Birkdale Seaside apartment sleeps 5 private garden

The property was not ready for us on arrival as booking.com had not passed on our payment. The property was not cleaned until the day after arrival.

Parking and the property hadn't been cleaned very well limescale on bathroom tap cup stains on coffee table

Perfect space/location for our extended family reunion. Everything in place as listed very clean and homely. 3 TVs ensured no squabbles between grandchildren/adults. On another occasion/time of year the secret garden would have been in daily use. Overall a great few days stay.

The place was lovely and clean and very cosy, the price was very good and the beds were so comfortable slept the best I’ve slept in a long time. The location was ideal for the bus route too

The property was very clean and in good condition. it was easy to find and not far from the town.

The only thing any of us could think about the property was the shower wasn’t the greatest but it was still ok.

The property was in a great location and had everything we needed. Apartment was very homely.

Great base for family who were attending a local family gathering. Good communication with hosts who were accommodating.

i was staying to visit family so location was ideal for that. Access to outside space, due to me coming with my dog, and overall decor was great. There is a local park close by for a quick morning dog walk prior to hitting the sand dunes. I wasn't there long enough to explore the area in great detail but access to the nearest train station (Hillside) was also a plus. My boys loved it.

There was a strong underlying smell of cigarette smoke which was a shame, but the place was very clean and it had everything we needed. Calling it a 'boutique' apartment is a little outdated and mismatched what was a very good place to stay. My teenage son found a sparkly pink thong down the sofa which wasn't a highlight, I'll be honest, but he seemed amused by it!

We have stayed here before, so only returned as we were happy with our first stay.

Very spacious, nicely decorated. Very clean. Friendly communication from host. Would definitely book again.

The accommodation looked very nice and clean. Only two things are that we should have sofa-bed for 5th person which wasn’t include and noona told as about it and second that there are no too many clubs around for people who came to have a bit of fun.

Cooker was not very good took forever to heat up and had to call host to find out how bottom oven worked nothing in the manual also would have been good to have more instructions what to use to use Netflix

We loved our stay! Didn’t want to go home. The apartment is kitted out with everything that you could possibly need. Loved the secret garden and that dogs are welcome. We’ll be back 😊

Absolutely pristine, smelled beautiful, relaxing environment, full apartment to yourself with all the facilities of a normal apartment (cooker, washer, microwave etc) a secret garden, child friendly, stunning, spacious and comfortable apartment, only booked 1 night will definitely be a returning customer for longer, most comfortable beds we've ever slept in

Parking in front of the gate was a bit awkward, but didn't effect the stay, need your own laptop or tablet if you want to use amazon prime or Netflix, weren't informed prior to our stay, but again didn't effect the stay would just have liked to know so we could have brought our own stuff

Flat is clean, spacious and well appointed. Looks to be very recently renovated. Good location for walking access to Birkdale village which has lovely independent eateries and independent shops. Decor is tasteful. Wifi worked well. Kitchen has all the basics but would benefit from better quality knives - if you plan to cook for yourself might be worth bringing one. Great to have Aldi so close to grab essentials with minimal fuss. Outdoor space is cute and great to have. Check in and check out via keysafe was simple and easy.
