Needed an extra room nearby for family Christmas at my parents. This was ideal. A nice flat adjacent to the owner's family home but that we could come and go easily from. All mod cons, very comfortable, nice spot in leafy, residential Moseley.
The apartment is gorgeous, really nice layout and very clean, fresh decor. Was surprised by there being an en suite bathroom as well as another toilet downstairs, staying with family this made everything so convenient. There were so many useful items, lots of lights and towel rails etc. Would definitely book again. The communication with the hosts was also spot on.

Location quite near to shops. Private access to property.
Dog shares garden area, should be noted in the booking information regarding property as assumptions should not be made that 'all' are happy about having dogs within their vicinity. For allergic, fear or other reasons. Very steep stairs to upstairs room, so not manageable for those with mobility problems. I feel this should be noted in the booking information. If it is not already there. Toilet upstairs does not stop running water after it is flushed, plus there is a rumbling sound coming from one or some of the pipes at times, when water is being used, quite disturbing, especially if one uses the toilet or water facilities during the 'wee' (early) hours of the morning. The light to the area you need to use to access the coach house, situated in the actual garage, takes a while to come on. so is quite eerie on entering and the use of a mobile phones, torch was necessary, quite a lot.
Lovely home from home in the garden of a family in home in great, leafy but central bit of Birmingham. Friendly hosts with easy access. Great set up with well equipped new kitchen, comfy sofa and desk downstairs and comfy bed with ensuite upstairs. Nice little terrace for breakfast etc in the garden.
Perfect location for us visiting family over festive period, has everything we needed and hosts are very approachable if required but also very much feels like a private space. 2nd visit for us and will be back.
