La posizione veramente ottima, nella strada sopra Spinola Bay oltre che bella anche fornita di ristoranti e a 2 minuti dalla fermata autobus. Vicinissima a Paceville (10 min) zona del divertimento

📍Super Lage. Die nächsten Strände sind ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Partymeile erreicht man in ca. 8 Minuten. 🏡 Ferienwohnung hatte alles, was man brauchte. Ausstattung super. 🕖Unkomplizierer Self-Check-In rund um die Uhr möglich.

All arrivo abbiamo seguito le istruzioni del self check in, e il proprietario con prontezza visionando telecamere installate nel pianerottolo di casa, ci chiama per sapere se tutto apposto. Da qui l incubo senza fine, subito dopo ricevo messaggi insistenti dal proprietario volendo la conferma che in casa non ci siano altri ospiti, io chiarisco che si sarebbero appoggiati nei momenti della giornata mio fratello e mio nipote ma che avevano un alloggio proprio documentato. La mattina seguente il proprietario parte a raffica con messaggi e chiamate dicendomi di aver visionato le telecamere e che in casa ci fossero altri ospiti chiedendo altri soldi. Rispondo che avevano una prenotazione propria e gliela inoltro e ripeto che avevo specificato si fossero appoggiati da noi, nel frastuono di messaggi e chiamate gli comunico che lo scaldabagno non funziona, ma la sua preoccupazione maggiore è recuperare altri soldi e devastarmi la vacanza. Alla sera mi scrive di voler passare all appartamento e subito dopo mi scrive di essere al pronto soccorso e lasciare i soldi sul tavolo alla partenza, minacciando di non prenotare più il suo immobile in quanto avrebbe cancellato prenotazioni future. Alla mia non risposta, inoltra per messaggi spezzoni di video della telecamera fuori la porta dove riprende e registra senza consenso me e gli ospiti tutti compreso un minore, per poi cancellare ma prontamente salvati alla risposta che avrei girato tutto al mio avvocato. Un esperienza del genere mi ha segnato e l insistenza di messaggi e chiamate del proprietario spione mi hanno turbato la vacanza, spero di non incontrare mai più personaggi così.

Comfortable bed, large bedrooms and spaced out, all with AC's, big tv, big sofa bed, nice balcony, amazing kitchen set and very clean. worth the price.

The only thing that dissapointed me was that one of the showers, had rust water when turning the hot tap water.

The location is optimal! Everything is within walking distance, I never had problems finding parking, and the neighborhood was very quiet.

The elevator in the building seemed to work sometimes, and sometimes not. But the stairs were right there and close to the apartment.

L'appartamento è molto grande, bello, pulito, non manca nulla.. ci siamo trovati molto bene, non posso dire molto altro perchè praticamente siamo andati solo a dormire.

La zona di San Giuliano a mio parere è decisamente per giovani, ci sono posti bellissimi ed altri molto malandati.

first impressions the apartment is huge and loads of space, fully air-conditioned, well decorated and comfortable. has everything you need for a short and long stay. on arrival we met with the owner who was doing some last minutes repairs due to damaged cause by the previous French students. he was very apologetic but this didn’t delay our checkin. owner is very nice person and provided a lot of information about the apartment and Malta. the apartment has a large balcony, large screen TV, WiFi and everything as described on booking com. situated in a quiet street only a few metre from the beach, restaurants, pubs, bus etc. excellent apartment and location. I high recommend
