Alojamento confortável, espaço acolhedor e limpo. Estacionamento privado junto ao alojamento, com espaco de relaxamento. O Sr Walter bastante prestável e acessível , inclusive forneceram toalhas para ir às termas sem custos. Recomendo

Nada a apontar.

The location on its own is a huge plus to this accomodation. It is very central and you can reach either side of the island easily. The host was very hospitable and friendly and is always available if you need. The place it self is comfortable and has most amenities. People in other reviews mentioned the farm animals next door however we felt it is part of the charm of staying in such place and had no issues overall.

Fantastic accommodation at Walter’s place. Very comfortable bed and great shower, all the facilities you need.Walter was always very helpful and great communication.

Walter was kind at all times. He made sure our stay was as confortable as possible. The apartment had a private parking inside, which is an important point, due to the location. It is equipped with everything necessary, including an oven. It had a private garden and a cute little dog named Maggie, which gives some extra points.

Location could be better, but i dont think It is something very negative in this case.

Como dicen en muchos comentarios en la casa de delante hay gallinas. Ha nosltros con la ventanas cerradas no nos molesto mucho y a lo mejor una toalla mas para la ducha

Very private and peaceful property. Great garden space with table chairs and beds to relax on. Easy access to the property through the electrical gates, with good directions supplied by the owner,if only we had followed them😀.Villa was clean and spacious,good shower,but lacked air conditioning in the bedroom.Location was great, just a short walk into town and an ideal base to explore the Island. Communication with the owner was great.Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.

Tiny House mit eigenem großen Garten. Parkplatz direkt beim Haus mit elektrischem Tor. Zentrum in Gehweite. Öffentlicher Strand und Freibad ebenfalls. Sehr freundlicher Besitzer, der auch jederzeit erreichbar ist, wenn man eine Frage hat.

Die Ausziehcouch ist für Kinder vollkommen ausreichend, für Erwachsene eher weniger geeignet.

Buena ubicación para explorar la isla. Supermercado y servicios a 5 min andando, con lo que desayunamos y hicimos alguna cena en el apto. El jardín hizo de zona relax. Detalle de Walter, Aunque hay gallos y gallinas cerca, a nosotros no nos molestan, hay tapones de oídos indivuduales,para poder dormir profundamente

Las niñas echaron de menos una piscina en el jardín, pero no fue problema por la de piscinas naturales de la isla

Cisza, spokój, zapewniona intymność. Można spędzać poranki i wieczory na zewnątrz, co zdecydowanie korzystnie wpływa na jakość odpoczynku. Bardzo pomocne były informacje o okolicznych atrakcjach i restauracjach. Docenić też należy dobry kontakt z gospodarzem przed zakwaterowaniem i łatwość organizacji pobytu.

The garden is really nice. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was more than spacious. Bed was confy and we had a good night’s sleep.

A bit noisy non-human neighbors (some turkeys and chickens), but nothing too serious. Some silicone needs to be added at the bottom of the shower glass, as water leaks underneath it. The TV cable needs checking, as signal is somewhat poor. It would have been awesome if some coffee capsules would be left as a welcome gift :)

Excellent séjour. Le logement est parfait pour deux, et même mieux que sur les photos. Séjour agréable et grand jardin fermé dans lequel on se sent en toute intimité. Il y a effectivement le coq du voisin qui chante tôt le matin, mais cela ne dérange vraiment pas pour dormir. Hôte très accueillant et arrangeant, toujours prêt à aider. La localisation est parfaite pour visiter l'ile et le parking est sécurisé.

Tanto la ubicación como el alojamiento en sí, un 10. Aparcamiento dentro, gran jardín totalmente independiente y casa con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días cómodamente. Walter es super simpático y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos.

Die Lage ist ziemlich gut, man erreicht mit dem Auto die ganze Insel in kurzer Zeit. Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war sauber und der private Parkplatz war ein super Vorteil. Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar, das Bett ist eher klein und das Bettsofa auch, für drei Personen aber absolut ausreichend. Wlan funktioniert einwandfrei.

