Stunning 1-Bed Apartment in Sheringham

Large bright airy rooms. Plenty of seating, fully stocked kitchen, everything we needed. Bedroom large with comfy bed and plenty of hanging and draw space and yes we could see the see from the bed. Everything was clean and tidy. Literally a 3 minute walk to the bottom of the high street seaside end.

Nothing the owners can do but as soon as you enter the communal hall the smell of smoke is not good! Also note there are 31 stair to the flat probably not ideal if you have packed big heavy suitcases.

This is one of the best equipped propertes that we have had the opportunity to book. There really is everything in this apartment that you could wish for for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Situated close to the seafront of Sheringham, it is also handy for the town centre, restaurants and pubs. The icing on the cake is an allocated parking space at the side of the property.

Some flats in the house are owned. Unfortunately the smell of cigarette smoke hits you on entering and lingers up the stairs. You have to go up 2 flights of stairs to the apartment so not great if you have mobility issues. We didn't find a cloths rack to dry our towels.

There was a lovely food basket on arrival.

Clear information on property and how to gain access. Onsite parking which was visible from the property. Well equipped property, with comfortable bed and settee. Location was great for the town, railway and the main roads.

Could have done with a few more items in the kitchen egg baking tray and cooking tongues The extractor fan in bathroom was incredibly noisy. It came on with the light, so in the night if went to the toilet, ended up waking partner!

A truly lovely spot for our honeymoon. Incredibly clean and well maintained with beautiful original flooring and fireplace. Lovely and responsive hosts! Right by everything in sheringham, just what we wanted. Also the most amazing smelling linen and bedding…we’ll be back!

A great flat, very comfortable and thoughtfully provided with everything necessary. Tastefully furnished and good quality cooking pots, pans, crockery etc. Great location, minutes from the promenade and beach (plus a glimpse of the see from the rear window). Easy walk to the town and station.

The apartment was very spacious, well decorated and very clean. The kitchen appeared to be equipped with everything we would have needed; we didn't actually cook or eat in as we were visiting friends and they kindly fed us.

A welcome pack was mentioned in the booking but wasn't explicitly evident (when we've stayed elsewhere welcome packs have typically been in a basket and labelled as such). However, tea, coffee, sugar and washing-up things were provided, so maybe those were the welcome pack, and we appreciated them regardless, so not an issue as far as we were concerned. There was nothing not to like!

Beautiful well equipped flat.Very clean and comfortable. Two minute from the beach and town. Parking spot always welcome. Special bag of biscuits for the dog 🐕

Lovely apartment, clean and modern. Beautifully situated for seafront and the town.

A couple of little things. Would have liked a blind in the living room. The floor of the doorways were taped up. Just small finishing touches.

We travelled with 2 young children, excellent location and place, cant complain. The apartment was simple but got everything you need

A most enjoyable week spent in the comfortable and well equipped flat. The location of the flat was ideal for the beach and coastal walks, the shops and the bus and train station. The public transport system was very good which meant the car was almost unused for the week

Had difficultly finding the flat and required help from several local residents.

The flat was very nice and in a very good location. It was well equipped in every respect and was pleasant to stay in. The rooms were spacious and the furniture was comfortable. A large Sky Glass TV on the living room wall made evenings pleasant also. An allocated private parking space was available and seemed to be essential in this area. This made going out for days in the car less hassle as we didn’t have to worry about parking when we got back. The beach, high street and train station were all just a few minutes walk away.

A light above the bathroom mirror would have been useful but it was easy enough to manage without it. The flat is on the second floor of the building and the second flight of stairs is quite steep and a bit awkward to carry luggage up. Worth the extra effort though as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again in future.
