This wee place is absolutely fantastic. Had traveled with 5 small kids under the age of 7 and the place was the safest that it can be . Kids had an absolute blast. The host, Nuala is so so kind and caring and went beyond and above to make sure our stay was the best. We are so so grateful we've met someone so so nice and caring person

a wonderful place to relax and travel

we came for Christmas. The house was decorated, there was a wonderful fireplace. The house was very warm, quiet, cozy and comfortable. The location of the house is very good, we went to the ocean and saw beautiful places. Nualla was very friendly and caring. We liked everything and want to come back again in the spring.

Excellent Cottage Retreat!!!

The little home was very quiet. It was decorated in old country farm charm. The wood stove was small, yet it gave us the warmth and relaxed feeling we needed after a long day of traveling. Once we figured out how the wall oil heaters worked, we were very happy and stayed cozy warm. Nuala was a Great Host!! We loved her!!! She went above and beyond our expectations and did everything she could to make sure we were happy. We wished we could have stayed longer. We will definitely stay here again!

We slept in the bedroom behind the front room. Because it was closer to the woodstove. I tend to get cold easily. The mattress on this bed could use a new one. It was a little uncomfortable. I added another comforter to the bed for more support. There were other bedrooms we could have stayed in, we just wanted to use the front part of the house. We preferred the bathroom in the back part of the house it was much bigger and easier to use. All in all we were very happy with the little cottage house.

Cute Irish cottage

Loved the wood burner in the living room. It kept us lovely and warm. The cottage was a cute little traditional Irish cottage. The beds were comfortable, mattresses a little on the firm side but wasn't really an issue. There were plenty of blankets to keep us warm over night. We could have put the heating on but when you have blankets who needs the heating. The owner was a lovely lady and she had made sure we had milk and an apple tart there on arrival. Didn't rush us out on the last day. Would definitely book this lovely little cottage again.

The bottom corner of the front door was damaged and letting water in. The shower pressure could have been better in both showers but could also be worse. The TV signal was beyond awful but I think that was more to do with the weather than anything else so couldn't be helped. We did find a chromecast dropped down behind the tv on the second night so at least we could watch things.

Well situated. The owner was nice and left milk, orange, some cereals and an apple cake.

It was dirty, with a lot of spiderwebs. The sheets were also dirty as well as the WC. The shower screen was broken. Moreover, there wasn’t any coffee machine.
