This flat suited us very well and we were very comfortable there! Entrance took a bit of finding as instructions were on the first message from Travelnest just not on the air bnb check in instructions . Travel cot was provided which helped a lot! bed was comfy and it was clean enough. Nice location!

We have just had a lovely 3 night stay at this apartment. We got full instruction where to find the apartment and how to get in. Very clean and beautiful seaside decoration theme going throughout all the rooms. Coffee sachets and biscuits when we arrived. My daughter loved the glasses collection.

Unfortunately only stayed for 1 night - used as a halfway stop over on way home from Scotland. Lovely flat and short walk to beach.
A very nicely presented cosy 2 bed Appt, tucked away near the sea front. Close enough to everything, with a shop round the corner and plenty of free parking.
Great accomodation, clean, modern and central. Plenty of on street parking within a couple of minutes.
Clue is in the title "cosy" i.e. small/compact - but very clean & had everything you could need. The location was good & easy to get to everything. For our weekend stay it was just what we needed.

Good value for money in a good location very close to the seafront and an easy walk to shops, restaurants etc. Suited what we needed and would book again if visiting Morecambe. Looks better on the inside than it does externally, and the owners have tried to make the best of the cosy apartment.
The sound insulation could be a lot better. Not just footsteps, but coughs and conversations too from flats above and below. It wouldn’t stop us booking again but may put some people off. Also a more powerful shower would have been nice.
Perfect location for a beach holiday. The property is clean and tidy. There are shops and restaurants nearby. Plenty of on road free parking available.

Location was great. The apartment is cosy, yet bigger then I expected..
There are steps up to the accommodation, which aren't mentioned on booking.com, only once paid and the host emailed the address etc.. found it tedious with a 4 month old baby, not being able to park outside of it due to issues the host is having with land owners so had to park on the street, not ideal when having to park and then walk with the baby after putting the pram in the car as too many steps to ferry the pram up and down each time.

The location was great, There was plenty of tea and coffee. The hosts contacted me on the morning to verify how many were staying so they could put out the required towels and make up the required beds.
Can't really find a downside. I did find the air fresheners in the double bedroom a bit overpowering. There was 3 in such a tiny room.
There was very little missing from the accommodation. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and everywhere was clean. The landlord was easy to contact and was very helpful when we needed him. We will definitely use it again and recommend it to family and friends
Just a pity there was no parking at the rear, but never struggled to get a place on the street.
Mattress could of been a better quality other than that every thing else was fine thanks 😊.

The little flat was exactly as described, cosy and close to the beach. We could only stay for one night unfortunately and it was very handy for the dog friendly beach and walks along the promenade. A local corner shop nearby too! The flat itself was well equipped and we couldn’t fault it.

Everything about the apartment was good. Everything was covered and we didn’t need to think of anything. We were disappointed by the quality of the mattresses which were a bit tired. The whole stay would have been perfect if the mattresses had been firm and of good quality.

Your records should show that I cancelled this booking on the evening prior to our intended arrival. Reason being that the owner had failed to make contact re keys or key code. I rang your office and was advised that the booking had been cancelled by you and made alternative arrangements. The whole situation was poor and the owner has never made any contact to explain or apologise. Does he actually exist.

Very well resourced and very comfortable flat, close to the sea front. Dog friendly beach close by. Parking on street, within 100 yards of the entrance. Directions to the flat were easy to follow.
No significant issues at all. The stairs are steep, but we knew that when we booked. Not a problem for us, but it would make the access hard for those with any significant mobility issue.
Very clean and spacious. Close to seafront and only 15 minutes walk to resort centre. Able to check in at 10 am which was ideal as we were going to the football match.

The location was excellent and it offered really good value for money. Check in was simple and the apartment had everything needed for our overnight stay.
Lack of plug sockets, particularly in the master bedroom, to charge phone without having to unplug lights.
Such a great little property!! Next to the sea front! Wonderful hosts! All the facilities you could possibly want. The extras like tea, coffee, cooking oil, salt, pepper etc and bathroom toiletries were unexpected and extremely welcome after a long trip. This apartment is extremely good value for money.
You can hear upstairs neighbours at night but that is not the hosts fault at all but worth being aware of if you are wanting total silence.
Everything inside the apartment was excellent. Bonus was the tea bags/coffee we weren't expecting that as we were only staying one night. It was cosy and suited our needs of somewhere to rest up after the sea journey from IOM before driving to our main destination.
The concrete steps up to the apartment (maybe I didn't read the details properly) but our little old Cocker Spaniel had to be carried up and down the stairs. We managed but my husband was a bit worried when carrying her. I was concentrating on looking for a pet friendly property and maybe didn't notice the information about the steps.

