The beds were really uncomfortable. Tiny bathrooms and one of them had a lot of ants! It was a very vertical house too with a lot of stairs.

Приятное общение с хозяйкой-хостом Наз. Выполнили наши просьбы по трасферу из и в аэропорт в удобном микроавтобусе до всей нашей компании. Неподалёку есть магазины с продуктами и хорошие кафе.
Вокруг дома много стройки и строительных заборов. Крутоватые горки. Но в общем - все хорошо.
Great location, close to tourist attractions, shops and transport. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with 3 ensuites which was handy. The kitchen is on a separate floor which is great and this property has a fabulous balcony overlooking the Bosphorus. The host was very responsive and super helpful.
The mattress on the bed in the bigger bedroom on the first landing needs to be changed as it slopes towards the edge of the bed and you think you are falling out. The host said they would address this issue.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut für unseren Aufenthalt mit 3 Paaren geeignet. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie die Hagia Sophia, die Therme Basilika usw. waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation war immer freundlich und hilfreich.

Clear check in instructions,very clean. Old part of town so the drains do smell a bit at times but didn’t detract from stay.close to main tourist area,a bit run down ( the area) but felt very safe at all times,no issue walking everywhere,local travel agent really helpful booking tours,

It’s a standalone 4 storey building with no lift. Kitchen is on the top most floor with bedrooms on 2nd and 3rd storey. Has a very nice staircase to level 2 but stairwell landing on upper floors do not have railings, may not be safe for kids. The keys sights, shops and restaurants are very accessible. Neighbourhood is safe but a little messy. Beds are comfortable and clean. Bathrooms are very small with tiny sinks. Set-up in kitchen and balcony can be tidier and more reflective of what the photos show. Kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. A perfect place for a group to stay with easy access to great historical places.
The rooftop deck and view were great. Great amenities with washer and dryer too. Bathroom for every room. Nice decor and very comfortable.

Naz is a very responsive and attentive host! The house is perfect for 3 couples to share with ensuites in 3 bedrooms and an additional bathroom for common use. The location is absolutely ideal!!! 7mins walk to blue mosque, topaki palace is 12 mins walk away. 5 mins to public tram. Lots of restaurants and shopping within a 2block radius. Absolutely perfect place to stay!!!

The location was fantastic, close to the Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar and other attractions in the old town. The rooftop terrace was a fantastic bonus, great views down to the sea and a lovely place to chill.

I had a fantastic stay at Naz’s beautiful 4-floor home in Sultanahmet! The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for a group or family. Naz was an incredibly helpful host, always available for any questions or tips. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Blue Mosque and other major attractions. The area has many dining options, but some of the nearby restaurants can be a bit pricey. Overall, a wonderful experience in the heart of Istanbul!

Fabuleux ! Une maison entière, sur 3 étages. Les 3 chambres et le salon ont chacune leur propre salle de bain. Toutes les pièces sont climatisées. Mieux que les meilleurs rooftop chic de la ville, vous avez une magnifique vue sur la mer en haut sur la terrasse. Et tout cela est situé au coeur de la vieille ville, c'est à dire, à côté de la Sainte Sophie, Topkapi.... Bref, une pépite Airbnb

Muy céntrico ( a 5 minutos de la Mezquita Azul), con unas vistas muy bonitas del Mar de Marmara desde una terraza amplia en la que se puede cenar. Amplio, limpio y con todo el equipamiento necesario. Naz muy atenta a nuestras necesidades.
Está en varios pisos comunicados con escaleras. No es para personas con movilidad reducida. Por lo demás muy bien.
Fantastic location , within walking distance of Sultan Ahmet Area & Grand Bazaar . Just a bit of advice , it’s on a hill so be prepared for some serious walking , also the apartment is a 3 storey building . So if you don’t like stairs , this place is not for you . We had an excellent stay here. The house is lovely with amazing views from the top floor balcony and kitchen. The location is superb - walking distance to the main sites in Istanbul. Our host was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this house for a stay.

