Her şey hayal ettiğimiz gibiydi. Tayfun Bey harika bir ev sahibi. Bize her konuda yardımcı oldu. Ev ve bahçe tertemizdi. İhtiyacımız olan her şey mevcuttu. Huzur dolu 3 gece geçirdik. Kendi evimizde gibi rahattık. Evin zaten konumuna ve manzarasına vurularak tutmuştuk. Doğru bir tercih yapmışız. Kalabalıktan uzak, sessiz, sakin, doğa içinde huzur dolu bir tatil istiyorsanız mutlaka şans verin. İlerleyen zamanlarda yeniden gelmek için sabırsızlanıyoruz. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz 🙏🏻

Очень гостеприимный хозяин виллы Тайфун!Встретил нас очень радушно,подарил бутылку домашнего красного вина,в холодильнике лежали свежие яблоки,принес также теплый домашний хлеб!Было очень приятно! Территория очень красивая и ухоженная,недалеко озеро.

Doğanın içinde saklı bir cennet. Tayfun bey harika bir ev sahibi. Bahçeye bu kadar güzel baktığı için teşekkür ederiz. Evde çok rahat ettik. Bahçe ve veranda nefisti.

Typhoon was a gracious host. It is a definite must repeat.

Bahçe harika, plaj gayet güzel ancak ev pek kullanışlı değil. İki aile olarak gittiğimiz bu yerde bir aile üst kattaki odayı kullandı ancak her adımda tahtaların gıcırdaması konforu çok zayıflattı. Özel plajı olan ev yazıyor, bu doğru ama aynı arazide ev sahibine bağlı iki ev daha var ve o evin misafirleri de plajı kullanabilir. Biz mahremiyet için plajdan etkilenerek tercih etmiştik ve maalesef beklediğimiz gibi olmadı. Bunun yanında kayık ve kano imkanı bozuk olmaları nedeni ile yoktu. Bunu ev açıklamasından kaldırsalar iyi olur bu nedenle. Ev ve içi eski ve içinde özellikle mutfakta çok malzeme var, bu bir avantaj olarak görülse de maalesef temizliklerinden memnun kalmadık. Arazi çok büyük ve bahçe muhteşem çeşitlilikte. Evin bahçesi beklentileri karşıladı ama ev ve plaj geride kaldı maalesef. Tek banyo, onun içinde tek tuvalet olması da şartları zorlaştırdı. Eğer fiyat daha uygun olsaydı bahçesi için sırf gidilebilirdi ama fiyat da konaklama şartlarına göre çok tuzlu bence.

Kafa dinlemek ve sevdiklerinizle keyifli vakit geçirmek için kesinlikle tercih edilebilecek bir yer. Huzurlu bir atmosferi var, biz iyi ki gitmişiz dedik. Her şey için yeniden çok teşekkür ederiz 😇

Ab jetzt ist ein Aufenthalt hier ein Muss für uns, wenn wir nach Istanbul reisen! Es ist dort fast noch schöner als auf den Fotos und man kann vom Garten in den See zum Schwimmen. Pfirsiche, Trauben, Birnen, Spargel und mehr gab es zum Essen aus dem Garten. Es ist traumhaft dort! Tayfun Bey ist ein großartiger Gastgeber.

We had a wonderful time and felt like we were staying in paradise! The place was absolutely beautiful, with a lush garden full of fresh fruit and vegetables, and a private entrance to the lake. We especially enjoyed picking fresh figs and pears right from the garden. The house itself was comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The neighbors were also incredibly friendly, adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would love to return one day.

Everything was perfect ,if you want to relax and listen to the voice of nature , you r in The house is cozy. There is private beach to swim in the lake. The most beautiful thing is the owner Mr. Tayfun, he is so kind and helpful person. He did not forget anything in the house, it contains everything what you need.

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Sie ist mit dem wunderschönen Garten und der Lage direkt am See ein Juwel und eine Oase der Ruhe (abgesehen davon, dass leider die nahe Hauptstraße zu hören ist) Wir fühlten uns wie im Paradies, weil wir uns mit allem, was im Garten zu ernten war, wie zum Beispiel Birnen, Pfirsiche, Tomaten, Paprika, Maulbeeren, Basilikum, bedienen durften und das Wasser im See sauber und erfrischend war. Außerdem sind die Betten bequem, und das Haus ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die du für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub brauchst. Herzlichen Dank an Tayfun für seine Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft. Wir hoffen wiederzukommen.

