Beautiful Hot Tub Suite in Lytham St Annes

Horrible smell of detol throughout the house. Led us to believe guests before had been sick. Not the cleanest and house and furnishings dated and tired.

the stay was really good felt like home,kids were really happy & so we're we.. ONLY Disliked the checkout time & wasn't allowed to use hottub after 10pm

Amazing place

Fantastic location with a 15-minute stroll to the main shops and 20 minutes to the beach. Accommodation was perfect with everything we needed for our stay. Play area in the garden to keep the grandkids entertained. The hot tub was a huge bonus and we loved relaxing in there. Before our stay, communication was excellent and they answered our questions immediately.

We had a fantastic stay at this suit!! It had everything we needed and more. The only downside was the hot tub had too much chlorine and we weren't able to enjoy the hot tub fully as our eyes were stinging and we had to cut it short. Besides that everything was wonderful. Our suite was beautiful and the garden had a little play area for the kids to enjoy. The host was great and we enjoyed staying here with our two children.

We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day. The accommodation was perfect for our two young children (1 and 5) and the hot tub was a real treat (and was massive).

The property was lovely, clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for the three of us. Excellent facilities for kids including trampoline, play equipment and secure garden to play in. The hot tub is absolutely huge! Ideally located for Blackpool seafront, and loads of lovely places to eat in Lytham.

Property was stunning, very clean, lots of space, absolutely gorgeous property inside & out. Staff right on hand to help at any point. Hot tub was spotless and everywhere was furnished beautifully. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Nothing really negative regarding the property is was absolutely beautiful but the tv in the main bedroom wasn’t connected to anything and all we could watch really on the tv was YouTube in the front room, as we all have sky & virgin so don’t have Netflix etc. We had absolutely plenty of towels but we’re just very small as we’re all 5ft 8 plus in height so we probably should have brought a couple more for after the shower.

Last minute booking, messaged host who answered very quickly and stayed in full contact until the booking was confirmed. The accommodation was lovely. Everything was spotless and the hottub was amazing. I would happily recommend. The accommodation was in a quiet area, but close to Blackpool to visit if this is something you wanted to do.

The sofa bed mattress was not very comfortable and there was an issue with the toilet being blocked but the lovely member of staff did try to help.

Fabulous little gem, well located, warm and comfortable. Everything we needed with the added bonus of the hot tub! The Christmas tree added to the ambience. I would like to live here!

The property was lovely and warm with a fabulous Xmas tree set up. Comfortable sofas and large Smart TV. The open plan lounge / dining / kitchen was gorgeous. Large, well equipped garden and the icing on the cake was a massive hot tub inside a large outdoor room - we really enjoyed using this at the end of November. Would love to come back in the Summer as the outside space is great. Close to some shops / takeaways and not far from the sea front. Comfy beds with high quality furnishings throughout.

Bathroom a little small but we were only 2 adults so fine for us.

Had a lovely stay.The property is very much part of a larger property & the thinness of the walls means there is quite a lot of noise bleed from the next door family with two small children,especially when getting ready for school. I also found it painful on the eyes,using the hot tub ,due to the amount of chlorine,which I see other guests have complained about as well. These were only small clouds on an otherwise thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Very comfortable accommodation, tastefully decorated. The outer play area was perfect for our young grandchildren and the hot tub a great bonus. Communication with the host was very easy. There was milk, juice and bread on arrival. Loved it!!

Absolutely wonderful stay. My family and I had the absolute best time. With rainy weather we had time to spend there, and it didn’t disappoint. Hot tub was a dream, play area was safe and secure so young and older children could be free and every room was comfortable and beautiful. Short walk to coop, Chinese and chippy but other places around were lovely too. 15 min drive to Blackpool promenade so could bounce back and forth. Host Tom was ever so friendly and helpful. No complains, we will definitely book again!

Everything we loved our stay

The only thing was beds was a little uncomfortable and the electrics need checking as one of the lights didn’t work and the tv in the dining area kept going on and off

Hot tub was lovely the garden was lovely and private we had a good time

Great host and a fantastic property. I would recommend this property and host to any fellow parents who have children with autism. My child loved his stay, the friendly garden layout and hottub. Definitely will be visiting again.

Perfect for a short stay, not too far from the local attractions. Set in a quiet area in very comfortable surroundings.

