A little too far out of town to walk, needed to drive but there was plenty of parking in the main shopping area

The flat is beautifully decorated to a very high standard.. There is so much to look at and all in keeping with the theme. The beds were very comfy, and the showers were fab. The welcome touches of crisps and wine in keeping with the theme were superb. We also had a basket of breads, cake biscuits and Mik, ect this was a great touch.

What a wonderful few days we have had visiting the East Neuk of Fife to celebrate our mums 80th birthday. We are so happy that we came across Jules by the Sea. Not only is it in a great location to explore the whole area, but the apartment itself was just perfect. There is nothing that Julie has not thought about, and the sea theme throughout is brilliant. The welcome gifts were greatly appreciated and we can't thank Julie enough for the additional touches that made our stay so special. She really is the perfect host. We can't wait to visit again and there is no doubt about where we will be staying. Nothing can beat Jules by the Sea.

The accommodation was equipped with everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Local goodies were delicious and gratefully appreciated.

Amazing apartment, clean, good location and has everything you need and more! The apartment is very spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a washing machine and drier. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room is very cosy. The owner is very nice. We went with the boat to the Isle of May and could walk to the harbour from the apartment. This place is simply perfect!!

Spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet, easy parking. The host made every effort to make us feel welcome and provided lots of lovely extras. Would thoroughly recommend this flat.

Vi hade en väldigt trevlig vistelse i Julies fina lägenhet. Kände oss som hemma från första stund. Lägenheten är smakfullt inredd och Julie var inte bara vänlig och snabb i kommunikationen utan hade även förberett ett litet välkomstpaket åt oss och ett trevligt, handskrivet, kort. Det var som att bo i en väns lägenhet. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!!

It was an immaculately clean and well presented apartment. Julie was excellent host, providing all the required information to get to and into the property and had also left a lovely welcome pack far beyond expectations.

The whole apartment was clean, exceptionally decorated and the beds were comfy. The welcome pack was a nice touch with items from local artisan bakers. Thanks for the ice cream voucher, the kids loved it!!. Great value for money.

This place in Cellardyke was wonderful. Our precious host left a fabulous array of breads and jams which made for the perfect breakfast both mornings. The beds were super comfy, the bathrooms were squeaky clean, the area was safe and peaceful. We absolutely loved this place and it was pretty much a steal, price wise! I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Location was perfect. Host was available to hand over keys and in addition a key box with the number provided. The location was ideal for walking into town and had easy access to the main route to visit the rest of the area

Couldn't fault a thing , absolutely beautiful house and Julie was a fantastic host, so welcoming and extreemly thoughtful, we where really touched at the kindness shown to our family, the children where delighted with the icecream voucher left for them , and all the lovely goodies where much appreciated Julie so kind of you. I would love to visit again soon.

We had a lovely stay at Jules by the sea. There were many added touches that made us feel very welcome as a family. Julie was very helpful with her messages and it was great to be allowed to check in early. We would certainly recommend this accommodation to others.

The flat was beautiful and so comfortable.Everything was top notch and lovely.Julie the owner was so nice and kind.She gave us two bottles of nice wine and left other nice things for us to enjoy.We loved the flat and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

We would highly recommend this apartment as it was so comfortable, warm and clean. Easy to walk into Cellardyke and Anstruther. The welcome pack of delicious local and fish-themed goodies was very generous. all in all, we had a wonderful 2 night stay over New Year and would definitely return to Jules by the Sea.

Beautifully styled, warm and restful. Spacious but cosy. Beds very comfortable. Lots of local foods and snacks to enjoy. Proximity to coast path and golf courses of the East Neuk and St Andrews.

The family was surprised when we opened the lights in Julie’s house. It looked very bright and comfy in contrast to the weather that day, which was dark, rainy, and windy. The kids loved their room and all the details in the house, including the fish door decorations, the crab key basket, and the shell shaped soaps. The welcome card was lovely and so was the tray of snacks and sea themed bottle of white wine.❤️ Airbnb hosting is definitely an art with a lot of thoughtfulness for guests. We loved it. Thank you Julie for guiding us all throughout the stay. We will definitely come back in the future 😍.

The property was immaculate and comfortable, set in a nice residential area. The decor had a "seaside" theme and the attention to detail was amazing. The host kindly left us a complimentary basket of local "Foodie Goodies" and a bottle of wine. The bed was super comfy. The shower was powerful. There were umbrellas in the hallway which came in handy because it was a rainy weekend.

