Captivating Duplex on the Castillo Mar Complex

Villa is lovely, clean and home from home, everything you need for self catering, would be lovely to have air conditioning and a full length mirror, but there was a fan . Steve property manager was amazing as usual

TV is a bit difficult to use if your not technical although Steve showed us how to do it .

Location and facilities. Shower great, bed comfy.

Needed some minor repairs.

Location was great .gated complex.bars and restaurants close. Met at complex entrance with Steve who was very helpful. Sorted out volume on tv Complex its self was kept very clean and well maintained Have stayed on this complex several times.

Lovely clean apartment on a quiet complex but in a great area for getting to the beach and restaurants. Needed a chill out week and we definitely got that. Thanks to Steve for all his help as well.

Posizione validissima, appartamentino piccolo ma con tutto ciò che serve per una buona vacanza. Tutto a portata di mano, spiaggia, negozi bar e ristoranti. Bella piscina con tante sdraio. Ottima manutenzione del complesso. C'è tutto e di più, non servono neanche gli asciugamani da spiaggia, al bisogno una nuovissima lavatrice. Essendo per solo due persone mancavano bambini e ragazzini, il che è stato molto positivo per noi. Perfetto il piccolo bagno a piano terra.

Il wifi non funzionava quasi mai, nessuna TV italiana, niente aria condizionata. In cucina no acqua fredda. Il complesso ricorda un campeggio, la privacy non esiste. Non sempre c'è stato bel tempo e mangiare all'aperto di sera col vento forte risulta fastidioso, abbiamo dovuto portare il tavolo e le sedie all'interno con manovre scomode. L'arredamento della saletta è troppo, bastava molto meno. Gli oscuranti alle finestre...non oscurano, luce tutta la notte dai lampioni del complesso. La scala interna è stretta e i gradini sono più alti del solito, l'angolo risulta faticoso.

Las instalaciones estaban bastante bien y nos gustó la amabilidad del personal sobre todo del personal de la limpieza, todo un encanto.

Que habían muchas hormigas.

Es muy bonito y acogedor, muy limpio , tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, la cama es súper cómoda, una piscina estupenda y la ubicación es genial, cerca de lugares para comer hacer la compra y con la playa cerca

Apartment was very nice , near to everything. Bed very comfy and shower was powerful and good temperature, the outside space was lovely, nice table and chairs and sunbeds on terrace and sun all afternoon. Felt very safe in complex and people were very friendly. The apartment is near the end with neighbours facing you but still very peaceful . Steve is a fantastic host and really went out of his way to help us . Top guy was a pleasure to meet him .

As said before stairs a bit difficult but got used to them. Could be useful to have a full size mirror and maybe one above drawers to do hair. Air con not working but not a problem at the moment but would be if hotter.

Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean excellent location I booked this for my husband as I was unable to go we have stayed on this complex twice before and he said it was the best yet he video called me to show me around it was beautiful x

Von Ankunft bis Abreise hat alles super geklappt. Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Komplex und Appartement sehr schön. Einkaufen und Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Gerne wieder.

Only thing i had a problem with was the internet / wifi. I lost connection several times, and steve sorted it once . But was an ongoing issue throughout week. As a solo traveller my evening entertainment is the tv . So did impact on my enjoyment . Apart from that cannot fault anything . Would definitely recommend apt.

Perfect for a solo traveller or a couple. Sunny terrace and balcony with sun loungers for the terrace.Plenty of sun loungers round the pool. Fully equipped kitchen. Had a downstairs toilet as well as a bathroom upstairs.

The stairs are quite steep, narrow and curved. Not great for taking suitcases up.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The location of this property is great for all amenities Supermarket across the road and Restaurants/Bars on doorstep. This property has been refurbished to a very high standard with everything needed for a perfect self catering holiday. We would also like to say a big thank you to Marie and Steve who manage the property on the owners behalf , these guys are fantastic who go the extra mile to make your stay perfect. Everybody very friendly on this complex, would definitely return .

