Dishwasher not working. No-one on site to deal with issues. I had to phone the owners to discover how to operate the heating, and they were clearly somewhere else in Britain.

I stayed here with two other adults. It had a very cosy living space and good setup in the kitchen for cooking. We found everything we needed for our purposes. We were a little sad at the facility not having wifi and also at how small the second bedroom was, definitely couldn't sleep a tall man! The dishwasher was also out of order when we arrived. The quilts were a little hot for summer also which made sleep difficult. Check in instructions could have been improved as they talked about paying a security deposit for the key which was not made clear that this was not necessary when booking through airbnb. We still have not had the deposit back either. Overall it was a nice place to stay, if a bit on the expensive side.

We're a family of 4 that stayed on this site last year in a different caravan so we know the site location is beautiful. This caravan is lovely, very comfortable, everything you need and more to have a homely stay. Trains going past yes but they don't really bother you and our youngest loved it. The decking area is lovely spent our evenings out there after days out exploring, playing games, eating and creating memories. Certainly looking to book next year. Thank you

Wasn’t aware how close to the train track it is. ie. less than 20 metres at a guess from the end of the balcony, shook the van every time a train went by and made getting our children to sleep a nightmare. USB sockets on the plugs didn’t appear to work

Very clean and comfortable caravan in a great location. Due to fencing around the caravan it is also very private. The kitchen had everything you would need in it.

No WiFi was a bit of a struggle

Sehr gemütlich und sauber. Super für Wanderurlaub oder auch zum Golfen, der Golfplatz ist direkt nebenan.

Nichts sogar die Bahn hat nicht gestört, fuhr kaum und wenn war es sogar Touristische Bahn wie der Caledonien Sleeper.....

Location was excellent and the standard of the accommodation was excellent. Very clean and comfortable.

Not much. Minor details only. Could have provided password for Wi-Fi. Could have provided a tea cosy for the tea pot.

The location is good with two convenience stores within walking distance, plus a restaurant. There are a couple of buses and trains to and from Pitlochry throughout the day where there are much more comprehensive facilities, including a large Co-op.

Vegan options not served well generally in restaurants in the area (high focus on wild animals), but the caravan is well suited for self catering.

Le propriétaire demande une caution (100 livres sterling) sur son compte bancaire ce qui entraîne des frais de change ( environ 10 euros) Le lave-vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas quand nous y étions.

Good location, spacious caravan with everything you needed. Nice view outside. Peaceful.

There were a few things that were dirty. A bowl hadn’t been cleaned previously when we went to use it, cutlery drawer was dirty and blinds were dusty. Other than than everything else was clean. Oh and we used the BBQ and it was really dirty before we used it so we had to give it a thorough clean afterwards.

Great situation, watched trains pass. Large decking . Comfy beds plenty space in double bed room. Twin bed room tight for space

Everything Showers were fantastic Very cosy and warm

The caravan was well equipped and comfortable. Given the time of year we didn’t use the outdoor area but it was a decent size and would have been lovely in the summer (apart from the fact it overlooks an in use railway track)

Absolutely no Wi-Fi despite it being advertised as having it. No response from the host when raised with him. This was a big issue as we needed to do some work while there and had to use a data hot spot at our expense. The gym and swimming pool were closed with no notification of this before booking. Would not have booked here had we known as wanted to use the pool after being out on the hills. Saw a review which said the same but assumed since it was written in July six months previously it would now be open but clear the refurbishment is much longer term. Completely misleading not to include this in the advert details. We were only there for two nights but we didn’t see anyone on reception at any time. Finally, the caravan backs onto a railway line and the trains can be heard inside. Some of the larger trains, assuming freight, caused the caravan to vibrate and could be heard early in the morning. I wouldn’t stay here again given these issues.

Caravan is exceptional. Clean, super comfy beds . Good selection of DVDs. Perfect place to have a little break. Railway on the back, but it didn't bother us at all. Beautiful view of the Highlands

I understand it was winter season, but all facilities were closed. Swimming pool, all restaurants, etc. I have booked caravan, based on things we would like to do with kids, so information that swimming pool is under construction and closed should be included.

It is a cozy and comfortable place to stay with family. Very beautiful snow scenery. Privacy. Spacious and well equiped. Clean and minimalist interior, beyond my expectation. Really enjoy our stay here! Recommended. Suggestion: improvise on the wifi coverage. It is understandable as the problem is due to the location but maybe could figure out alternative wifi for the guests.

Luckily I was hiking for the most part of the first two days but the adjacent caravan and decking was being dismantled between 9 and 5. (Very noisy)

A great place to stay if you’re visiting Scotland. The caravan was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. Communication with the host was very easy and quick. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect accommodation for a few nights getaway in Blair Atholl. Second bedroom is very small, but the main bedroom and living/dining space were spacious. Well equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

Mobile-home très bien agencé et spacieux, confortable et propre, avec une vue sympa sur la montagne et le golf. Le train passe juste en contre-bas. Par contre, la wifi ne fonctionne pas et pas de 4G non plus. De même, la piscine est en rénovation donc pas accessible

If staying longer drawer space would be good in the main bedroom its full of linen. The site is advertised as having a pool but we could find it and never saw any staff reception was always empty

Modern, well looked after and equipped caravan. Fabulous for a couple and small children. The second bedroom a bit ‘tight’ for two adults or large teenagers. Loved the walk in cupboard/wardrobe in double bedroom. Great location , well run caravan site close to a lovely restaurant (The Loft) and takeaway food as well as a pub and shop in the village.

Ideal location for touring in the area, Caravan was beautiful and spotless also very comfortable on a busy but quiet site .

Maybe a little more information regarding heating operation , also on emergency facilities eg .Doctors etc . Although plenty eating out facilities only hotel open during our stay at beginning of week Key collection could be difficult as in corner that is dark for reading the codes needed
