Great value for money. Beautiful house in great location

House was lovely, well cared for, lovely furnishings bedrooms had very comfortable beds, the location was ideal. Lovely friendly owner.

Parking was a bit neat, as shared with other the house, so hard to turn, luckily although 10 of us only 2 cars, as couldn't have fitted another car in the area.

Great house for a family get together with accommodation nicely spread out and very helpful and supportive hosts.

The owner Liz was so helpful answering questions quickly before we arrived. The house was very clean and comfortable. Logs for the fire and a great supply of beautiful blankets made our stay cosy and comfy when the weather was cold and wet. Nice touch of milk and biscuits on arrival, the kitchen had everything we needed. House was perfect with lots of space for our extended family of 12.

The house was the perfect layout for a family of 12 - enough space to spend time together at Christmas, also allowing for some privacy (two separate sitting areas). House was clean, had all facilities we could have needed, and was super cosy with a log fire.

Would highly recommend this property to any family of group of friends. Very spacious, huge superking beds, so much space, great location, private parking. Will definitely return

Beautiful spacious and comfortable house. Clean and with all the facilities you could need. Even nicer than the pictures show with games and a Wii for the kids to play with.

The house sits on a very busy road.

Very comfortable stay for a big family trip or a group of friends. Beautifully decorated and very well stocked (kitchen) for a big group of people. Each room was spacious. Garden is also fabulous and well kitted out.

The house was lovely and clean with a well equipped kitchen. It was spacious that you weren’t on top of one another. The beds were very comfortable and The tv room was an added bonus.

The road outside could be very busy at times but the house made up for this inconvenience.

Brilliant stay. It's a lovely property with lots of space. We went to a wedding locally at Pratis Barns and took taxis there and back which worked perfectly. Liz, our host, made us feel incredibly welcome and left some bread, biscuits and milk for our 2am arrival which was a thoughtful touch. We walked the 10 minutes to the local beach a couple of times too.

We were delighted with the accommodation at Riverside. We had planned a family reunion weekend and though some of our party were staying elsewhere, Riverside was where we all gathered for meals and socialising. Liz was more than happy for us all to eat together and assured us there would be more than enough crockery, cutlery and chairs. She could not have been more welcoming.

There was nothing that could have been improved. The facilities were excellent for our purposes and nothing appeared to be of bother to Liz who generously looked after all our needs.

The house has loads of space. We were a party of 11 and it never felt like it was crowded, there is plenty of room to relax in. It is decorated to a high standard, and everything we needed was there for us, especially in the well equipped kitchen.

It didn’t spoil anything at all, but the road outside is a wee bit busy. Managed to sleep great both nights so not really an issue.

Owners live downstairs and complained about the noise we were making at 22.15 the first evening (we were having a sing sing)

Everything at the house perfect, from the Christmassy decorations, warm reception, large beds, comfortable lounge, and well equipped kitchen. The house is super spacious so in a group or family you don’t feel on top of each other. But also has great communal areas for chilling out all together. Liz the host, was incredibly friendly and helpful, recommending cosy pubs where we met friendly locals, & reliable taxi firms who collected late from a wedding. The stay was short and sweet, but we hope to return in the summer months.

Large property in lovely location - everything you need for a large group. Beds were comfy and furnishings were good quality. One bedroom had broken window fastenings but we understand these are due to be fixed. Only issue was temperature - we stayed during a very cold week and the property was hard to heat. This would’ve been ok for adults / in summer but was quite difficult with two babies in the party. Initial contact was via a third party who were poor - unclear information and unable to answer questions. Actual host (Liz) was perfect for contact - responsive, helpful and clear. We’d recommend but maybe for summer stays!

A fabulous house in every way. Gorgeous house - spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Beds were all comfortable with beautiful linen. Our group of seven had a fantastic weekend at Riverside exploring the local area. Highly recommended.

What a beautiful house. Lovely warm and comfortable beds. So much room for us all in the house. We had a fabulous weekend made even more fabulous with this house. We would highly recommend it and would definitely go back. The hosts were very helpful when we arrived.

We had a fantastic stay at Ludin Links. Liz is an excellent host & comminication prior to arrival was very helpful. The house is very clean, comfortable & well equipped. There is lots to do in the area with the beach very close by. We will definitely come back.
