Lovely cottage, set in beautiful surroundings. Gorgeous footpath along a rewilding project that leads out to sea. Great for the dogs to see the wildlife but not actually get to it!

Very clean modern refurbished bungalow. It was ideal as a base for our trip. A good clear welcome pack with all the important details you need to get settled in quickly.

Comfortable accommodation located near to beaches and nature reserves for birdwatching. Heacham beaches are dog friendly which was a bonus. An excellent fish and chip shop in Heacham.

Luxurious, well-equipped and warm house 5 minutes drive from the beach. NB you have to pay extra for the bed linen or bring your own.

Fantastic stay. This is the third time we have stayed and it is lovely every time. Very clean, modern and tidy. Very cosy and homely feel. Perfect for families. Loved the extra touch with the Christmas tree.

Bungalow was spacious. Had everything you need. Quiet location with lots of off-road parking and enclosed rear garden with artificial grass. Bed was king-size and comfortable. The location was good, just a short ride from the beach.

The biggest disappointment was the bungalow, which was advertised as having a spa bath. This is not the case as it was just a plain bath. The bungalow could do with a bit of TLC. All cosmetic. Just a few items could do with updating/replacing. TV could have been bigger in the lounge. The front door could do with a bit of attention.

Lack of communication with the owners no response to phone calls paid for bedding but when we arrived at the bungalow there were none rang the owners but no response until 11:30 by text

Was really looking forward to the spa bath, was actually the reason I booked this property over others in the area, to find it had been replaced by a standard bath, was so disappointed. The shower room/wetroom got very wet, almost flooding when you used it, had to spend twenty minutes mopping up after every shower and the floor was extremely slippery.

little gem of a place equipped with everything you could ever need. The spa bath has gone but has been replaced with a huge bath and laying there listening to music on the blue tooth mirror speaker was so relaxing. we would have booked another week if it had been available.

The kitchen was fantastic, and the location was fine. Good parking and safe area at back for our dog.

The front of the house was dirty, where the builders had been, we found building dirt in the hallway , bedroom and bathroom. Had to clean and hover before we started our stay. We were looking forward to the jacuzzi bath,but this has been taken out and replaced. Bathroom work is still ongoing. Would have been nice to been informed.

It wasn't clean at all. The sides were all sticky and we had to re wash the plates cups etc before using them. The toaster was dirty and the kettle had limescale in it which we were unable to use after several attempts. If it was all replaced with newer facilities it would have been a much better experience for us.

Location, cleanliness, parking. Contact was good with house sitting contact as the bath was out of action, Theresa was good about communicating this.

Taking your own bedding and towels was unusual as was the message containing additional fees once we had booked.

Accommodation, very spacious, very clean, ideal location, great on-site car parking, beds very comfy, bath absolutely amazing!

Urgent maintenance is required for safety! The Extension built to extend kitchen and add a bathroom has inexplicably been done at a substantially lower level, this decision has subsequently created a potentially dangerous premises for all of it's inhabitants! Step down in the flooring across the middle of the kitchen is highly dangerous! Wouldn't be allowed in any workplace, without suitable warnings/markings, so it shouldn't be acceptable in any rental premises either! A serious accident waiting to happen! As is the step down from bedroom to bathroom, another potentially, highly dangerous manoeuvre! Especially, for anyone getting up to use the bathroom for the toilet in the dark during the night! Also, the step down from the high rear patio, as is too small, no grab rail! The side gate has a locking bolt on the wrong side! Gives access to property to anyone, anytime, making property insecure throughout day and night! The 2 securing brackets are missing from the six foot high, vertical, roof height, bath drainage, balance pipe, which is free to waver around in the wind on bathroom exterior wall! Obviously, it was put back up at 4 pm on a Friday, and to date, have never bothered to return to finish to a satisfactory safety building standard!

The spa bath was very good, my grandkids thought it was amazing. Superb for getting the sand and suntan cream off them. The whole bungalow was very clean, airy, and well fitted.

