Excellent company - clear communication and extremely responsive

Het appartement was schoon en de ontvangst was heel vriendelijk. Door het hartelijk welkom, en het gegeven dat het appartement van alle gemakken voorzien was, voelde we ons direct thuis. De ligging is ideaal tav alle uitgangswegen.

De weg waar het appartement aan ligt is sterk hoorbaar en continu aanwezig. Ondanks de goede beglazing.

Location amazing and fabulous host.

The flat was perfect, us working 5 minutes away, Met Younas at the property. He shown us round, put fresh milk in fridge, loads of tea and coffee. This guy is an absolute Gentleman, His wife came round and cleaned the property half way through our stay. Flat smelt fresh and even left us a few beers in fridge for us after work.

Younas met us in person to greet us/handover the keys and was very helpful as he showed us around. We were even able to check in early. He had thoughtfully provided fresh milk, tea and coffee, and even cereals for breakfast (which we weren't expecting) and toiletries in the bathroom. The apartment is spotlessly clean, spacious and light and airy, with lovely views of mature trees (Horsell Common is adjacent). It was very easy to order an Uber taxi when we went out in the evening.

It's close to quite a busy road, but we knew that when we booked from the location: it made it very convenient - and the noise didn't really bother us.

Fabulous property, exceptional clean and perfect location for our day at Thorpe Park. The owner was very attentive, very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed and more. Nothing was too much trouble and we shall definitely be staying again next year.

Very clean. Location suited our needs. Parking was made available for the duration of our stay. The owner was very friendly and helpful. He provided us with an air mattress and extra bedding. He also had the fridge stocked with fresh milk and bottles of water. Breakfast cereals were also provided. Nice touch.

Younas, the owner, was great. He rang me the day before to arrange timings and was super friendly and flexible. He was waiting at the property when I arrived and showed me around. The place was spotless and he had even put some milk and water in the fridge, which was nice. Really light and roomy, great location & facilities, and a private parking spot. He even messaged me afterwards to check I had got home safely. I highly recommend this place

Property was very clean and tidy.. Younas was a diamond anything i asked or requested he made sure it happened!!

Very well equipped flat, would make a great base for work, exploring the local area, or (like me) a weekend stay. Excellent level of cleanliness and lots of little extras that went above and beyond e.g. toothbrushes if you had forgotten your own, a huge TV, cereals, bread, milk and even a microwave meal! Really friendly and hospitable host who met me to show me round and hand over keys. All in all a great option for anyone wanting to stay locally!

Only slight downside is that it's not very central but Woking is well served for taxis/Uber so I didn't find that much of a problem. Also be aware if you're sensitive to traffic noise it is just off a main road, although this is mostly daytime and with the common/woods around it's a lot quieter overnight.

Host was friendly and helpful

Milk, tea, cereal were provided. Also spices and cooking equipment were all neatly set up for us. Younas also welcomed us with snacks like chocolates and doughnuts which the children were really excited about. Very clean apartment too. The location was fantastic for us as we enjoyed woodland walks and was walking distance to visit places of interest like the Muslim war cemetery, Shah Jahan and the canal at the town centre. These were only 0.5miles from our location. However the closeness to the road made the nights rather noisy but it was still a lovely experience for all of us. Mr Younas was always available at the other end of the phone throughout our stay.

The flat was superb. It was clean and we appreciated the little details like fresh milk in the fridge.

Very comfy flat with easy off road parking. Very clean, spacious, well equipped in the kitchen, spare toiletries in the bathroom. Spare sheets & towels and plenty of cleaning products available. Basic welcome food pack and bottled water in fridge was much appreciated. The host was very welcoming and helpful.

It would be nice if the second bedroom had a bedside lamp. It's on a busy road so you hear traffic noise.

The flat was extreamly clean, tidy and warm, perfectly equiped with everything anybody are expected to have at his own home. The kitchen appliances, crockery, and cutlery were perfect. The living room were nice and cozy. The bedrooms were tidy and beds were very comfortable. The washroom was very clean and fully loaded with options, shampoos, shower gels, sanitizers, linens, up to toothpaste and tooth brush. The host, Mr. Younas, is a very polite, honest, helpfull, supportive, and responsive person. He welcomed us face to face at the flat, helped us by carrying the luggage to the first floor. He kept a lovely dish of fresh fruits and packet of delicious chocolate at the living area, we found a lot of complementary fresh food items in the fridge like milk, bread, cheese, and many more. Besides Mr. Younas had kept new art supplies and coloring books/pens which my kids have enjoyed a lot. As we were new to the area and wanted to settle there, Mr. Younas has provided invaluable information snd advises about Woking and the UK in general, not only that but he also took us for a short ride in his personal car snd showed us the nearby resturants and places of interest. Upon check out, Mr. Younas came back to help us with the luggage again. We were having issues with the taxi we ordered to pick us up to our next destination as it was too small to accommodate all of our luggage, Mr. Younas picked us up the left behind luggage with his own car and delivered them to our location for free... In essence, this is a very beautiful flat with quality of stay equivalent to 5 stars hotels. the flat’s facilities, layout, equipment, and cleanness coupled with the host’s high level of ethics and support all make it a very great value for the money and an ideal place for any family or business visitor who want a cozy and nice place to stay in Woking..