To put it simply, if you have a small family with young child/children and like the beach and lots of activities that come with being near Blackpool then this is THE place to be. Jaccuzi and exquisite interior for the adults and lots and lots of outdoor space and play-sets provided (my son fell in love with the green tractor and kicked up a fuss when we had to leave it) for the children. To top it off, Tom was a fantastic host and although we had a minor issue with the kettle, we had a brand new one on the door step within the hour. Cannot fault the service. Gem of a place so will be back again.

Hot tub was great, comfy beds, early check-in, and nice living space, garden with great facilities for the kids was also nice.

No hooks to hang towels etc in bathroom, little storage in 2nd bedroom. Could do with some tlc in places, otherwise great accommodation but a few things could be added to make it more value for money. Robes would be a great addition to the hot tub too. Shower not great, very low water pressure. Mop certainly needed for bathroom and ideally for hot tub room and kitchen, as bathroom got very slippy with all of us in and out. Major point though, unable to locate any smoke alarms, thought this was a legal requirement.

We had the best time lovely place to stay and lots of nice places to eat and drink and entertainment . Only things we could complain about was the hot tub was very hot and to much clorean in . Also a second bathroom would be a good idea as we where a party of 6 women 😜

We had a great stay here. The accommodation was perfect for us as a family of 4. The outdoor space is ideal and indoors is spacious and comfortable. We much preferred staying here compared with the bizz of Blackpool. It’s quiet, private and still within easy travel distance of the local town and/or Blackpool. The host is extremely attentive and communication is great prior to and during the stay. We had a problem with the toilet and it was responded to and dealt with immediately. We would recommend to other travellers.

Very private,great location.parking was easy parked outside property.Hot tub was bigger than we thought.Had 2 x minor problems the Host dealt with quickly problems resolved, even left sweets for grandchildren. Very comfortable.

What a perfect place to stay peaceful, comfy, and clean. We had a wonderful stay, short walk to town where there’s loads of things going on. Memories were made.

The living area and hot tub were fab!

Felt a little dark in the living room like more lights needed. Not a big deal though bedroom lights were nice and bright! Few Banging noises in the morning.

I booked for my partner birthday, we have an amazing time. Everything is same as pictures, it's very clean and cozy.

This is outstanding accommodation, an excellent find for our visit to see family. St Anne's is a very calm place, the sands are excellent. We enjoyed the hot tub, very relaxing, and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be back again and recommend it to everyone.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. It was lovely and quiet and very nicely decorated. It had everything we needed and close to the beach. The host was very helpful too. Just a small thing that the hot tub seats were quite mildew stained but otherwise everything was well maintained.

The property was amazing! We especially liked the outdoor space for the children, as we had 3 children 5 and under. Exactly like the pictures, the hot tub was amazing & the fact all the tvs were smart was great. Even the little touches of some toys for the children & books inside the home. It was lovely to also be asked if a travel cot or high chair would be needed, this makes travelling so much lighter when you don’t have to lug them away with you to. Fantastic property

There was nothing to not like about the property it was amazing, it would be nice to be allowed in the hot tub after 10 especially if your travelling with children sometimes 10 o’clock comes and they still haven’t settled. I think there should also be either a cheap Hoover or a full sized brush and shovel in the property, we felt bad leaving with the floor still messy but with children aged 1,2 and 5 I was constantly on the floor with the hand held brush and shovel. It just wasn’t easy to go around the whole property on my hands & knees using the little shovel. However as I have said before the property is AMAZING 😀

we stayed at Anchor Suite for a few days for my birthday. Beautiful accommodation large open living area, fully equipped kitchen. Tom the host was very responsive on what's app and even messaged us on day of arrival to let us know the suite was ready for us and we checked in earlier. The accommodation was clean, great wi-fi and tvs in all bedrooms. Handy for our boys age 11 & 9 who watched movie in bed. The hottub was amazing we really enjoyed using it and perfect that it's in it's own summerhouse as there was rain & wind during our stay but this did not affect us using the hottub. The location was perfect 10/15mins walk to the seafront, shops and bars. we will definitely be booking and staying again. perfect retreat for a relaxing few days.

