Beautiful 3-Bed Caravan at Rockley Park Poole

The property was nice and clean, smelt lovely, plenty of books to read and games, loved the way the host put blankets on the settee for our dog to sleep on.

There’s nothing we didn’t like, only thing we would say is it would have been nice to have had some outdoor seating and more of a patio area to sit on an evening. Also I think the host should have a Hoover and a proper cleaning mop and bucket, it was difficult to clean up with what was provided. It did rain whilst we were there so it would have been a lot easier if it was equipped with them.

I didn’t have to wait for anyone to arrive to hand over the keys, they were already there in the lock box and I had been given the code.

There was nothing I didn’t like. I honestly cannot find fault with the property, Rockley Park itself or anyone I encountered during my stay.

My back hurt with beds and sofa cushion kept siding off my daughter was so so itchy for nights she slept in bed she couldn’t use the bedsheets wrapped herself in a fluffy blanket to sleep

Cleanses could have been much better we found and old horrible dog chew floors didn't look like it had been hovered or mop and under the sofa was awful and looked like they have never been moved for cleaning . Only found that out due to one of our kids toys went under it.

The cost of having to purchase a pass for Haven Resort in order to use their facilities which was extortionate for just a two night stay £90 for two children and two adults.

The caravan itself was very clean and welcoming

The location of the caravan was very noisy, the first night, there were police on site due to someone being assaulted, the second night, very noisy lots of shouting until the early hours the caravan is right behind the main building.

Nice location, parking outside, lounge/kitchen area good. Adequately stocked with crockery, etc. Wi-Fi good.

Bedrooms were a little small and beds a little short for two 6’ plus males. It would have been nice to have a fenced off area where the dog or small children could play safely outside the caravan.

The caravan was clean and comfortable and had all we needed for our stay. Security checked us in as we arrived at the site and directed us to caravan, which was easy to find. Although no views from the caravan, a short walk away is Rockley Point with views over the harbour and Purbeck Hills. We were informed of all activities at the site, passes for some areas etc, however having lived in Poole until recently we were just visiting family and did not take these offers up. I would highly recommend this accommodation and would use again. This is the first time I have used the Airbnb website, but will not be the last.

The property was very clean, Modern and very well presented. There were additional touches like washing up products, tea, coffee, sugar and towels. The host was quick to respond to any questions, which was very reassuring and helpful. If I ever have to travel to Poole again, I would seek this accommodation out initially. Thank you!

The location of the caravan is excellent. It is tucked at the end of one of the lanes in Rockley Park resort by a fence so you can feel the privacy. Spacious enough for a family of 5. There is also a parking space just outside the caravan so very convenient. It is equipped with all the cutlery, pots and pans, just enough for everything you may need when being away. Really nice and warm. The host is excellent in communication and replies. They had left the heating on, so we entered into a warm caravan after a really long day. It was just a little touch that really made us feel like being at ‘home’. The PlayStation was a lovely surprise for the boys, they enjoyed playing on it.

The three seater sofa in the living room needs a bit of an uplift.

perfect location just by the beach front. clean and comfortable caravan. everything we needed for a 4 night stay. bedding and towels provided which meant less for us to bring.

not a thing we didn't like about the caravan or the site. due to being out of season we didn't access any of the facilities.

Not as clean as usual. Dirty areas behind coffee table and blind in bathroom covered in mold. Toilet smelt. Door has dropped leaving gap above. Vent above door started to drip when frost thawed in morning. Windows dirty and covered in finger prints.

What a beautiful, clean caravan. Lovely and warm, even in November. Loved having the option of using the fire. We attended from Cornwall as I was graduating from University at Lighthouse Poole, the site is very nearby. Caravan was easy to locate on site. Had everything we needed and the children were very happy with their comfy beds! WiFi worked well and TV allowed use of Netflix. 5/5, will be coming back! Thank you so much!

Only thing I would recommend is lamps in the bedrooms, but that's not a big issue at all!