Apartment is spread across 3 floors with a steep curved wooden staircase which may prove challenging for elderly people or those with dodgy knees or hips, also difficult moving/ lifting heavy suitcases, small sections of the staircase have no railings
We traveled in from Ohio (US) with 6 people. All our first time to Turkey. Great location, wonderful host, all amenities needed, apartment does need repairs, and couch was switched and very small and will not sleep a person. (maybe a tiny child) All issues we discovered were addressed and fixed right away by the host. View from top was amazing. Know the area is extremely hilly and three flights of stairs in the apartment. Traffic is very busy and slow moving plan accordingly. Many attractions are within walking distance and so our stores, shops, and restaurants. This is the old part of the city and the surrounding is as such. People were all very helpful and kind and felt safe. Prices in the area were geared towards tourists. Not crazy high but more then outer areas. Grace Rooftop was a very nice restaurant, Blue Bottle, and Arch Bistro we liked as well. Eureka Travel, around the corner helped arrange transportation and tours. We had a wonderful stay and felt safe everywhere.

Place is in the heart of everything and is walkable to most of the place you are there to visit. Great places to ear nearby or just have a casual stroll. House was clean and felt right at home. It had all the items you may need for a short or a long visit. We loved the view from the terrace looking out to the Marmara sea. Thank you again for the hospitality and we would love to come back.
Our group of 5 adults had never been to Istanbul. This was the perfect place to stay. We were able to walk to Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Bascilla Cistern. We all had our own room each with a bathroom. Our host quickly answered all our questions and we had an amazing stay!
Great location, you can reach most sites on foot. The tram station is very close, lots of supermarkets and restaurants, too. The host gave very clear instructions how to enter the house. A perfect place for 6 people. The view from the upper floor is wonderful, you see seagulls flying all the time
Great place for Istanbul tourists! Beautiful view while enjoying Turkish coffee in the morning. Clean, quite and 15 min away walking, from Hypodrome Square/ Blue Mosque/Hagia Sofia. Çemberlıtaş station only 5 min walk.Lots of place to eat very close to the accommodation. We warmly recommend the place! Don’t worry about inside stairs, it will be peanuts comparing to Istanbul hills!l Gladly we will return to Istanbul and also to your place! All the best, Madalina ( Romania)

We stay there for three nights, seven persons, had great time. Lovely kitchen on the third floor with a nice view. Really a great option, you can reach the most famous touristic spots in 10-15 minutes walk.