الحديقة فقط شكلا ولم أستطيع استخدامها بسبب مراقبة صاحب المكان لي ولأسرتي وكيف يتحركون فيها الأطفال كان خايف على الزرع

للأسف المكان بعيد 50 دقيقة عن بورصة والطريق وعر ومظلم والحديقة كلها حشرات ماتقدر توقف دقايق تتأمل في الطبيعة ومافي اي محل خدمات قريب وصاحب المزرعة بس يراقب كيف تتحرك فيها ولما طلبنا فقط موية شرب قال هذه مزرعة ماهي فندق والمكان في الليل مخيف جدا مافي انارات كثيرة

Konum olarak çok güzel bir yer, bahçesi, göl yakınlığı, atmosfer oldukça iyi, yakın çevrede market olmadığı için alışveriş yapılıp gidilmesi lazım, evde eksik yok ama konforu için aynı şeyi söyleyemeyeceğim şömine kaynaklı iş kokusu oluşmuş çok rahatsız etmedi buna çözüm bulunabilir. Mobilyalar tozlu toza alerjisi olan kızım biraz sıkıntı yaşadı özellikle salon yastıkları, yataklar çok sert geldi bize yastıklar yumuşak bizi biraz rahatsız etti, son olarak banyo duşakabin çevresi zararsız böcekler hoş görünmüyor.

المكان جميل ومليء بالبساتين وبحيرة يمكنك السباحة فيها. لقد قضينا أنا وعائلتي وقتًا رائعًا مع الطبيعة الجميلة، وشعرنا بأننا في المنزل ومضيف ودود. شكرا لهم. سنعود بالتأكيد.

Öncelikle Tayfun Bey ve ailesinin içtenliği ve misafirperverliği için teşekkür ederim. Kolaylıkla iletişim kurabildik. Her ihtiyacımıza anlık destek oldu. Ev ve çevresi görsellerde gözüktüğü gibiydi. Doğayı seven ve özel alan ihtiyacı olanların öncelikli tercihi olmalıdır. Evin tamamen doğal malzemeden geleneksel tekniklerle yapılmış olması mimari açıdan da bir doygunluk yarattı. Giderken tüm alışverişinizi ve özellikle sinek kovucu tarzı ürünleri almanızı öneririm.

This house was truly a wonderful place to stay. The house, the surroundings and the lake look just like the photos, even if the photos seem too good to be true. The hosts are so friendly, welcoming and kind. This is a gorgeous place to relax and unplug from daily life. I cannot wait to go back and stay here again.

Çok keyifli bir 2 gün geçirdik. Ev sahibi çok destek oldu. Büyük bahçe kaynaklı evde küçük böceklerle karşılaşmış olsak dahi bizim toplam puanımız 5. 3 çift rahatlıkla konaklayabiliniyor. Göl kenarında da güzel vakit geçirdik. Bahçe çok güzeldi. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Gerçekten cennet de gibiydik inanılmaz güzel bir manzara ve çok keyifli bir ortam. Ev sahibimiz çok kibar ve güleryüzle bizi karşıladı sağolsun. Tüm ihtiyaçlarımızı sundu . Bir göl evinden beklentileri fazlasıyla karşılıyor. Kesinlikle huzur arayanlara tavsiye ederim.

Nazlı Hanım ve Tayfun Bey bizi çok güzel ağırladılar. Zaten resimler herşeyi anlatıyor ancak ayrıca belirtmek lazım ki, yataklar gayet rahattı, 6 yaşındaki oğlumuz da çok sevdi, rahat etti; ev sahibi köpeğimiz Kırpık da bizi çok güzel ağırladı, kuş sesleri eşliğinde huzurlu keyifli bir vakit geçirdik. Teşekkür ediyoruz.

Tolle und ruhige Lage. Natur Pur!

Everything was perfect from the moment of entry to departure! A beautiful house with everything you need. Divine lake with the purest water. The owner Tayfun is a very nice person who gave us a lot of practical advices. We will definitely return to this idyllic place ! And we recommend it to our friends😊

Our stay at Tayfun's house was magical. We arrived late but Tayfun welcomed us with a huge smile & there were some products in the fridge, sweet figs from his tree and a huge loaf of bread on the table so we had something to eat in the evening (and next day breakfast & more). In the morning the beauty of the place was revealed to us. Magical and blooming despite the hot summer. The love for nature can be seen everywhere. Tayfun cultivates a vast garden with trees, fruits & vegetables that we could pick from. We spent a very relaxing week that included walks, swimming in the lake and lovely conversations with Tayfun which is a sweet & generouse man, & with his daughter and son-in-law. All in fluent English. We enjoyed visiting the surrounding cities & recommend the Iznik archaeological museum, Orhangazi old wall, Bursa market & Yalova shopping streets. If you are looking to escape from the everyday life & spending a vacation in nature, we highly recommend this place.

