This character single storey barn is nestled in the tranquil rural spot in Brundish, Suffolk. The lovely living areas and excellent location make it the perfect choice for a short break, romantic weekend or a longer escape to the serene countryside, yet within easy reach of the beautiful Suffolk coastline or major towns and cities. The barn stands alone amidst the five acres of grounds and gardens, where all you hear is birdsong. The barn also has it's own patio and small garden. This beautifully refurbished, modernised, centrally heated barn retains traditional character with it's beams and huge wood burning fireplace. All the modern comforts combined with the old features makes the Cart Lodge an ideal home away from home. As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a large gas cooker range, dishwasher, a kettle, a large toaster, a freezer, washing machine and a microwave. The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a television with DVD and internet access. This cottage has 2 bedrooms, both with patio doors. The bedrooms have extra deep, Zip & Link mattresses, to comfortably sleep 4. Both bedrooms can have either two 3ft single beds or one 6ft super king bed. Each bedroom has a double mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and a hair dryer. There is one large bathroom, with a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. Hotel quality white cotton Linen and quality white towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. There is also the Large 4 bedroom barn (sleeps up to 10)also available on the same site to rent with this barn or individually. Logs available for the wood burner, £7.00 per net. Electric car charging. If you need to charge your car, the fee is £15.00 per car, per charge, (not to exceed 15 hours on charge). Guest to provide all extension leads and adapters. House Rules: - Adults only, but teenagers 14 years old and over are welcome. - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 11am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There is plenty of free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property.