Amazing place and Naz was a great host who always answered our questions and helped right away. The location is amazing and within walking distance of many popular attractions. The area is a bit hilly and the unit has a lot of stairs but that is to be expected of the area. Would definitely stay here again!
This was a beautiful place to stay! There is an amazing view of the city and waterways. It is in the perfect location for exploring Istanbul on foot. The neighborhood is quiet at night, yet is within walking of distance of so many of Istanbul's most wondrous tourist attractions. There are also numerous restaurants and shops nearby. The accommodation is a free-standing house with an entrance on the ground floor that led up to our accommodation on the top three floors of the house (there are a lot of stairs in the house, which was no problem for us). There are three ensuite bedrooms (one with its own balcony) and there is a fourth bathroom in in the living room. The kitchen is on the top floor, and we spent a lot of time up there, enjoying the outdoor patio, having our meals, and spending time together as a family. The host was extremely responsive and provided extensive information in advance about the house and visiting Turkey. We highly recommend staying in this beautiful house!
We loved staying in this apartment, it was perfect for our family of 4. The location was amazing, shops and major attractions were all close by (walking distance). If going further afield the tram stop was close by too. Naz was very responsive and helpful. The space was clean and looked just like the photos. But the best bit was the view. We could have sat on the balcony for hours just admiring the view. We would happily stay here again and would also recommend this to anyone visiting Istanbul.
The place was absolutely fantastic. It was exactly as described. The host, Naz, was very accommodative and thoughtful with the amenities provided. He was quick to respond to our questions as well and offered us to arrange the pick up and drop off at the airport. We reached late but it was in a very good location that everything was accessible and open at the time of the night. It is pretty close to the blue mosque, Hagia Sofia and, Topkapi castle, so we pretty much walked to all the locations. Please check out their restaurant recommendations as well. They were awesome.
Had an excellent stay. The place is very cosy and comfortable, and very home-like with a stunning view of the ocean and the blue mosque. Well equipped kitchen and other standard household appliances, with even security alarm system. Very well responsive host, accommodative and flexible. Highly recommended for those with big family and group.
Gorgeous house with an amazing view. Within walking distance of the main mosques, grand bazaar, etc. Lovely little park and local shops and cafés just down the hill. Tram stop 10 minutes away to go everywhere else. Area is quiet at night. Naz arranged a transfer for us from the airport, so there was no difficulty finding the door, but I think we would have struggled otherwise. She was really helpful and always available for any queries. Would highly recommend!
This house is located in good place near main İstanbul attractions. With lots of cafes and shops nearby. Each bedroom has its own toilet and shower - which is great for a company of different people. But the main thing about this apartment is the amazing view from the terrace. It was so nice to have a coffee during sunrise or a supper at sunset - literally you can rent this apartment just because of the view
Naz was a great host/coordinator who communicated quickly. She took care of all issues for us, including booking airport transfers and replacing a French Press. I love that there is a door code so check in is contactless. The house was spacious and as described. The views from the top floor are great and the kitchen amenities are really good (microwave, toaster, washer and dryer, dishwasher, etc.). We were missing a way to make coffee. There was a moka with no coffee grounds insert, a pour over with no filters and a coffee pot with no machine. But Naz remedied this quickly and sent over a French press. One note, which does not detract from the rating at all, is that the mattresses are extremely firm, which I found to be the case across multiple hotels and airbnbs in Turkey. But if you’re from the US and/or like a soft mattress, this is something to prepare for. My only real issue with the house is that the bathrooms smell awful and the showers all had quite a bit of mold.

Le système d'ouverture de la porte avec code qui ne fonctionne pas toujours bien. Le canapé du salon n'est pas convertible ; mieux vaut donc parler d'une location pour 6 personnes maximum, pas pour 8.
Sadly there were issues with the security lock trying to get in, even the key lock played up, despite cleaners and then Locksmith trying to fix it, they couldn't. Plus previous Guests had left five Covid tests sitting on bench, of which three were positive, apparently they had failed to advise anyone of this situation, and to make matters worst, two of our party were in close contact with the five women, as were the two cleaners. Had to find alternative Accommodation.
De locatie is perfect, dichtbij de belangrijkste attracties van de stad. De ligging is rustig en je hoort nauwelijks verkeer. Prachtig uitzicht over de Bosporus vanaf het dakterras. Het appartement is keurig onderhouden en erg schoon. De communicatie met de eigenaresse verliep prettig.
Links en rechts van het appartement zijn lege bouwkavels, tegenover het appartement wordt gesloopt. Dat maakt de plek iets minder mooi maar eerlijk gezegd hadden we daar weinig last van en dit doet niets af aan de centrale locatie en het mooie appartement.
Everything was easy and great! From check-in, to Wi-Fi to facilities. No "fake" photos that make the place look better than it actually was either. We loved the patio and the fantastic view from it. The apartment is only about 1 street back from a fairly busy street, 2-3 streets back from a very main street with trams and other public transport. So the location was quiet enough but close enough to everything in the area. We did a lot of walking from the apartment as the Blu Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern etc are all within a casual 10-15min walk with shops everywhere so nothing seemed an effort. Apparently the Mosque morning prayers woke up some of my friends (not me!) but they only last a minute or two so nothing I would even worry about. We considered it our morning blessing for another great day in Istanbul!
We loved everything! Please just review the instructions for the washing machine to make sure they're accurate? We did do laundry and loved that you even provided washing powder (thank you) but the "button / dial on the left" alluded us!
Naz and her husband were extremely helpful. We asked them to book taxied to and from the airport. This was the best thing to do . The house is off the main roads and unless you know the area, and are happy to get ripped off by the yellow taxis, get the host to book transport. The house is unique in having 3 double, en-suite bedrooms and another sofa bed/bathroom off the living room. If you’re light sleepers, the road outside can be noisy and I would say the stairs are not suitable for children or if you are unsteady / infirm. Other than this, it’s a little gem, in the heart of the main tourist attractions.
We enjoyed our time at this place. Naz was very friendly and responded all of our questions. Definitely recommend this place. We liked the fact that it’s walkable to a lot of restaurants and mosques. Will definitely stay again whenever we visit Istanbul!
The property consists of 4 levels. The ground level provides access to the property and guests are faced with a flight of stairs leading to a landing with bedrooms on either side. A further flight of stairs provides access to an open lounge area and a third bedroom. From here a final flight of stairs leads to the kitchen/dining area and double sliding doors to the most wonderful terrace with views over the Sea of Marmara. The bedrooms and living areas are well furnished and full of character. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. That said, it’s the terrace view that sticks in the mind. To watch the setting sun, pass down over the horizon with the anchored ships with their lights on in the distance… absolutely stunning… Would I stay there again? Too right!
The apartment was incredible and I'd highly recommend. The balcony with sea views was the highlight but the rest of the apartment was great too! There is lots of space with 3 bedrooms and a big living room. It's also in a great location a short walk away from major sights like the Hagia Sofia, Spice Market, etc. You won't regret staying!

