Impeccable 4-Bed Apartment in Bath

Location was excellent but it did mean that in the evening it was rather noisy until about 2pm. Rooms were very comfortable.

It was noisy as the pubs and bars had gardens backing onto property which were covered, so meant that smokers were partying until 2pm.. Wet patch on stairs from leaking sky light.

Superb house, brilliant beds, spotlessly clean. Brilliant period features.

I am struggling to think of anything. At a push I would say the doors need oiling so those of us of a certain age who get up for a wee don't wake everyone up. But that's me being nitpicky because the whole thing was totally gorgeous.

The apartment was amazing and to a very high standard. The host left a lovely set of treats. The location was brilliant for everything in town as well

Fabulous location, magnificent beds and bathroom... Robun Restaurant is AMAZING and the team simply the best!

The apartment was really well furnished and decorated. Everything was very clean. The beds were so comfy with lovely linen. Very well equipped.

Being opposite a nightclub and next to a bar with a late night beer garden it was quite noisy until the early hours.

Lovely spacious, clean and elegant apartment. There was essentials like butter, milk, bread, biscuits, a variation of tea bags, coffee and hot chocolate left in the kitchen. A nice gift of chocolates and prosecco was also waiting for us on arrival. Very comfortable beds and plenty of towels for everyone. The apartment spans across two levels and is very well equipped with 3 bathrooms (2 being en-suites) and also 2 separate toilets. The location is great, with lots of options of nice restaurants and cafes on the doorstep. The staff were very helpful and were more than happy to look after our luggage before check-in and after check-out. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would love to stay again. Thank you!

Wasn’t an issue for us, but the apartment was located at the top of a three or four storey building so was up lots of stairs (to be expected in many buildings in Bath). Therefore would not be suitable for some disabled or elderly people.

Met by the host and shown in and around. Great service. Prosecco on arrival, bread, milk, chocolate, coffee and more. The host really went the extra mile, just fantastic and such a warm welcome I have been privileged to stay in some great places and this gets on the list!!

Fantastic place. Very close to town center, convenient to any place in Bath. The host is very friendly, gave us a lot recommendations. We spent lovely time here.

It was a very spacious and comfortable apartment in central Bath. The host provided us with some lovely condiments.

Fantastic location! On arrival there was a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us along with bread, butter, jams, milk, teas and coffee! All toiletries and kitchen essentials were provided. The bed linen, towels and fixtures and fittings were of a very high quality and the apartment was beautifully decorated! Our host was wonderful, greeted us on arrival, showed us around the property and made us very welcome!

The location was excellent and very central, however it was noisy at night due its location beside local bars but this is out of the owners control and did not effect our enjoyment!

An incredible property. It was exactly what we where looking for to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and a 50th birthday. Great location with plenty of room for us room. Easily within walking distance of some great food and points of historic interest.

This is a beautiful apartment in the heart of Bath. It’s spacious, spotlessly clean and there were lots of nice personal touches. If you’re there at the weekend (or new years!) you’ll definitely need to pack some ear plugs though - we couldn’t quite believe how much noise there was from the nearby bars until very late into the night. Being so central means everything you could want is just a short walk away though. You should also note that this apartment is advertised via Airbnb but you’ll be sent a separate website and have to email the hosts for any requests which was fine, if a little slower / more inconvenient than everything being in Airbnb. Having said all that, I’d definitely book again though - as the space itself was fantastic.

The house description didn’t mention the bars and clubs that surround the property. It was our first time in Bath and therefore didn’t know the street. We didn’t sleep for two nights. We emailed twice but no one replied. Otherwise it was clean and central.

Central Location

Very noisy until 3am which is when Revolution closes. They have a pavement licence

Fabulous host, very welcoming. Very comfy beds. All bedrooms were of a good size and high standard. Great to have some supplies provided in the kitchen when we arrived.

Some noise from the bars behind, but it’s to be expected in such a central location.

The location is amazing and the house is very comfortable

The host did not reply to messages/ emails/ or picked up the phone. We had to call booking and ask for help. Booking was working on a reallocation plan when we decided to ask in a restaurant below the apartment if they could help. It turns out they are responsible for checking us in, but this information was never previously shared. This caused a lot of stress. We waited for news of the bait for 1.5 hours in the rain and cold before finding the solution by ourselves.

The apartment was welcoming and well stocked with tea, coffee, jam, a pound of butter, sourdough bread, and ample toilet paper (we needed to restock in previous lodging). The staff at Robun restaurant was friendly and helpful. The guidebook app influenced two guests to rent an electric boat and motor on the canal.