Bungalow was spacious and well planned. It was well appointed for a holiday home. The only negatives were the steps both inside & outside the property . Therefore Care was required .

My friend and I had a lovely stay at the bungalow for my birthday weekend. Definitely recommend it. Lots of space. Very peaceful sitting outside in the back garden. Didn't want to come home. Wished I had booked for longer. Will definitely booj to stay again in the future

Where do I start??? SAFTEY There is a step (drop in floor level) in both the kitchen and ensuite, there are no markings on the step, it is very easy to loose your footing, causing injury. The same can be said for the garden patio, quite a drop and no railings. STORAGE The second bedroom only has a dressing table in it. Nowhere to store your clothes, a simple hanging rail would suffice. CLEANLINESS (THIS WAS THE MAIN ISSUE) We were not impressed. The living room floor had spill marks on it where something clearly had been dropped &/or spilt. You could see footprints where someone had walked barefoot on the laminate floor in the living room too. Luckily I found a mop and bucket in the utility and cleaning chemicals under the sink. I had to mop the entire floors of the bungalow - it made a massive difference. It clearly hadn't been cleaned properly! The plates & glasses in the kitchen cupboards were not clean, there were little black bits on everything. Even after running everything through the dishwasher. We suspected it was a dirty dishwasher, so ran it empty to clean it, but not sure it made a difference. Lots of crockery and glasses had chips in them. The oven was dirty - needs a clean. The entire bungalow smells of dog. There were cobwebs in the corner of at least 2 rooms. OTHER ISSUES We were asked if we wanted bed linen and towels provided in an e mail a few weeks ago for an additional cost (there was no mention of this in the original listing!) We said yes, but when we arrived, there was no bed linen or towels provided! There were no mattress, pillow, duvet protectors on the beds. The bed was very soft and pillows were almost non existent (but you come to expect this in holiday rentals) We were provided with a t towel, a sponge scourer and 1 dishwasher tablet, which we used to clean the crockery before we had even eaten. Had to buy more to use for the rest of our stay.

The bungalow has everything you need. The location is perfect, a short 20 minute walk to the dog friendly beach. With beautiful sunsets! We will definitely be returning, we only stayed one night and it was not long enough. We’ll see you again soon. Thank you.

Location great Lots of space Clean

Lovely clean bungalow. Idea for two couples to share and right outside a bus stop. BBQ in the garden. Plenty of cleaning products to keep the place clean. Firestick for the telly to watch a late night movies.

The only couple of things I’d think it needs is a lock on the bathroom door and the one bedroom door doesn’t shut. Maybe a larger telly in the front room to would be better.

We liked everything about the property, I did find exiting the property when turning right difficult as a lack of visibility but obviously this is just its positioning. A small pointer, as two ladies who are not overly tall reaching those all important wine glasses would have been easier if there had been a step stool! Obviously not a problem for many people though.

Upon arrival, we really liked that the house was situated perfectly, with great access to local amenities. On entrance to the home it appeared nicely decorated. We enjoyed the privacy and facilities provided, including the spa bath. On certain amenities around the property, ie the spa bath and oven, it would have been useful to have some quick instruction guides upon how to use for convenience. Just as a heads up to future guests: The description does say that essentials are not included, however this specifically means that you will need to bring toilet roll, kitchen roll and bin bags. Other essentials such as soap are provided though, which was very kind, it caused a little lack of clarity as to which essentials would be provided or not. Overall, we had a nice stay. Thank you!

Location, host left toilet roll, bin liner, washing up liquid a dishwasher tablet, handwash and a little basket with coffee sachets and biscuits etc. Unfortunately didn't get time to use the jacuzzi bath because we were only here for 2 nights. We loved everything about this property. Fridge freezer, washing machine tumble dryer, WiFi what's not to like.

Couldn't get tv remote to work in the living but that was no biggy there's a firestick already connected which worked fine. Tv in the main bedroom was fine.