Was a great time
Very clean and welcoming. Welcome coffee/milk/biscuits in kitchen. Full-size fridge-freezer. New recliner sofa and armchair in the living-room. Very high standard of decoration, including seaside art. Lovely bijoux flat. Appreciated bath anti-slip mat for shower-times. Lovely bathroom - lots of space. Lots of storage everywhere. Wi-fi signal was 52 Mps - very good for our phones and a laptop. Huge tv with full digital channels. Handy Spar around the corner. Excellent value off-season - we stayed the first week of March.
The mattresses are quite hard - this suited my friend in the single bed, but I used the double duvet as a sleeping bag to have extra padding under me. Lovely to have the long-life milk mini pots, but they do go off - please store them in the fridge - we had to throw out about 6 of them. The flat is situated behind a rest home, so there is no parking on-site. Street-parking was fine, although I had to park several houses away as there are a lot of parked cars in Victoria Parade and Dallam Avenue 24/7. The bathroom mirror was very high up, so we used one of the other many mirrors in the flat. The crockery, glassware and saucepans are stored in very high cupboards in the kitchen. I am 5ft 5" and struggled to get some of them down. There is a small folding step, but I am too heavy to use this. My friend is 5ft 1" so she could not reach anything. The lock-box for the key is very high up too, so it was a struggle to use this.

Was hoping for a message from the hosts a little bit earlier than the day before, like we received from everyone else as we have been touring the country and staying in different places. Quite hard to find the flat, but not impossible as it is located next to the back garden of an old peoples home.
What a lovely apartment. So much attention to detail, drinks and biscuits a lovely touch. You dont need to bring anything apart from your toothbrush. The location is good, it's the best value for money we have stayed in by far. Thank you

The location was good and the apartment was really comfortable and perfect for us and our little pooch. All the amenities were as described. Looks like the lounge furniture and the internal doors have all been recently replaced and tea, coffee and biscuits left out for us.. I would highly recommend this apartment for up to 3 people.

It seemed as if everything was either washed in perfumed detergent or sprayed with febreeze. It was very overpowering, even with the windows open all evening and through the night, and the door open all evening.

The location was good for us not far from where we wanted to be, we got into the appartment easily and it was beautifully clean and very well equiped, the information on the notice board of taxi numbers, take aways etc was very helpful.

Not a great nights sleep as the mattress was so uncomfortable, if one person moved the other nearly bounced out of the bed, but to be fair our mattress at home is super comfortable so nothing will ever match it.

Conveniently placed with good access to local beauty spots. Well equipped and comfortable, right next to the seafront. Parking, though not private, is easy.
There is nowhere to sit outside the apartment. The ‘balcony’ is really only the path, albeit private, at the top of the steps by which you enter the building and overlooks some rather dreary commercial buildings and the staff smoker’s corner for the next door nursing home.

Unable to park very close to the property but residential parking nearby and is as described. As previous review mentioned just a little noise from above occasionally but did not last long and otherwise felt very peaceful. Personally I would not want to sit on the balcony!

Being disabled I got told there was a couple of steps at the side there wasn’t there was 12 it was impossible it has taken me two days to recuperate that is the only downside to the property it is not suitable for anyone who is disabled or has small children in a pram😞😔☹️
The flat was very clean, covid safe. Self check in was easy. Great value for money. There were plenty of ammentities for our stay, toilet rolls, bathroom products. Kitchen was fully equiped to cook in. Hair dryer provided which was great as we forgot to bring one. The basket of biscuits and treats went down a treat also. Would deffinatley recommend to stay. The location is great - a shop a minute walk away and close to the sea front for some lovely walks. We stayed due to boiler issues at home, so we know the area well. But it was lovely to get away during the pandemic even if it was down the road. And if you don't mind a few minutes of noisyness from the flat upstairs every now and again, then there are absolutely no issues with this place!
The only minor issue is the noisy neighbours who lived in the flat above. But this can't be helped so we didn't mind. Couldn't fault the property or the owners at all.

Shower needs an upgrade
Property was fully equipped with everything we needed and was beautifully decorated with Christmas attire. Location was perfect for both a lovely walk along the front and for getting takeaways, we were spoilt for choice and parking was easy on Victoria Parade and free. Was really lovely and warm and we thought the heating was on when we arrived but it wasn’t.
TV is really dated and could be upgraded. Doors need WD40 as they are quite squeaky. Upstairs neighbours are quite loud but nothing you can do there as you can’t choose your neighbours. Haha. Would certainly book again as cute little flat and has more than we needed.