Perfect location within walking distance of tourist attractions but far away from the crowds, and there are amazing local restaurants, cafés and shops on the doorstep. Excellent communication from Naz and clear recommendations in the apartment of where to visit. We loved being greeted by the same cat every time we entered and left the apartment. This was the perfect house and location for our family of five. Walking distance to all key sites in Sultanahmet and Grand Bazaar. Central to great cafes , restaurants and mini marts. Naz our host was highly responsive and very helpful. The house gave us all plenty of room to spread out and relax with all the amenities and view of The Bosphorus.
Naz is a responsive and helpful. He offered to arrange a ride to and from IST airport but Travel nest did not give him my messages on airbnb site asking to confirm this, so I made own arrangements. Make sure you have a pic of house (Naz sends) because it will help you see front vs the rear to access. The top floor terrace is beautiful and I spent several hours out there. At night the blue mosque is well lit, and it’s a stunning view. This alone is reason to stay. Great location with a little market 1 min walk, and 2 min walk up the hill to main area with restaurants. I highly recommend the restaurant to right of Hotel Santa Sophia. 1 glitch with access to Wi-Fi 1st day as wrong info was emailed to me month before, & the hand written card was difficult to read. Since others didn’t have cellular data on, we were not able to communicate…I got locked on the terrace for quite a while. ( lockout 100% on us) Overall highly recommend this place! .

A great place for our family of four adults. Very secure with lots of space. Lots of stairs. Street level entry. 1st floor up has 2 bedrooms each with attached wc/shower. A/C would not turn on in one bedroom, but worked well throughout the rest of house. Next floor has 1 bedroom, 2 wcs/showers, and a family room w/ sofa, chairs, small tv (which would not turn on). Top floor had a kitchen, sitting area, and a nice outdoor patio with a great view of the Sea of Marmara. A very close mosque added to the Istanbul ambiance with the call to prayer 5x/day. Wifi worked well. Secured lockbox was appreciated. Washer/dryer worked fine, though a bit challenging as English directions were not totally accurate. Drying was very slow; give yourself time. The only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars was the power. Multiple times the first night the circuits flipped. We quickly learned to manage the a/c, lights, washer/dryer, and showers (tankless water heaters). Overall a very nice place to stay. TY
It was a great decision to opt for this place , had all the amenities and felt like home . Very clean and well maintained flat providing all the important things required for a comfortable stay.
Was a great stay. The view from top floor was amazing. It’s four storey so lots of stairs but the view made the climb worthwhile. Everything you require is available. Naz organised pickup and drop off from the airport which was great. Outside the roads are quite steep so beware if you are not agile and sure footed.