Beautiful house in a great location. Big shop with everything you need around the corner, the beach is a stone's throw away. Jacuzzi is a nice touch to the house also! Great communication from Theresa, would recommend and stay again myself 👍.

Perfect for a family base, clean and spacious property, photos made it look much smaller than it actually is so was a nice surprise. Clean and well equipped. We did think the cost for bed linen was a little expensive however happily took our own. Would recommend and return to the property.

The bungalow was very clean, modern and spacious. The bath was amazing our little boy loved it so much with his ducks. The garden was well fenced and plenty of room for our large dog. You had everything you needed and then more. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

We couldn't find instructions for the bath and the light either didn't work on it or we just didn't work out how ri turn them on.

Spacious property in a quiet location

Bungalow wasn't very clean. Dust on surfaces, crumbs under furniture, cobwebs in kitchen blinds and bath tub felt greasy. Some blinds were broken so couldn't close them (back door and dinning room window) We were informed the day before we arrived that there was no Internet in the property which wasn't a problem until the tv in the lounge would only work off WiFi, couldn't even get basic channels not needing Internet as the LG TV remote doesn't work. The shower in smaller bathroom flooded the whole bathroom as water wasn't draining away properly due to floor basically being flat instead of sloped.

Did not read the full add and missed the £30 extra for bedding and towels think it's just a easy way of trying to get abit extra out of the people staying there, if it wasn't for that be 10/10

Lovely base for our stay very cold when we first got there but warmed up eventually (January) Few stains on sofas and chairs and wooden sink unit in the shower room doesn’t look very nice (water damage). Could do with an edging strip on the step in the kitchen as it looks like it isn’t there so could be a hazard. Other than that it is beautifully kitted out and decorated. Also plenty of parking 😊

A lovely clean property within walking distance of the beach. Well equipped and comfortable. Dog friendly was a bonus. Main bathroom with jacuzzi bath was luxury. Overall a lovely spacious property. Astro turf in the garden which was handy for the dog and the current weather.

It was not very clean when we arrived at the property and lacked that basic necessities normally found at an Air bnb. The listing confirmed that bed linen and towels were an extra charge of £60 which we thought was a little excessive. There was nothing provided- not even one teabag or a bin bag in the kitchen bin. Whilst the linen etc was frustrating it was just disappointing that it was not clean and didn't have anything provided. There was no bath mat left for the room with a spa bath which meant the floor was slippery quickly, this did lead to one of our party injuring themselves which could have been easily prevented. There are big steps out of the bathroom and part of the kitchen which have sharp tile edges that have not been sealed properly-this was not highlighted in the listing. There were no warning signs. The chairs for the dining room also had loose backs on them. There were also only very soft pillows provided.

The location was the deciding factor as close to the location of a family event.

It’s called the beach bungalow it’s actually 2.1 miles from the beach so the title seems a little overstated. Their was no bedding or towels in the property when we arrived, it turns out they charge £30 & £30 extra for towels this wasn’t obvious.

Location was good .. not far from the beach and easy to get about to outside locations

Beds weren’t particular comfortable .. needed some hand wash in more than just the kitchen .. no serving spoons for the table, no sieve, kitchen towel etc but can see that some occupants would remove it all, no substantial glasses to drink from only small ones

I really liked the size of the property and its jacuzzi in the bathroom. Our dog enjoyed the large garden. Property was in a good location with an easy access to the local shops and attractions. There was a lot of space to park out front.

Bumpy driveway when driving in/out of the house. A light in the garden could also have been helpful.

Please be aware that the price does not include bedding and they charge the royal sum of £60 for the pleasure of having sheets on your bed when you arrive! If in addition to wanting to be able to sleep there, you'd like to wash, that will be another £20 for towels! This is hidden at the bottom of their advert. If you book the hosts won't prompt you about this until just before you arrive. We tried to cancel after realising this, as it would have put the cost of accommodation up by 50% for 1 night. The owners refused this. We raised a dispute with booking.com and eventually were refunded less than half. Clearly a dishonest operation, I would avoid.

