To start, the host is the rudest host I have had to deal with, doesn't seem like she has any customer service skills or cares for her customers.
The place was dirty when we came in and smelt so bad. There was no handsoap or dishsoap. When I messaged the host for hand soap she said this is self catering and we had to get it ourselves. I've never stayed somewhere where hand soap is not provided. And no where on her listing does it say its self catering.
The WiFi was not working at all, when I messaged her to say we turned off the plug and turned it back on (as anyone would normally do) she said she's going to take our deposit now to fix the WiFi as we broke it.
We left a minute before 10am to make sure we don't exceed the time. My husband forgot his airpods and popped in an hour later, took them and left (took a second in and out), she tried to use that against us for staying longer.
Any time you message the host she will lie to you be rude and blame you, and will try to find any opportunity to take your deposit.
She provides no cleaning equipment but is trying to take my deposit for not doing the dishes before I left.
You have to do your own bedding, which is bizzare
The beds are so uncomfortable, the springs were digging into our backs.the single beds don't fit adults, they're children sized beds so don't be fooled into thinking 10 sleep here, they don't. And 10 people definitely don't fit in this caravan.

If you want a caravan to go to St osyth holiday park website and hire a caravan through there. It's cheaper and the caravans are way nicer and better customer service. Absolutely disgusted at everything to do with this caravan and the host. I can't believe she treated us this way.

Avoid this place, rude host, bunch of lies and small and dirty caravan.

The location/ the caravan site / value for money / clean and tidy
Good communication with the owners throughout

Could do with more plug sockets but no to much of a problem

Very nice and comfortable stay

We had a great stay at this caravan. It was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was excellent, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this caravan to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place

The caravan was tired, only one bathroom if 10 people stayed, photos are deceiving, space very limited not as shown on booking.com. Beds not made up, very old and thin quilts with old Park Quilt Sets, some had holes in. The actual living area was extremely small.
Facilities were all closed and we were not notified of this.
Heating was off on arrival so we arrived to a fridge like temperature. we stayed for an hour

We did not stay, we arrived and was not happy with the accommodation, it did not meet expectations

The landlady was very helpful and communicated well. The place was clean and our entire family and friends had a great stay

Wasn't clean, oven dirty, some of the bedding had stains, pillows not enough and wafer thin, had to buy some from Asda's. 10 birth caravan and 4 cups!!. Black mould in one of the wardrobes. And on the wall under the table. The mat in the seating area is a trip hazard. But when we lifted it up we could see why it was down as there was damage to the floor.

The site is fantastic with great entertainment

Hosts were very helpful. The location was good. Four bedrooms were useful as there were 10 of us

There was only one toilet and it states there are two. The sofabed could not be used as it was very uncomfortable. Kitchen area very small. More suitable for less people

Location to Clacton-on-Sea value for money

Cleaning
Could of told as about the price of the pass so we could use the swimming pool or hire the bikes

Holiday

The caravan was clean, comfy and so close to all the amenities. Perfect for our family holiday. Kids club was brilliant and swimming nice and clean. Would definitely recommend. Host was very helpful, responded quickly and made us feel very welcome.

Amazing family location

Clean, spacious, great location. The host is really helpful.

Great place to stay

The house was clean, had everything I needed including the barbecue, the place is very quiet, but in the photos it says towels and the beds well made and when we arrived the beds were not made and had no towels, one room had no light, the rest was fine 👍

Nice

Clean. Soft beds. Sheets provided. Heating worked well. Everything in working order. Next to new club house with playground, great bar, pool with slide and other facilities (if entertainment pass paid for). Sea path route to Clacton Pier- 20 mins cycle to all the attractions at the Pier which has fantastic funfair and huge, pleasant arcade complex. Some very decent eateries. Responsive host.

No info on how to buy entertainment passes or cost if we wanted to use club house facilities.

only 1 toilet/bathroom; chalet was very small for a space of 4 rooms.

Didn't like asking for my deposit back was complimented for leaving the place nice but had to ask for the cash back

It was a comfortable stay and value for money. The host was very approachable. The Clacton pier was not too far off. Overall, a good location.

Well appointed and owner really helpful and accommodating. Exceptional cleanliness.

Not keen on the location but we were expecting that.

It was extremely clean and had pleasant decor..very good..provided cleaning products

Friendly and accommodating owner..

The property has been made to feel very homely. Very clean and tidy.

A very good much needed break.

The caravan was amazing it was like home from home. Has everything we needed. Was clean and tidy and very spacious.

There wasn't anything we didn't like about the caravan. The only thing about the park was the entertainment was too loud when you were in the clubhouse.

Loved everything. The host left snacks and bottles of water
Even left snacks for the doggies. Already booked for next year!
She was so helpful and kind.
An amazing experience!!

Amazing!!!

helpful host. something wasn't enough for us after communicate they brought to us whatever we needed. Thanks a lot

Can check in early and check out late without paying extra.
