That lodge was filthy the smell was disgusting!!!! had to go out and buy airfreshners and fabreeze !!! never stayed in anything like it !!if it wasn't for disappointing my grandson we would have come home

The place didn't look like it had been cleaned in a long time and it smelt musty and damp the oven was disgusting cobwebs and dust everywhere please avoid this place at all cost the host won't answer any of my messages as I'm trying to get a refund and booking.com have been useless please see the photos

It was dirty smelt a bit musty cobwebs all over bed uncomfortable cooker was very smelly could not do any cooking we did take photos could not even use toaster fridge was dirty .We ate out every day only came bake to sleep the advert was very deseving

The location.

It was very tired of decoration, had polystyrene tiles on the ceiling that were coming off, (fire hazard) the heating was just random heaters, one didn't work, no heating in bedrooms, un big need of a complete revamp. Very musty and damp on arrival.

The chalet really needs a good clean

Location. Peaceful site and everyone on site friendly.

In serious need of decoration and a deep clean. Shower electrics fitted wrong. Cold is hot, econ is off and off is econ. bed really uncomfortable. Ceiling tiles peeling off. Microwave and fridge showed evidence of not being cleaned properly. Smelt musty.

The chalet is in a really lovely location and the site is close to lots of nice places to visit and explore

The chalet needs a really good clean and redecorating. The cleaning service that is used should be looked into buy the owners because they don’t do a great job. It’s a Shame because it really is a lovely little chalet.

Location- easy to get there and from there to the beach. The chalet was warm inside and clean.

No towels were provided, and nothing mentioned about this.

Property was clean and facilities good,very peaceful camp site and friendly guest's.

Property didn't have much draft proofing and was cold at night,but there was electric fire.

Nothing everything was great

Clean and tidy, chalet. Dog friendly, wide open beaches . People were very friendly. It was a nice 15 to 20 minutes walk , with dogs to Mablethorpe centre. The local fish shop had shut down , but they did do a nice meal at the on site club.

The shower was good

Freezing cold, damp and dirty. Dirty plates, saucepans, black mould, poor quality pillows and inadequate duvet . Clothes damp in the morning and heaters inadequate . Large hole under the carpet which was filthy.Not all plugs pap tested. Just dreadful. Damp catchers in 2 rooms. Shouldn't be let out until brought up to standard. Would of left if we could of found somewhere else, but 7 o'clock at night after 3 hours drive it wasn't feasible. Picture of carpet hows what it should be like, only clean bit under door mat. No way is it beautiful chalet as advertised more sad, damp and unloved...

Think the toaster needs replacing,everytime we tried it the power went off,not enough heating

What a lovely chalet. Very clean and well maintained. Much fresher and more spacious than the pictures suggest. Welcome pack for arrival. Smashing site, again super clean even in peak season. Friendly permanent residents on site are happy to stop for a chat. Close to the town centre and to Tesco. Would definitely come to the chalet again. Thank you so much.

Love sitting relaxing with the french doors open. The position was good
