Super nice people. great farm. easy access.

wifi..... for biz travelers can be a challenge with wifi and then having an iron and ironing board could help also. but they're great people and the place is super chill. i'm sure if i had more time i'd be able to see it more as its really a big farm.

The hosts were exceptional, could not of been more welcoming. The facilities they let us use, were so lovely. The host even lit for wood fire in the cabin for us ready, then the fire pit for us to toast marshmallows and sit around. Even helped my husband with out with BBQs. They really could not of been more accommodating. The access to the woodland was so lovely. They let my five month puppy run free on their property. They even brough us some eggs the next day from their hen house. They could not be faulted. So welcoming and the property was so comfortable.

This little build is on their property with lots of character, that the man has built with his own hands. The doors don't quite shut well to the bedrooms and there was a crack in the shower cubicle, the dials on the oven has faded but you really cant complain for the price. It was so comfortable and wonderful

Fantastic cabin in a really good location. Booked for a trip to the Snowdome and couldn't have been easier to get there and back. Log burner already on when we arrived and a very friendly welcome. Highly recommended.

Comfortable, quirky, cosy ! The hosts were super welcoming. Outstanding project building work on the land as well as the cabin! Cannot wait to return for the coal fire and early morning walks in the back of the field! Stunning!

We have enjoyed our stay sooo much I can not desribe it. It is a perfect stay out of town in a very unique property. Full on relax, You can enjoy fire place in living room, can do same outside, do barbeque in an outdoor kitchen, bake Your pizza in wood fire oven, go for a walk into the woods and much more. Comfortable 2 bedrooms with superb living room with open kitchen nice clean bathroom, wifi tv's and many more facilities. We were hosted by Tim and his Family and they were more than great. I have not met such a welcoming and kind person like Tim for a long time. We do highly recommed this place to anyone, either solo, couples, families or small groups. I will remember this stay forever and will be back for sure! Thank You for looking after us!

Very noisy location but on arrival you could quite clearly see the hardwork that had gone into it, all built by himself, we struggled to lock the door so had to leave out belongings unsecured as we had a party to go to. Ideally a nice touch would be to leave tea, coffee and a drop of milk for the morning but nothing apart from fried up stale coffee in a tin Very dusty and lots of cobwebs and old dirt some I can forgive because of the nature of the lodge but dirt absolutely not! Very nice chap though

Wouldn’t reccomend, was swindled. No check in instructions or clear location given. Ended up driving all the way to the location and rang host several times for us instructions on where the accommodation was located and how to get in. No response for the entire day. Check in was at 4pm, yet was stranded in the vicinity until 9:30pm. Waste of time, waste of fuel, waste of effort, my birthday completely ruined. Inadequate hosting, poor communication, completely swindled.

This was a great place to stay. A little bit of a quirky place and everything so nicely made to give it uniqueness, like the wooden carvings. The owners were so friendly and responsive to messages, which really made us feel comfortable. The place had everything needed for a stay (linens, towels, washing up things, kitchen utensils and plates, tv, dvd player and selection) which is so thoughtful and helpful. Special touches included the hot tub, log burner inside with everything provided to start a fire, fire pit outside, woodland to explore behind. We would all recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.