The accommodation was perfect for our family to spend some time together. The location is great, the apartment is lovely and the host was very helpful. We needed a cot for a 20 month old baby and the host managed to get this for us, initially it was not passed from Airbnb support to him that it was for that age. Contact through the Airbnb to travelnest wasn’t great but once I got the hosts contact details he was brilliant. If I go back to Istanbul I will stay there again.

Muy buena ubicación, y espectacular vista
Die Wohnung liegt etwas abseits des Trubels, trotzdem ist alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Man braucht allerdings aufgrund des hügeligen Charakters Istanbuls etwas Kondition. ;) Die Wohnung selbst ist fast wie ein ganzes Haus und erstreckt sich über 3 Etagen. Es gibt 4 Bäder. 3 davon direkt am jeweiligen Schlafzimmer, 1 am Wohnzimmer. Das Highlight ist natürlich die Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Haben wir aber nicht wirklich genutzt. Die Duschen haben einen vernünftigen Wasserdruck. ;) und die Betten sind bequem. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Sehr zu empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit Naz/Vermieterin war super und der Airporttransport wurde gut organisiert.

The place looks just like the photos - cozy home with a beautiful sea view from the top floor balcony. The house is nestled in the very quiet and peaceful neighborhood less than 10mins walk to the Sultanahmet square - very convenient for family like us who want to stay near to attractions. The home has everything that we needed, plenty of toilets, well equipped kitchen and terrace with a nice view for afternoon tea, and good sized bedrooms. Naz was very helpful and responsive in our communication. There was a bit of confusion during check-out as the next group of guests were trying to come in when we were still inside around 10am but Naz attended to this immediately - it was all good. One thing is note if you have a lot of luggages is - the house is located in a neighborhood on a slope so expect some slopes and stairs to climb, and the house itself has 4 floors so there are also some stairs inside the house to climb too - but this is what you pay for a nice view on the top floor :)

Muy lindo departamento. Tres dormitorios con baño cada uno. Linda vista desde la cocina y linda terraza para el verano. Tener en cuenta que son tres pisos, por si alguno tiene inconvenientes con las escaleras (no fue nuestro caso). Recomendable

Evin yeri sultan ahmet camii, ayasofya camiigibi gezilecek yerlere çok yakın yürüyerek 10 dkdan az sürede ulaşabilirsiniz. Arabasız olarak evi kullanmanızı tercih ederim otopark konusunda park edebileceğiniz karşısında paralı bir otopark var (200 tl gecelik istiyor). Paralı otopar dışında aracınızı bırakabileceğiniz yakında bir yer bulmanız çok zor. Evin ısıtması güzel ve evin içindeki mutfak malzemeleri ve diğer malzemeler yeterli. Evde güvenlik problemi var kapıyı içeriden kilitleseniz dahi evin içinde başkalarının erişebildiği bir kapı var ve buradan giriş yapabiliyorlar. Evin içinde başkalarının girebildiği bir kapının olması güvensizlik hissi veriyor. Neden böyle bir kapı ve orada yatak odası var ve neden böyle bir kapı evin içinde bulunuyor cidden büyük bir soru işareti.
The area is near most attractions within 10-15muns walk, however do note that the roads are steep and narrow. Overall its a nice stay for a family. Host is very responsive and provided clear instructions.
Was not able to check in after flying in overseas and ended up getting other AirBNB. Unable to go inside apartment but looked nice from the outside and very centrally located in Istanbul. Very close to many tourist attractions. Would like to stay in if i visited Istanbul again because of where it’s located.
Place looks better than the listing, kitchen is very well equipped, check-in and check-out was very smooth. All the major attractions are only a walk away from here, definitely recommend this place if you are in Istanbul.
Amazing location! We had a fantastic stay
Great location, walkable everywhere, accessible to public transport if you wish, plenty to see. The host was was responsive and easily reachable. All the amenities you need and require are in the apartment. The only comment that is a minor negative is a lot of the lighting in the top and second levels weren’t working meaning at night there was really insufficient lighting in some areas.
The house, facilicites and location were absolutely perfect. The view from the balcony is wonderful. We were there to see in the new year. I think we had the best view in istanbul. The property is in a quiet, less touristy street, close to little supermarkets and small restaurants selling delicious food. Felt very safe. Everyone was very friendly. Not far from the trams, bizarre, mosques etc. . Either side of the house, on google maps, does not look very pretty. Don't be put off by that. The house is a very reasonably priced gem. I highly recommend for 3 couples.
The 3 storey house has a lot of winding steps. The hand rail, in some parts is inadequate or not there. The lovely highly polished wooden floor and steps have no markers to indicate where each step ends. They blur into themselves You really need to concentrate every time you use the stairs. Not safe for young children