Stayed at Jules by the Sea for a wedding at The Cowshed in Crail it was a perfect choice. The apartment was immaculate and beautifully furnished with lovely little beach touches. The location was a 10 min stroll to the harbour with lots of facilities. Julie was excellent and left a wonderful welcome pack of local produce for us including a bottle of bubbly to celebrate the wedding which was a lovely gesture and was available for any info we needed. An excellent couple of days wish we could have stayed longer..

What can I say about Jules by the Sea? It has to be the best air bnb I have stayed in! Everything was immaculate, the sofas and beds were super comfortable, the attention to detail was remarkable! Julie left a VERY generous Welcome Pack of wine, local breads, biscuits etc etc all of which were delicious! The apartment was very stylish with a modern, fun seaside theme throughout. It was equipped with everything...and more that you might need e.g. umbrellas, picnic crockery. We had a fantastic time at Jules by the Sea and would love to come back when we're next over in Scotland. Thank you very much, Julie 😃

Whats not to like,exceptional standard of accommodation peaceful area,designated easy parking. Exceptional complimentaries provided by the host,thought of everything even down to providing umbrellas.Sensor light at top of stairs and carbon monoxide alarm are safety features which are somtimes missing from other properties. Definitely recommend this exceptional property.

We had a wonderful time staying in Julie's beautiful flat. We felt extremely comfortable and at home as soon as we arrived and were able to settle in for a fantastic weekend celebrating our friends wedding in nearby Crail. Julie was a very attentive host who provided clear instructions regarding check-in and the local area. She very generously provided us with some delicious local treats which were gratefully received. We could not have asked for a better host and would recommend this air bnb to anyone!

Sehr angenehme Unterkunft. Sehr gut ausgerüstete Küche. Alles blitzsauber. Wir konnten zu Fuss zum Hafen, um den Ausflug auf die Isle of May zu starten. Auch die Abendspaziergänge an der Küste waren sehr schön.

Great stay @ Joules by the sea, host was very attentive and all the little touches like gifts for kids and welcome hamper made it extra special. Apartment was immaculate and great location for exploring Anstruther and the Fife coast. Only missing was perhaps a little outside space but didn't affect our stay. Thank you for a wonderful break.

Von der Unterkunft konnten wir sehr gut zu Fuß zum Hafen gehen und die nah gelegenes Insel besuchen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Beautiful flat(very new). Perfect location for our golfing break. All the amenities you need and a Welcome pack too! Julie, our host was very helpful and definitely earmarked for a return visit😀

What a lovely, stylish, homely apartment. Jules By the Sea is the best apartment we have stayed in to date. The complementary food including artisan bread, biscuits, milk, tea and coffee was most appreciated, as were the commentary toiletries. Julie was the perfect host - at hand if we needed anything without being intrusive. We have already booked another weekend stay!

If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in the East Neuk, honestly just stop the search and book Jules By The Sea! We tend to stay in AirBnBs whenever we travel and this is hands down the best we’ve stayed in. It’s tastefully decorated with a fun theme and spacious, great location and SO WELL serviced. Julie has thought about everything - from travel cups, extra chargers and games for kids (& adults!) as well as little things like kitchen roll and detergent. We especially appreciated the kids plates and crockery. Julie made us feel so comfortable, from her friendly welcome email to very kind packs for the kids. If we’re ever in the area, we’d love to stay again and would recommend Jules By The Sea to anyone looking to stay in the East Neuk.

We were fortunate to be Julie's first ever guests. The flat is beautiful and very comfortable. We were a family of four, travelling with a 7 year old and a 21 month old and we used it as a base to explore the Fife region and St Andrew's. The location is perfect, with a view of the sea and minutes away from Anstruther Harbour and to some wonderful beaches and fishing villages within a few miles. It takes 20 minutes to get to St. Andrew's and everything that historic city has to offer. All the amenities you could ask for are provided and Julie was kind enough to leave a welcome basket with artisan bread, milk and oatcakes. We used the kitchen to cook meals a couple of the days and ate out the others. Visiting Craigtoun Park was great and heading back to the flat felt like going home. There is an allocated parking space behind the flat and Julie was always available to offer recommendations on where to visit and where to eat. Highly recommended and will stay again in the future!