We have absolutely loved staying here. The house is extremely cozy yet very practical and was perfect for 5 people. The views of the lake and mountains from the house are really breathtaking. We also loved the garden - it’s really well taken care of and there were tons of things to explore. Thanks a lot to Naz and here family for hosting us!

The house is amazing everything was good and you can swim in the lake. The host was friendly😊

Pros: - beautiful and serene place, there is a private spacious garden and spot on the lake. - house is well designed everything is mere steps away. - hosts were kind, responsive and understanding. (They also spoke fluent English which is a huge plus) - lots of conveniences prepared. Air conditioning, fire place, washing machine, dish washer, etc. Cons: - the wood can get noisy when walking on the stairs or second floor bedroom. - insects can be a hassle given the location of the house. windows and doors did have screens and there were repellents plugged indoors. - some spots didn’t have a dedicated air conditioning unit so it can be limiting in particularly hot weather. - The initial path branching from the road is unpaved and the gravel entrance once you get inside is a bit narrow.

Nazlı Hanım gelmeden önce de, konaklama alanına vardığımızda da her zaman ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Ev beklentimizden çok çok daha güzeldi. Haftasonu kaçamağı için arkadaş grubunuz ile gelip çok çok eğlenebilir, güzel zaman geçirebilirsiniz. Gölün kenarında olması, gelincikler, şömine, yemyeşil doğası, evin atmosferine büyülendik. En yakın zamanda tekrar ziyaret etmek isteriz. Nazlı Hanım'a da çok çok teşekkür ederiz. Her şey harika idi.

A hidden gem. First of all, pleasure to meet our host Tayfun Bey, his taste is at the core of this paradise. You can feel not only his kind and sweet personality but years of experience he has out in the place. The house is unlike any other as if Tayfun Bey but all his love and sweat into the making of it. Right after we arrived, we felt like we belong here and we have always been there. I and my partner had a wonderful time and would really love to be nieghboors with Tayfun Bey :)) also thanks for her daughter for clear instructions! See you next time.

WONDERFUL and cozy place to stay and have nice and chill vacations. The hosts are really friendly and helpful. The house is only two minutes away from the lake with beautiful scenery of sunset and sunrise on the upper floor.

Far away from any market

This place will give you a taste of heaven. The landscape is perfect with beautiful gardening. It is next to the lake where you can swim and enjoy your private beach. The house is very cute, and compact but offers everything you need. Definitely, a place to stay!!

We absolutely fell in live with this place. The house is super comfy. The lake view is amazing. We really enjoyed the yard as well, the fire place was a plus! It’s walking distance to the lake. You wake up to the sounds of birds chirping. Perfect relaxing get away. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed. Our hosts were very sweet and very helpful! We hope to visit again soon.

The house the people the environment all was amazing .

The house is located on the shore of a lake. The view is exquisite and the house super cozy. We went in winter and we used the fireplace in the living room (besides the AC). La casa está ubicada a orillas de un lago. La vista es exquisita y la casa súper acogedora. Fuimos en invierno y usamos el hogar qué hay en el living (ademas del AC). The kitchen is fully equipped. Outside there is a gallery with some tables where it must be nice to be if it is not snowing like it happened to us, winch is a wonderful view. Nearby there is a route with access to small towns where you can find everything (we went by car). La cocina está completamente equipada. Afuera hay una galería con unas mesas en las que debe ser lindo estar si no está nevando como nos tocó a nosotrxs, que hace del paisaje una hermosura. Cerca hay una ruta con acceso a pueblitos en los que encontráis de todo (fuimos con auto).

İstanbul'dan bir iki saat uzaklıkta böyle muhteşem bir manzara, ev, huzur bulacağımızı hiç beklemiyorduk. Evin eşsiz tasarımı sizi sarıyor sanki. Hemen bir iki adım ötedeki göl kenarındaki kazlar, sazlıklar ve daha sayısız doğal güzellikte kayboluyorsunuz. Tayfun Bey ve kızı mükemmel bir ev sahipleri. Hem sıcakkanlı hem de yardımseverler. Biz bu eve misafirliğe bir çok defa daha geliriz gibi görünüyor:)