숙소는 매우 훌륭했습니다. 두 번째 층에는 화장실이 딸린 방이 두 개가 있고 세 번째 층에는 방 하나와 화장실이 두 개 있습니다. 또한 맨 윗층에는 주방과 테라스가 있는데, 테라스에서 보이는 뷰가 매우 멋졌습니다.
Very good place for staying! I would say - excellent! Great view and so many rooms for guests. Beds very comfortable and everything is clean! I will recommend this place to my friends. Just one issue it’s parking. I hope you don’t have a car because in Old Town it’s hard to find free parking. Anyway the parking guy by the house will help you. :)
The house was just as shown. We loved the terrace balcony where we had our morning coffee and breakfast. All tourist sites we had to visit were in walking distance, I couldn’t have asked for a better location. The neighborhood has cobblestone roads which are very cute. The house has stairs which might not be suitable for everyone but we knew about this from the description and didn’t mind it. Overall I loved the house and will hopefully come back again. The only one downside was that the bathrooms are quite tiny but manageable.

Great house. Terrace is perfect for sunsets and a glass of wine. The 3 level house is very spacious, has great design, wonderful furnishings and a great location. The owner was very friendly and communicated well. We’ve stayed at over 30 AirBnb’s and this one is one of the best.

Loved our stay at this apartment! Had a great upper level with a patio and beautiful view of the river and mosques. Plenty of room for everyone, the location was quiet but close enough to everything you’d want to enjoy, and the host was easy to contact and had clear instructions. Would definitely recommend this apartment for your stay!

Appartement très bien agencé et situé en plein coeur de Fatih, à 5 min de marche du Grand Bazar. Les équipements sont de qualité avec des explications pour leur utilisation. A noter aussi la vue magnifique sur le Bosphore.
Do not hesitate to book this! It's the perfect location, literally walking distance from every single attraction in the Sultahnamet district, including Grand Bazaar. There are also hundreds of excellent restaurants within walking distance from this place. The rooftop terrace views alone are to die for, you get an incredible view of the whole city and the prettiest mosques, which are often lit up at night. The rooms are much larger than they appear in the pictures and fit with clean, crisp white sheets. All the bathrooms and rooms are very clean, with A/C in every single room. We stayed at 4 different Airbnbs during our stay and this was by far one of the best. The only deterrent would be if walking/mobility is a problem then this might not be the best location since its right in the old city so streets are sometimes steep and paved with uneven cobblestones. There is also no elevator in the building, which is normal for this area, and the AirBnB spans 4 floors so lots of narrow stairs to climb!