Almost nothing

Fully equipped, spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Super comfy beds. Everything you needed in kitchen so great for eating in. Host met us on arrival and made sure we knew how everything worked. Close to tourist attractions, and lovely wooded commons on doorstep.

Country road next to property can be quite busy, but settled down on an evening.

Suited me for short work trip to the surrounding earlier. The owner was incredibly helpful and assisted me with some bizarre requests - like driving me to buy some new trousers. He was very helpful and for that I'm very grateful.

Exceptional hospitality, good-size, well-equipped apartment, proximity to shops and the forrest. The host is very reliable and super attentive. He always made himself available when we had a question or needed some assistance. Unlike some other accommodations we used recently, this one is well-equipped with many extras like fruits, milk, cereals, donughts, etc waiting for you in the kitchen, and basic household items like paper towel, toothpaste/ brush are also available. Having assigned parking space proves to be useful in this area. The city center (including station) is within 15-2o mins walk, but you can reach supermarket and other shops in 10 mins on foot. You can get to Heathrow in 30 mins by coach with cheap tickets. There is a forrest area nearby where kids can play, our son particularly loved to watch squirrels and robins from the window. In short, it is a pleasant accommodation that well worths its price.

When we arrived, the nearby road was closed and the place was silent and peaceful. When the roadblock was moved, it became a bit noisier.

The landlord was already awaiting us. He was very friendly, showing us the property and pointing out where we could find things. The apartment was equipped with milk, water bottles, breakfast cereal, eggs, bread, pasta etc. Even orange juice which I was very surprised of. We didn't expect this at all. The location was very convenient for the Bisley shooting grounds, just a short drive away.

A small downside was that one of the neighbors banged around in the morning at 06:30 on the Saturday, what it sounded, making smoothies and that the road outside the apartment is busy with lorries on a Saturday. We are in a very traffic quiet area, so this was unusual noise for us. But apart from this, it was a lovely apartment with a very nice landlord.

The host met us within minutes and was the most welcoming EVER, went out of his way to assist us and welcome us, even offered to collect food if we needed. Lovely man who we shall keep in touch with as a friend for life. Everything you need is here... EVERYTHING.

The only thing that could have been a little better was the main room double bed that I slept on. It was good, certainly not bad, but not the very best. I did not sleep in the other room

Close to Woking centre. Opposite beautiful woods if you fancy a walk. Friendly helpful owner. All mod cons available. Netflix and Amazon prime (use your own login). Central heating. Large bathroom with bath and shower. Comfortable beds with wardrobes. Reclining sofa. Full sized fridge and freezer. Full sized oven. Full sized hob. Microwave, kettle, toaster. Lots of pots/pans for cooking. Lots of hot water (boiler in kitchen). Extra towels available if you need them. Shower gel available. Very clean throughout. Beds were comfortable. All linen provided. Thermostat on wall for central heating. Venetian blinds on all windows, keeps the light out. Milk in fridge. Teabags/coffee/sugar/cereal in kitchen cupboards was there for us to use, which would be brilliant if you arrived with no food, nice touch!

Apartment fronts onto a busy A road, so you get traffic noise. If traffic noise doesn’t worry you, this apartment is fantastic and also excellent value for money. We both slept through the traffic noise, as we were tired anyway. Note, there is no dishwasher.

Location for centre of Woking was great only 10 mins by car. Very clean comfortable apartment, with fridge stocked up with milk water etc. Tea/coffee available. Clean towels with toiletries provided. Would definitely visit again.

Definitely recommend anybody to stay in this flat, nice clean and large living room, comfortable beds and big TV where rarely find in other b&b. Landlord is also kind and good communicative, gives a lot of help. Absolutely worth staying in here！

The apartment was absolutely spotless. It was plenty big enough and had everything I needed and more. So much nicer than staying in a hotel. I was greeted by the owner who showed me round and had bought me eggs, bread, milk, cereal etc for my stay with towels, toiletries and everything you could possibly need supplied. The communication prior to my arrival was faultless and the parking space right outside. Next time I’m working anywhere near, I’ll definitely be staying here again. Thanks Younas.

Absolutely Great location just a stone throw away from the local common and Town centre. The flat itself was very clean. You have a smart TV with all the streaming apps which is a bonus. The bedrooms are very comfortable. Didn't want to leave in the end. To top it all off you have a great host who really wants you to have the best possible experience 😁

A very well kept apartment. The host was really responsive, flexible and friendly and offered to get in some kitchen essentials for our stay. The only downside was the proximity to quite a busy road which resulted in traffic noise. Otherwise the location is great for walks on Horsell Common and the surrounding area and convenient for the town.

Some basics provided, excellent. The location was spot on.

No bath plug, and not being able to tune in to main stream tv without some sort of log in or registering, but that may of been me being a wally...

The apartment was clean, cosy and in a good location, we enjoyed a happy family evening watching a movie on Amazon Prime with some delicious takeaway food. The owner was very helpful and accommodating, providing us with tea, coffee, milk & cereals which we hadn't been expecting. The owner was very prompt replying to texts & phone calls.

The road outside was quite noisy at nighttime.

I am a contractor for bt and would recommend this apartment if anyone is doing local work. The apartment is in a convenient location to the town and is very spacious. All of the facilities where spotless and the WiFi is excellent.

A light and airy, well appointed apartment. The host was welcoming and approachable. Literature about places to visit in the area and exceptionally clean and tidy. I will visit again.