The homely feel as soon as you walked in.Especially with the Xmas tree on. It was a lovely house, and you just felt at home straight away.Close to shops and restaurants and easy to get into Blackpool on the number 11 bus.St Anne's is a lovely place aswell nice walks and things to do

Visited here for a peaceful few days away with my daughter and we got exactly that! We traveled by train & the accommodation was easy to get to about a 10 minute walk. The host was extremely helpful & always on standby for any questions or help which was great! The accommodation is lovely! Nice and spacious, clean and literally has everything you could possibly need! The garden space was lovely. Felt extremely private. And what can I say about the hot tub! Wow! Stunning! And even more perfect that it is undercover with the UK weather! All smart tvs aswell so my daughter didn’t have to miss out on her teenage YouTube fix haha! We got exactly what we wanted from our stay. Left relaxed and refreshed. I definitely love to come and stay again! Thank you

We had a lovely stay. The Anchor Suite is beautifully decorated and is very comfortable. The kids loved the hot tub, which is much bigger than I imagined. Great host with clear instructions for gaining entry. I would highly recommend.

The location was good. Taxi service was brilliant and made getting into different parts of the town easy and fast.

Ease of entry into property, helpfulness of staff, decor and standard of property was excellent. Location was also fantastic.

Liked the privacy of the house & that it’s away from the hussle and bussle of Blackpool centre. The high garden walls and the locked gate made it feel Safe letting my young son play out in the garden. Had a really great sleep. Bed rooms had a nice cosy atmosphere. Did find parking an issue and a few times had to park 2-3 streets away. Short drive to Sandcastle water park & the Blackpool pleasure beach theme park. Rice and noodle chinese was really delicious.

The cleanliness of the house was incredible. There was everything we needed in the kitchen. The ice machine in the fridge was great!! The beds were very comfortable. . . And the hot tub was perfect! The host was lovely, friendly and very helpful. Great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay and Tom was a fantastic host. The hot tub was a real added bonus to relax and the kids loved playing in the garden. St Anne’s pier was around 15 minute walk away which was convenient but must admit with 2 young kids we drove down with all the gear and always found free parking easy on the days in St Anne’s. We also popped into Blackpool a couple of times and absolutely loved the Sandcastle swimming pool. All in all we couldn’t recommend this place enough and will look forward to coming back.

This was the perfect birthday getaway for me!! The apartment was so beautiful and well equipped. The garden was safe for the kids to play out in and we all loved relaxing in the hot tub. Lots of close amenities too. Absolutely loved it!

by far the best Air BnB I have stayed in. the house was spotlessly clean. beautiful home and stylish decor. lovely surprise to find bread, milk, orange juice and cereals made available for us. such a nice touch. hot tub is fantastic! Tom was very good at communicating with us and kept in touch over the weekend. only a short walk from the house to local pubs, restaurants. not far from Blackpool and Lytham. honestly we had the best time and will definitely be back again.

This accommodation was exactly what the description & the pictures show. Very clean, in a great location & easy to access. The hot tub is a nice touch to the relaxing experience. It is 100% value for money.

Wow what a place to stay with the children and family!! Great Hot Tub and outdoor area.

Very close to activities and enclosed, so could allow our dog to wonder.

Didnt like very little, so could have done with more tea bags as there was two of us and used within a day.

We were self catering, it was so nice to be greeted with the bread, milk, biscuits, tea, coffee. The beds were really comfortable. The hot tub worked well after a busy day and it was nice to have somewhere to get changed with out going back into the accommodation dripping wet.

As it was self catering, a little more kitchen equipment would of been nice, such as a jug, cheese grater, another frying pan. It would of been nice to have the hot tub until midnight. An air dryer/somewhere to hang our wet costumes we made a make shift one with the ironing board.

The owner is really really nice even got a nice welcome package and the stay was amazing I took my girlfriend for her birthday and it was a great choice I will definitely go again we had a great stay the accommodation is spotless clean and tidy and very peaceful and will recommend to friends and family can't wait to go back

Honestly this place was a great retreat from our usually busy and hectic life! It was peaceful and perfect! Would go again for sure, was great to unwind, and felt very cosy! Highly recommend it, although slightly outside what we would expect to spend but worth it!

Could not fault the property. Good quality furniture beds where really comfy with good quality linen duvet and pillows, there was little extras like a welcome pack and chocolates on pillow. Will definitely be back again to visit soon!!