Soll keine Kritik sein aber man muss sich bewusst sein, dass die Unterkunft nicht gut isoliert ist. Bei kaltem Wetter ist es innen kalt und die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit führt dazu, dass auch die Kleidung nicht trocken waren sondern ständig feucht. Die Küchenausrichtung hat den Minimalbedarf, es reicht aber aus wenn man nur Zwischendurch was Kleineres kochen möchte. Die Unterkunft hat leider keinen Besen oder Staubsauger. Wenn Krümmel am Boden sind, kommen auch schnell die Ameisen. Es wäre sicherlich gut, einen Besen oder Staubsauger zur Verfügung zu haben.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Raumaufteilung und die Größe waren sehr gut. Der Garten hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen.

Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte aufgebessert werden.

Eigenes Haus mit eigenem Garten. Schön, schlicht eingerichtet. In der Küche - außer normale Kaffeemaschine - alles vorhanden und in ausreichender Anzahl. Gute Matratze, Bad recht neu und ausreichend groß. Schöner Garten mit Tisch, Stühlen und zwei Liegen. Recht nah zum Zentrum.

Nachbargrundstück: Bauernhof (mit entsprechendem "Geräuschpegel" - Hähne, Gänse etc). Für uns nicht störend.

Merci Walter pour votre accueil malgré notre arrivée tardive suite à un gros retard d avion. La maison est super et très bien située.Les propriétaires habitent à côté ils sont très discrets mais en même temps très disponibles ! Tout était parfait !

Giardino e struttura nuova e ben tenuta

Al mattino si vive un dramma: si è vicini ad un allevamento in cui sono presenti galli ed è impossibile dormire. La sveglia è praticamente all'alba. Casa poco attrezzata: poche luci in giardino per cenare, caffettiera senza capsule, assenza di culla nonostante l'host sapesse della presenza di un bimbo di due anni. Beni di prima necessità non sufficienti considerando che si tratta di un appartamento: impossibile preparare pasti con ciò che l'host rende disponibile

Les coqs voisins qui chantent de 4h à 22h non stop, la kitchenette n'est pas adaptée pour une famille de 4 qui ne mange pas a l'extérieur, le matelas du sofa très inconfortable pour 2. Ce logement est plus adapté à deux personnes plutôt qu'à une famille.

La maison est petite mais propre. Le propriétaire Walter est très sympa et très réactif. La maison est bien équipée avec la climatisation dans le salon. Dommage de ne pas en avoir une dans la chambre car il faisait chaud. Place de parking juste à côté de la maison. Parfaite localisation pour visiter l'île. Corde à linge dans le jardin pratique pour faire sécher.

C'était très bien mais une climatisation ou au moins un ventilo dans la chambre aurait été vraiment bien. Des volets ou des rideaux occultants car les simples stores trop courts, il faisait jour tôt et nous étions réveillés très tôt. Aussi par la ferme voisine avec les coqs et autres animaux :-) sinon la cuisine est peu petite avec un petit évier pas très pratique pour la vaisselle! D'ailleurs un lave linge et un.lave vaisselle seraient super! ;-) Il faudrait également du sel, poivre, sopalin...utile dans une location..voilà des petites améliorations possibles ;-)

Przede wszystkim lokalizacja. Miejscowość jest naprawdę świetna , super baza wypadowa (moim zdaniem dużo lepsza niż Ponta). Obok domu są fajne knajpy i sklepy ( np. z wyśmienitym mięsem ) Właściciel Walter jest bardzo miły i pomocny. Podobało mi się też to, że nasze auto było na terenie domu, mieliśmy klucze do bramy ( pilot) i mogliśmy wjeżdżać kiedy chcemy. Domek jest położony za domem właściciela ale na tej samej działce. Mieliśmy sporo miejsca i ogródek i dużo prywatności. Właściciel przygotował nam też świeże ręczniki ( po kilku dniach pobytu), gdy o coś poprosiliśmy, to był bardzo pomocny. To było miłe. Moim zdaniem cena za wynajem jest bardzo korzystna, lokalizacja super, bo wszędzie jest blisko. Sao Miquel to przepiękna wyspa, pełna atrakcji. Polecam wszystkim ten kierunek i oczywiście kwaterę u Pana Waltera!

Sąsiad Pana Waltera ma farmę zwierząt, które hałasują od 4 rano. Koguty pieją naprawdę głośno i to od świtu, dlatego polecam przed wyjazdem kupić zatyczki do uszu. W kwaterze było wilgotno i pachniało wilgocią, ale to raczej wina klimatu jaki panuje na Azorach.

