting. Lots of good information from the owner and can highly recommend the local Chinese takeaway and also the restaurant Pen y Bryn - wonderful food. Everything you need for a break away and a good base for exploring North Wales. Thank you!

We found everything in the property what we were looking for and the good thing is everythings new. :) Property: Very nice and tidy. Spacious and Superb I could say.Even though We didnt have our own parking space but we never dissapointed with the street parking during our stay.Internet sooed waa quite good we managed to do our work.Property has everything. Designated smoking area too. Location: Location was spot on. Very easy to get to the property. The Sea View from the Windows waa unexpected. supermarket is very near about 2 minutes drive. Petrol station is just a minute away and the pubs are very close. Amenities: Excellent, everythings new. Overall We enjoyed our stay.loved Conwy and the property.