Was not given a door number so went to the wrong bungalow first. Drive was very bumpy. Front windows were extremely dirty. Property was in need of maintenance for example tiles off around the bath and rusty radiators.

Theresa was very quick to respond to any queries and very helpful. Her place was very clean, lovely and as described on her listing. The location is great and just a short drive to the beach. The only negative feedback I have is, I feel for the amount paid for the accommodation linen and towels could be provided (it is communicated on the listing you have to bring your own or pay additional fees). Also the lights and jets on the spa bath are very hit and miss and only worked once during our 4 night stay. Other than that as said above the place was great and we had a lovely stay. Thank you.

Excellent place to stay, very spacious and clean. Host was easy to contact and friendly. Driving distance to coastal beaches and quiet area to stay in. Took our own bedding to avoid the added cost of linen which I didn’t mind. Good price for size of property. Would stay there again.

We were already traveling when we received the message that bedlinnen en towels would cost GBP 80 extra. There is no mention on that when booking the bungalow. We had to find a store to buy some as we thought this to be a ridiculous charge. Also be aware that it has a bunk bed. Not very clear on booking.com. We were two couples.

We had a lovely few days away with our dog. The location is perfect for some lovely walks and very near to the beach. Sunday was very hot so we were happy just chilling in the garden until it had cooled down. The bungalow has everything you could possibly need being away from home. If I had 1 thing that I’d change it would be to have curtains in the bedroom as well as blinds, only because I’m such a light sleeper and 5am the room is lit up.

Had a fantastic 4 day break at the bungalow would highly recommend to anyone,very clean and a lovely place to stay👍🏻😄

Very clean, well located for the beach with a footpath to the beach opposite the house. Extremely clean and tidy. Only negative was the coots of “add ons”, ( £60 bedding, £20 towels,, early check in £20, etc) which for what was just a one night stay were a considerable additional cost.

Facilities en-suite and separate toilet shower room. Enclosed rear garden not overlooked and gets the sunshine nicely.

Needed car to get to the beach. Step in kitchen dangerous needs to be made more noticeable. Also outside rear garden steps not good could be designed better for safety. Not good for younger children as they could easily fall down steps or off patio which is quite high up.

needs a freshen up. white goods need a good clean such as washing machine drawer - that was filthy and dish washer smelt bad. these little aspects let the property down. would be 10/10 if it wasn’t for that. same applies to bathroom. wasn’t dirty but needs a deeper clean.

This was a great place to stay as it was clean, comfortable and very spacious. Very close to the beach which was handy as well as not too far from restaurants and shops. The only adjustment would have been to have provided bedding and towels which were additional things to have to fill the car up with. Small things like tea bags and milk would have been nice to welcome guests. Apart from this it was exactly as described and we would stay again.

quilt & pillow’s were grubby & dried sweat on some pillows too ,to the extent that we felt we couldn’t sleep on them even with our pillow cases on ,so had to go to supermarket & payout to buy some new pillows .we did think we might have to have our sons dog but didn’t in the end , asked if the £25 could be refunded also did text to say about quilt & pillows after we got home with absolutely no response from the owner 🤷‍♀️which was very disappointing.

The provision of bedding and towels is at an additional cost. Bedding is not included in the price and offered at an additional £60 per stay. Towels are also not included, but can be added for an extra £20 per stay. Had we of known this in advance, we would have stayed somewhere else and we only found out when it was too late to cancel. This information should be included/ added to the Booking.com listing information, as it is not on there and probably catches a few people out. You can of course take your own bedding and towels, which we had to do.

We had a great one night stay with our girls. The house was spotless, the kitchen well supplied and the spa bath is a lovely little luxury! We were given plenty of notice to bring our own sheets/towels (they do offer a separate paid-for service if you choose). Hand soap in the bathrooms would’ve been good. Overall an excellent stay in a great area for holidays, with loads to do nearby and very near the beach as well.