A lovely looking coffee table that unfortunately is to large for the lounge area . also my wife said a full length mirror would be appreciated in the bedroom.

Instalaciones perfectas muy bien cuidadas y con todos lo necesario. La piscina comunitaria siempre suele haber sitio en las hamacas y está ubicada en zona muy tranquila. Eso si, todo los restaurantes y bares de la zonas están muy enfocados al turismo británico, si bien hay de todo buscando por todo Caleta de Fuste.

Muchísimo calor, se debe arreglar el aparato de aire acondicionado, sino no se puede estar en el apartamento mas allá que en la terraza o piscina.

Place was spotless big thumbs up to the cleaners. Had everything for a self catering holiday short or long stay. People looking after the property could not do enough for you. Nice and quiete but minutes walk to bars, restaurants and the beach. About 15 minutes walk to bus station. 1.40 euro bus to and from airport. Lovely swimming pool with plenty sun beds. Again this property has everything you need.

great apartment with great facilities. very easy to get the keys. Super clean and everyone in the complex was super friendly. very safe as its a secure complex.

The complex is very well looked after but our chalet never got the sun. We thought we had booked the sae one as last year but it was a different one. Couldn’t sit out for our meals as always in the shade. Most disappointing

We got the same apartment as last year which we thought we’d booked. Also communication with owner was poor

Could do with upgrading the bedding sheets possibly a quilt for winter sun stays.

Beautiful duplex apartment in a very quiet complex but within walking distance of bars and restaurants. Spotlessly clean and all linen, etc provided.

Stairs were a bit steep in the apartment.

Nuestra estancia horrible.Tiene aparatos de A/C en el salón y en el dormitorio y los tiene desconectado el Dúplex Número 99.El colchón del dormitorio super incómodo y ruidoso.La Televisión no se ve sólo si te conectas a Internet y total para nada por que se va la señal.La escalera de caracol que sube al dormitorio super estrecha é incomoda y con escalones de azulejos para que patines y te rompas algo.No tiene acceso a sillas de ruedas casa Dúplex tiene un pequeño muro que te lo impide.EL PROPIETARIO JAMAS SE INTERESO POR NOSOTROS...JAMAS...NO SE LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE.Y encima los extractores de humo con sus ruidos y olores no te dejan dormir de noche y sus olores a comidas horrible.

Un sitio muy tranquilo. Que era lo que buscabamos.

Por decir algo la dificultad para ver la tv nacional.Los propietarios eran ingleses y estaba sintonixada a su gusto.

Apartament bardzo ładny, czysty i super wyposażony. Chyba niedawno wyremontowany bo wszystko wyglądało na nowe. Było praktycznie wszystko co potrzeba do dobrego wypoczynku, przyrządzenia posiłku i zadbania o czystość ubrań. W kuchni lodówka, zlewozmywak, spory blat roboczy, płyta ceramiczna, wyciąg, piekarnik, mikrofalówka, ekspres do kawy, naczynia stołowe i garnki. Pralka i środki do prania i zmywania. Suszarka do prania i do włosów a nawet żelazko i deska do prasowania. Stolik i krzesełka na tarasie.

Jedyny mankament tego miejsca to lokalizacja i to nie lokalizacja całego zespołu, bo ta bardzo dobra, a lokalizacja samego apartamentu. Apartament położony bardzo blisko sąsiedniego kwartału zajętego przez szereg restauracji. Wyciąg z kuchni tych restauracji wyprowadzony jest tak że powoduję nieustający hałas przez całą dobę oraz rozsiewa zapach jedzenia. Nie dało się spać przy otwartym oknie. Mi brakowało dodatkowych ręczników na zmianę, co przy tygodniowym pobycie by się przydało. A także zapasu papieru toaletowego i takich drobiazgów jak sól i pieprz czy płyn do mycia podłogi.