Localização ótima, para quem quer sossego e centralidade para explorar a ilha. Bons acessos a partir da Ribeira Grande para os vários pontos a visitar. Vários serviços e comércio perto. O centro da Ribeira Grande fica a pouca distância a pé. A vantagem de ser um alojamento só para nós, não ter outros hóspedes no local, em terreno privado, numa parte isolada da restante propriedade, com um enorme jardim bem cuidado à nossa disposição, que permite relaxar e fazer refeições no exterior. Estacionamento dentro da propriedade. Apartamento limpo e agradável. Tem máquina de café expresso. Cozinha com o básico para cozinhar. O Sr. Walter Vargas é um anfitrião simpático e atencioso, muito disponível sempre que contactado.

Como não há blackouts, persianas ou portadas, a luz entra por todo o apartamento. É um pormenor. Aconselho a trazer vendas para os olhos, para quem se incomoda com a claridade.

Villa privative au milieu d'un bel environnement, au calme avec beau jardin. Très bon accueil. Walter notre hôte est à l'écoute et attentionné. Nous avons beaucoup aimé

L'emplacement est idéal, tout proche du centre ville de Ribeira Grande (faisable à pied) et Walter est un hôte adorable. La maison se trouve sur sa propriété mais tout est fait pour que chacun ait son intimité et son indépendance. Le logement était très propre, spacieux, bien équipé (machine expresso, plaques, four...) Et avec un grand jardin privatif ainsi qu'une place de parking. Pour une réservation de 9 nuits des serviettes propres nous ont été données en milieu de séjour. Nous recommandons.

Pour ceux qui souhaitent faire la grasse matinée prévoir des boules quies car le voisin a une basse cour avec des 🐓 et un masque car la maison ne dispose pas de volets ou stores occultants. L'avantage est que de se lever tôt permet de profiter pleinement de l'île. 😉

La localisation du lieu est un atout car il est possible de se déplacer rapidement vers toute l'île. L'extérieur est très sympathique pour profiter des moments de soleil. L'hôte est très sympathique et à répondu à nos besoins et demandes.

Only issue about staying here is the house next door has a little farm. Be prepared to be woken up at 5 am with all the animals going off and making noise. If your an early morning riser this won't be an issue for you.

Ein sehr moderner, gut ausgestatteter kleiner Bungalow mit Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile und separatem Schlafzimmer. Schön gelegen mit eigenem Garten, samt Gartenmöbeln. Sehr netter Gastgeber, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit bei jeglichen Fragen.

Der Nachbar hat leider einen Hahn, der schon sehr früh, teilweise sogar in der Nacht, kräht.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Walter Vargas empfangen, der immer als Ansprechpartner für uns da war. In dem neuen, modern eingerichteten Haus mit eigenem Garten und Sitzplatz hat man eine völlig ungestörte Privatsphäre und kann die Ruhe der Azoren wunderbar genießen. Man ist aber auch schnell zu Fuß in der ansprechenden Altstadt des Städtchens Ribeira Grande. Durch die zentrale Lage des Ortes auf der Insel erreicht man mit dem Auto gut alle touristischen Ziele. Sehr praktisch fanden wir den eigenen Autostellplatz direkt am Haus. (-: Wir können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen. Susanne und Matthias Stolzenburg

Extremely comfortable, very private, all in all great place for relaxation and leisure.

It could use a little bit better and more kitchen stuff: coffee machine, cereal bowl, more pans and pots etc.

Warm wellcome on arrival. Walter, the host is very friendly and helpful. Ribeira grande with his central location has very good connections to the motorways to explore the different sides of the island. Good whale touring from Rabo de Peixe with futurismo. We had a nice stay.

Der kleine Bungalow befindet sich im Garten des Betreibers der Unterkunft. Es ist dennoch viel Privatsphäre vorhanden und der schöne Garten ist auch zur Nutzung frei. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt brauchten.

Aufgrund des feuchten Wetters war leider auch die Luftfeuchtigkeit im Bungalow sehr hoch.

Lo primero de todo es wue Walter es una gran persona y nos atendió fantásticamente desde que llegamos, esperándonos en la puerta de la finca. La finca es una pasada, con espacio para aparcar dentro y con un jardín precioso. La casa por dentro nos encantó, estuvimos 10 días pero nos hubiésemos quedado más. Walter durante toda la estancia muy atento si necesitabamos algo. Recomendaré este alojamiento a todo el mundo.