Elder member of the group struggled with the three flights of stairs.

The whole apartment was just as described and pictured. All amenities were to a very high standard. Made our daughters graduation extra special due to the location. Would definitely use again.

The apartment is central to everything. We hired it fir a graduation event and all the places we beed to get to were about 10 to 1 mins walk and great restaurants all nearby. The apartment is gorgeous and spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable and all rooms a lovely size. 3 bathrooms and 5 toilets meant nobody had to wait to get into a bathroom. Proseco milk and water were in tge fridge and jams and teas in the karder. I recommend you have some coffee too. All in allalivrly place today. We woukd definitely love to rent thus apartment again.

I would mention that there are quite a few stairs up to the apartment so would not be suitable fir anyone with mobility issues.

The main bedroom on the entrance floor had a bad odour - damp maybe. Also there were lots of flies in the same room.

Loved the feel of the place. Great location, large bedrooms, comfortable beds and warm as every room had a heater. Appreciated the little extras such as complimentary wine and Lindt chocolates.

Needed better lighting in the lounge room to be able to read at night.

Had a brilliant stay and would highly recommend. Perfect location and bars and restaurants literally on your doorstep (those with young families may find the late night noise an issue). The place is large, beautifully presented and has everything you need. The extra effort and touches have been made to make your stay perfect. We stayed and were in some great bars and restaurants within 100 steps and could not have wished for a better place. We will be back to stay again and I would not hesitate to give this the perfect score and recommend. From start to finish this has been perfect.

Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in a central bustling location. Perfect for shops, bars and restaurants. Warm and helpful welcome and even got some help carrying our wine upstairs!

Stairs apartment on 2nd floor but worth the effort

We stayed here with 4 persons. We had a really warm welcome, clear introduction , information and app about the appartment. Eveything worked well and everything was clean. Even coffee, tea and breakfast for the first day was arranged. Location was super, in the middle of the city. Would really recommend this for appartment, especially with a bigger company (at least four).

Location was very good, very spacious and furnishings were of a very high standard. Catered for all our needs from start to finish! Finishing touches such as leaving Prosecco, bread, butter, jam, coffee and tea etc were brilliant!!

Perfectly located for all attractions, shops & restaurants. The accommodation was comfortable & well equipped. The bedrooms were especially spacious & beautifully decorated. The host was very welcoming upon our arrival & we were made to feel at home, with the addition of a few essentials & luxuries that were provided. Would be happy to recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Bath, & would visit again on any return visits to Bath.

It was spacious and comfortable with good quality furnishings etc. The rooms were great sizes and it was good to have so many bathrooms/ toilets.

We had a couple of cold showers during the weekend which was disappointing. It would have been handy to have a microwave.

The location of the apartment is amazing! Walking distance to everything and the place was extremely well decorated! We loved all the bedrooms and the living room - very spacious and a great spot for a girlie weekend! Everyone loved it so much that they’ve all taken the details for their own future bookings!

Nothing really of note - the only thing one of our party mentioned was the noise from the bar over the road late at night but we had all been out so it didn’t take too long to fall asleep!

Fantastic apartment. The hosts were amazing, so helpful. Provided milk, bread and cupboard essentials. Apartment is comfortable has everything you need and so many bathrooms! Great location too.

We stayed here with extended family. The stairs up kept you fit, but didn't phase us particularly. The staff in the restaurant below couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and there was a fabulous selection of bread, milk, butter and a bottle of prosecco to welcome us. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would stay again.

The apartment is enormous and absolutely delightful. The welcome pack was thoughtful. Decor was fun and colourful. Just a real treat.

Parking is always difficult in Bath - not specific to this apartment. There are also 2 large flights of stairs up to the apartment. We had 3 slightly older ladies who found that a bit difficult, but still worthwhile!

Gorgeous house in fab location. Was surprised to see a Revolutions bar over the road, it’s quite a noisy street however we were wanting a fun time so location was perfect for us! Had lots of cocktails In the Robun and staff were lovely! House was really well stocked. Would definitely recommend!

amazing spacious flat in the heart of Bath, close to all the popular places of interest. pictures do kitdo this place justice, is decorated to luxurious standard, with Al superfine beds, high quality bed linen makes the stay very comfortable. we stayed as a family of grown ups, with several couples. the ensuites and number of bathrooms meant we could be together but also have our separate spaces. would highlyrecommend, and would definitelystay again.

The flat was great - absolutely beautiful and super comfy. The hosts were so welcoming and helpful and we loved our stay. Kitchen was really well equipped, super comfy beds and a great location.
