Property was immaculate , had everything we needed , was spotlessly clean , downstairs toilet was a bonus especially as we were a group Short walk from amenities and not to far from Belfast City Centre , definitely stay in the property again 👍

The house was absolutely beautiful, the decor was attention to detail. all the little things really made it beautiful.

The location wasnt the best, Ubers didn't really want to come as far out but if you go outside the gates they come there alot easier.

Beautiful house, finished really well. Really easy to get taxis into the city centre and back again. Very clean and comfortable. 6 slept comfortably.

The lady was easy to deal with and really responsive. A deposit was required, I didn't realise this prior to booking, however that is moreso my fault than the hosts.

The facilities were great and very comfortable and well furnished house.

There is no clear communication / messaging on tv booking.com platform about the need for a deposit. This isn’t apparent at the time of booking. But to be honest, the need for a deposit is fair given the value of the items at stake at the property.

Location is not that close to the center, you need transport to go everywhere. Unfortunately it is a dodgy area. Only 1.5 bathroom. A bit tight to have a shower for the 4 of us The oven was dirty, the host forgot to clean after previous guest There was dog poop in the small garden at the rear. There was a musty odour in the house. Internet didnt work during our stay.

It was spotless and done out beautifully. The host was great.

Location. Did not realise that this was in the middle of an estate with a peace wall right next door. The taxi drivers told us not to walk out at night and to only use taxis. It was ok most nights but we did struggle to get some taxis to take us back there

Location - would have been nice if it was within walking distance to the downtown center.

Be very careful! Myself and a group of friends stayed here for 2 nights in May 2024. We payed through booking.com and then the host messaged me on WhatsApp a few days before our stay to ask for a €350 safety deposit. (Which wasn’t fully returned!) We sent this money on revolut. We booked for 7 people but there was only enough beds for 5. The double sofa bed is not a double and just about a single. We left the apartment spotless and put all bed clothes etc. in the washing machine before we left. A few days after I messaged the host to see when our deposit would be returned she said it usually takes 5 working days. 9 days after we checked out we still hadn’t received our deposit back. I messaged the host again and she then replied saying that the bottom of the bin in the kitchen was damaged and that she would be taking it from our deposit. We really don’t believe we damaged the bin but how and ever the picture she sent us showed very minimal damage which could have happened at any time during any stay. So minimal you wouldn’t notice unless you went looking for it. Please note we were informed of this 9 days after our stay! The host charged us €80 for damage we didn’t cause and even if we did it was a small kitchen bin which wouldn’t warrant an €80 bill. Previous reviews have also stated how this host has taken from other people’s deposits accusing them of damages to the property. Please be very careful! Taxis were hard to come by as many were very reluctant to come to the area also.

Facilities were great: Two bathrooms, kitchen, small garden

The booking was made for seven people. When we arrived, one bed was missing (the sofa was mended for two people). The host brought us an air mattress, which was not clean at all. The sofa was too small for a tall man. There was hair and dirt in the bath tub. One picture hanging at the wall was broken

A perfect house for our family trip back to Belfast. The house was warm, clean, tidy, modern, tastefully decorated with great facilities.

Nothing the place was filthy. Had to clean the kitchen before I could even use it to cook. Toilets were dirty, bedding had hairs from previous guest.

Everything. We have been accused of breaking a blind and the property owner has kept the £300 deposit.

such a beautiful house , it looks exactly like it shows in the pictures ! Everything was just so amazing ,, the host was really lovely as well , there is a Tesco near by and it is really easy to get into the city !

Host was very kind , good communication. Helpful with everything. House was spotless, lovely interior. Bed were comfy, sheets were clean.

Location is not what we expected, it is in a house estate however it was still close enough to city centre. Close to trams etc.

Area is very dodgy! Went out into the city centre on New Year’s Eve and came back late after midnight and found the whole estate was locked off by big gates due to the history of how the area is, so we went another route and we were stuck driving around for 30 mins looking how to get back back! Whole area is unsafe. Host aswell is just terrible at communication and a THIEF! In order to get the code for the lockbox you are required to pay a deposit of 350 euros. When we arrived to the house all was okay but there was a few stains and tears on the stairs and chairs but did not bother us as it was only for one night. The host the next day informs me that I will receive my deposit back by Friday but then next day she tells me about tears and stains on furniture when it was ALREADY in that condition when we got there. Unfortunately I did not think to take pictures of it because I didn’t think the host would try BLAME me for it and everytime I asked her for evidence she stalled it and took her 6 days after our stay to provide it. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR and still refuses to send the deposit back.

Big house with plenty of space we went 5 adults and 2 kids. It was nice and clean, close to center and shops.

The house itself was spotless and beds were very comfortable, there was 5 of us and we all had plenty of space.

The only thing is this house in located in the one of the most protestant side of Belfast which made some of us uncomfortable. Apart from that everything was excellent

The interior of the home was very nice and updated. Our family of five fit well, but to say that it sleeps seven is inaccurate. The futon was not a bed. If we had had to use that to sleep on I would have been disappointed.

When we drove up to the property, I thought that there had been a mistake. There is a good reason there were no exterior photos of this home. It is in a very scary part of Belfast and I had no idea what I was signing up for. This area seems to still be in conflict with its surrounding neighborhoods. In fact, one night after eating dinner downtown, we found ourselves unable to get back to the property because of large gates that block the road. I appreciate the owner trying to have a rental property , but this area is sketchy and I never felt safe. The home interior is so nice. I hate to have to give a review like this but other travelers need to be aware.

The house was gorgeous. The interior was lovely, very comfortable, extremely clean. Perfect for 6 girls away on a birthday trip! Host Tracey was extremely kind and helpful, no issues at all checking in and out. All easy and a lovely host. Made us feel very welcome

Nothing! All was great, everthing we needed inside. Nice little touches like milk tea and coffee provided. Beds lovely and comfy, all pristine. House is done up lovely

The accommodation is perfect and Tracey was very helpful. We had a problem with the boiler. She had fixed within a couple of hours.

Was a little too far to walk to city centre, but cabs where easy to order.

I think this is a 6 adult stay rather than 7. 5 of us stayed (one on the sofa bed) and it was a single sofa bed.

The house was great and had everything we could ask for. A welcome basket was waiting for us with sweets and breakfast ingredients. Doina helped us to find things to do in the area. The house was in a very quite area just 10 minutes by car from the centre. We were excited by the equipment of the appartment. Washing machine, dryer were very useful. Thank you for everything!!!

The property was very clean and the host was very kind and offered to help us with our luggages and also planning our sight seeing. The house was very modern and the host was generous offering all the necessities in the fridge.

we were Leary initially bout the neighborhood since others not as clean surroundings but quiet and no problems at all! cabs prompt and reasonably priced for going to Belfast center and train station! we realized no complaints.

Felt home from home. The host left us a welcome hamper. Location was great easy enough to call a taxi from and get by. House was spotless and brought comfort 100% recommend! The host even kept texting me to see if I needed anything and recommending placed to go :)

Absolutely great host and great say. Very clean very comfortable and great value. Highly recommended and will book again for sure!