Great location everything at your doorstep. House is nice and spacious. Only issue is the stairs and can be dangerous for small children as house is 4 stories. Otherwise i can't see any other downside to renting this house. Views from the balcony are great, free shampoo, body wash coffee tea what else can you ask for and price was great less than half the price of a hotel. Thanks for a great stay Naz.
Nice location clean apartment
The apartment was exactly as described and was really nice. The view from the terrace is fantastic. The location of the apartment was perfect and we found all tourist attractions and good restaurants nearby. The owner (Naz) was very helpful and friendly. My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Instanbul and are delighted with the friendliness of the Turkish people. We hope to be back in Istanbul soon and would definitely recommend this apartment.
We found the apartment pretty much as we thought based on the listing and prior reviews. It worked out really well for a family of four with our youngest kid around 10 yrs old. The bathrooms are a bit small but we expected that given it's the old town. It is a typical old building that maximizes the space and, in our opinion, does a very good job at that. There might be an odd smell you may experience once in a while in the bathroom but that's probably because it's old plumbing. We are generally finicky about cleanliness and smells but this did not bother us at all. The highlight is the terrace/balcony that we enjoyed every single evening. Of course, being close to old town and some good restaurants was also a plus. Generally, the apartment was quiet from outside sounds. The host was super helpful and even willing to even call Turkish Airlines on our behalf to help find our luggage. The host also figured out how our luggage could be received if we were not home (we ended up being home when they delivered though). In short, if we were to go back in time, we would absolutely rent it again.

Sehr großzügige, komfortable und perfekt ausgestattetes Haus. Eine wahre Ruheoase inmitten der Metropole. Sehr saubere Zimmer, die durch Klimaanlagen auch an heißen Tagen heruntergekühlt werden können. Das Highlight für uns war die großzügige Dachterrasse mit Blick über die Dächer Istanbuls Richtung Meer. Die wichtigsten Touristenattraktionen sind alle fußläufig in einigen Minuten erreichbar. Perfekt für uns war die überragende Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin über WhatsApp. Sie organisierte für uns im Handumdrehen den Transfer vom Flughafen und zurück. Vielen Dank!!! #geileBude
We spent 4 nights in this very nice townhouse. All was spotless clean when we arrived and communication with the owner went as smooth as it may be possible. Location is great, stunning view over the Marmara Sea from the terrace and a real pleasure to enjoy our breakfast with such a view. As a whole, highly recommended !

Superschöne Unterkunft mit drei Schlafzimmern, jedes mit eigenem Duschbad, ein Duschbad extra vom Wohnzimmer aus. Zwei Schlafzimmer befinden sich im 1. OG, ein Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer im 2. OG, im 3. OG befinden sich die gut ausgestattete Küche und die große Dachterrasse mit wirklich schöner Aussicht. Die Muezzins mehrerer Moscheen rufen mehrmals täglich zum Gebet, ca. 22 Uhr das letzte mal und zum Sonnenaufgang das erste mal. Die Nächte in diesem sehr belebten Stadtteil waren ruhiger als erwartet. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, die Tram und der große Basar sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Es sind allerdings einige Höhenmeter zu überwinden. Zu viert lohnt sich für längere Strecken ein Taxi zu nehmen. Taxistand befindet sich in der belebten Straße unterhalb der Unterkunft. Man muss zu bestimmen Zeiten allerdings damit rechnen im Stau zu stehen.
This was a comfortable and convenient stay in the old town of Istanbul. The patio on the top floor was a particular treat-overlooking the Marmara sea. There was plenty of space for the four of us to rest and hangout. And cannot stress enough how convenient it was for sightseeing, being able to pop in to drop off bags or use the bathroom before heading off to the next site.
We had a great time at the centrally located home. It was so close to blue mosque . The home was clean n great and had all amenities. one issue we faced was hauling up all the luggage all three floors . That was quite the task . Rest the washrooms smelled a bit but when we asked them to clean they did . but still the next day there was a snelk. Rest was great . overall great value for money.