Comfortable and clean. Had to chase for check in details. Owner stated they give this late as people had been arriving too early. I was due to arrive late, and not having received instructions less than 24 hrs in advance gave me cause for concern about the booking.

The location suited on where we wanted to be.

Caravan was neat and tidy and had everything you needed. It smelled lovely too! Beds were warm and comfy and although we didn’t need it a boiler and radiators were installed. Our boys liked that they had access to the ps3. Play passes need to be purchased from haven directly and give access to swimming pool and entertainment. The swimming does get booked up quickly, Emma helped us to book before our stay. The holiday park was ok, lots to do for children, although some of the activities were on the expensive side. These can be booked before you go or on the day if there is availability. Lots to do in the area, 20 mins from sandbanks beach, as well as poole and Bournemouth being easily accessible by car.

Really appreciated the thoughtful little extras, that can make all the difference, tea & coffee, dog bed, and just a well looked after and very clean property And also excellent communication from the owners from the start

Double bed mattress was uncomfortable.

The caravan was well appointed situated at a quiet end of the Haven site.The haven site was very well situated right on the coast of Poole Harbour with its own nature reserve and beach . We felt very comfortable in the sitting room living /kitchen space.The double bedroom.was a nice size ,the smaller rooms were small prob best suited for 1adult or children .We cooked for ourselves using the facilities ,nice shower and one toilet .As a couple it was ideal for our needs .

Nothing not to like.We took a while working out how to switch on heating ,master switch main bedroom but once that was on the caravan heated up well .

Excellent location, very clean caravan with all the facilities you need. This caravan is on the last end of the site, which I loved was it meant more privacy! The separate shower and toilet was also a great concept.

The beds were a little uncomfortable for me, but then it is everyone's personal choice on what type of bed they like, so can't criticise much on this! Might just have been me and my back. I cannot find any other thing to criticise as everything was perfect and excellent value for price.

It was lovely and clean, peaceful and perfect location to get about the area. Perfect for a dog vacation.

well what can I say about your caravan. the location was perfect 🙂 the caravan was spotlessly clean and welcoming. we didn’t bring our dog as planned but would def rebook as he would have loved the park. on-site facilities were easy to book and checkin was very fast and staff were amazing helpful many thanks lisa

Lovely caravan. Very clean; as soon as we walked in it smelt fresh. Good living room space, the kitchen had all that you could need/want (fridge freezer, kettle, coffee sachets, toaster, plates, cutlery etc), good sized shower, good water pressure and water was nice and hot. Small tv in bedroom, old, but fine to watch a movie or tv programme before falling off to sleep. Larger tv in the living room. Nice little touches like leaving some dvds for guests to watch and leaving a big dog bed for our two fur babies. Nice little grassed area outside the caravan which was handy for letting the dogs out to the toilet. We had a really relaxing break here and we would definitely stay again!

Only improvement really would be the wifi. We could occasionally connect on our phones but we were unable to on the tv, so couldn’t watch Netflix or anything. Not the end of the world though, could still watch normal tv and dvds fine :)

Very clean, spacious and comfortable caravan. Close to the beach and nice walks. Definetly worth the money.

We stayed as a family of 7, the kids loved the cosy rooms and the playstation was a blessing on the rainy days. Had to put the travel cot in the living room as didn't fit in bedroom. Kept our little dogs in their crates, but I imagine it would be ok to let them potter? The caravan is right behind the main complex so from 9pm every night you can hear the beat of the disco. Also it's next to some staff flats so the parking gets a bit tight, and they tend to stand out there and smoke. It isn't on the water front (as said in the description) but you can walk down to the water, and we did find a buggy friendly route. We went to Brownsea Island, Upton Park and despite rainy weather found somewhere to go every day. The kids really liked seeing the sunseeker factory, and the enormous cranes at the harbour. There's lots of dog friendly places.

Nice accommodation, easy to find, lots of leaflets and ideas of what to do daily. Clean and tidy, and products to use to keep and maintain the cleanliness of the accommodation. Plenty of nearby days out.

The site itself wasn't quite what was expected. Not many facilities and things to do for my daughters age range.
