Tranquil 1 Bed Gite Walking Distance to Eymet

Nice rustic gite in a peaceful setting close to Eymet. Lovely comfortable big bed. Unfortunately this gite is overlooked by a large family gite and looses its privacy when the large gite is occupied. Same with shared pool when a large group is present. Luckily for us that only happened at the end of our stay.

le gîte est charmant , parfait pour des commodités de vacances d été. la piscine sécurisée est agréable.nous avons eu la chance de profiter du gîte en étant très peu nombreux sur la propriété, les conditions étaient très favorables pour se reposer et profiter en famillle. les plus beaux sites de Dordogne sont accessibles entre 30min et 1h, c'est raisonnable pour la région.

Overall we had an OK stay at the gite. At arrival the gite was not clean; there were a lot of spiderwebs, spiders and the outside seating was very dusty. Also we had a very disgusting ant problem (they crawled on the kitchen top). After pointing that out to Annabel she immediately responded kindly that we could take another gite, which was much better, except for the fire place smell. The beds are very good and the pool is very refreshing, but not always very clean. So after we moved gites it was better. The pictures of the pool are outdated.

Das Beste an der Unterkunft ist das sehr breite Bett.

Die Unterkunft war ziemlich schmutzig. Abgerissene, völlig verdreckte Vorhänge. Wir haben erst einmal jede Menge Spinnweben entfernt. Am liebsten hätten wir erst einmal eine Grundreinigung gemacht. Es war aber nicht einmal ein Staubsauger vorhanden. Badfenster und Tür von der Küche zur Terrasse sind kurz vor dem Herausfallen. Die Lage entspricht nicht der Darstellung bei booking. Das Haus liegt mitten in der Pampa, ca. 4 km von Eymet entfernt. Mit einem Spaziergang in den Ort ist da nicht viel.