A dos días de nuestra llegada, aún no habíamos recibido instrucciones para el checking y tuvimos que contactar con urgencia. Tuvimos problemas con el wifi desde que llegamos. La propiedad nos sugirió hablar con la compañía telefónica directamente, seleccionando “hablar en inglés” en la llamada. Nos negamos rotundamente pues no teníamos un inglés fluido como para resolver el problema vía telefónica con la suministradora de internet. Fue entonces cuando nos envió a un chico que estuvo mucho tiempo tratando de solucionarlo..pareció que lo solucionó, pero instantes después de irse volvimos a quedarnos sin internet. Ya no volvimos a molestar a la propiedad y alquilamos un wifi portátil porque necesitábamos wifi irremediablemente

Overall the stay was fantastic. The location can't be beat. It had everything we needed for our stay and a little more. During our stay, the internet was breaking but they were prompt to get it fixed. 2/3 beds were very comfortable. The one to the left on the second floor was very squeaky, any movement would cause it to loudly squeak. But at the third night we got used to it. We would come back to this place over and over again. Thanks for having us.

It’s a great central location, within walking distance to historic district and 10 mins to Grand Bazaar. There are a lot of little shops, cafes, restaurants around, and 10 mins to tram station. And of course- gorgeous Bosphorus view from kitchen. The host was great with communication, before check-in and during the stay and before check out. Naz really made sure we were comfortable. There was a crib and a baby chair already prepared for us. Just to be aware-the house is a 4-stories.A lot of stairs- it was a challenge for my mother who has knee problem and we had to watch out our toddler not to tumble down. If you’re a young group, this wouldn’t be a problem. I recommend staying here if you want to be close to everything and still get a local feel of Istanbul.

I love the view from the top floor. The rooms were comfortable and clean. There are toilets provided for every room, which is very convenience for big family like us. The mattresses are to die for. Only, the downside was the are many stairs and its not safe for kids and senior citizen. The rest was top notch

It’s a nice house with all amenities we needed. Stunning view! We love it. Good location with lots of great restaurants around but it’s not so easy to call taxi. Little things could be improved, room doors locks and lighting in the house. Housekeeping came an hour earlier then our check out time :( Overall very nice and worthy. Thanks for hosting us :)

Best place to stay in Istanbul. Beautiful view and easy to find exit to tram. Also near to Hygia Sofia and to Grand Bazar by walking. The Owner is also helpful in any time. I missed one item in fridge and owner give her best to post the item to us. For sure will stay here again when come to Istanbul. 5 of 5 from me

Отдельно стоящий 3-х этажный домик в центре Стамбула. Дом очень понравился, сделано все с умом, три спальни и кухня с террасой. В каждой спальне ванная комната ,это очень удобно+ есть большое количество полотенец, гель для душа и шампунь. матрасы удобные, белое чистое постельное белье. на кухне есть все необходимое и даже больше, такое редко встретишь в арендуемом жилье (есть соковыжималка, тостер).Также стиральная и сушильная машина,что очень удобно! с 3-го этажа открывается великолепный вид на мраморное море и близлежащие мечети. попасть в дом можно через кодовый замок, что очень практично! Хозяин дома все время на связи, всегда подскажет если что то не понятно или не известно. Также он очень предусмотрительно оставил на столе кухонном свои рекомендации по кафе и ресторанам, а ещё и карту достопримечательностей .Рядом с домом на углу есть офис такси, цена до аэропорта 300-400 лир, если в новый аэропорт то 250-300. Рядом с домом вверх по улице есть неплохое кафе-столовая с низкими ценами и есть хороший ресторан Mivan красивый интерьер, хорошее обслуживание, приемлемые цены. в общем рекомендую данный вариант.
Thanks Naz for the stay. Your building is small and narrow but it's designed effectively so we feel comfortable and spacious. 3 bedroom accommodate our family well. Rooftop with Bosphorus view is a big plus. Naz also responded our text warmly. Facilities on the property are awesome. They provide everything you need. Will definitely come again
A great place, with an amazing view! Really close to the main sightseeings, and also to public transportation. It was clean and tidy, with plenty of space for everybody (we were 6 people). It had all that's needed, even more. The only thing is that the house is on three stories and with a smaller kid it's not appropriate, as the stairs are not safe.
