3-Bed Apartment in Lowestoft with sea views

Perfect for what we wanted. Lovely view. Clean. Comfortable beds and couches. New carpet!

One of the bedrooms has no window (it didn't both me, but worth noting). Not near shops (we knew that, but also worth noting). Quite a few stairs. We didn't mind taking our shoes off in unit, but it might have been nice to have a stool to make taking shoes off easier (my elderly father struggled).

Communication with host was excellent. Property met all expectations thank you.

* Kitchen was semi well equipped however there was no cooking dishes re. For pies * One of the baking trays did not fit in the oven * Hot water was barley warm making showering and washing up difficult *Air freshener/ washing powder from bedding & towels / whatever was sprayed in the room set allergies off. Had to put air freshener in the cupboards * Dirty on the outside / shared hall way

Great location, very homely. Clean and tidy. Host was helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay at the property again.

Nice, quiet location. Accommodation was clean & tidy. The weather was extremely cold, but the apartment remained warm. Other residents we met were friendly.

Couldn't get freeview on any of the 3 TV's. That may have been just me though. Toilet seats didn't fit the toilets correctly for some reason. Couldn't adjust the heat in the main shower, so we all had to use the one in the on-suite.

Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment with wonderful beds, great views and wonderful attention to detail. Thoroughly recommended!

Very clean and luxurious and a real treat to stay there. Very well equipped. There are steps up to the front door and a couple of steps down to two of the bedrooms so not necessarily suitable for wheelchair users. But I can’t fault this place and it was perfect for our family. Will be booking again.

Apartment was lovely and spacious, very clean and furnished to a high standard. In a nice quiet location with sea views.

Bedroom in the basement felt damp, including the bedding. Noticed in the morning clothes felt the same.

Location

No wardrobes, coat hangers, tubs to put tea / sugar in etc. Had to ring host re coat hangers and was told to lay stuff on spare room bed !! We only had a coat stand !! Not even terrestrial tv, Netflix only on the main tv, and Amazon only in our room. I have never stopped anywhere in the UK where you can't get BBC etc. No full length mirror anywhere and the toilet in the en suite room was not big enough for a child, the other toilet was just inside the entrance door so our friends had to walk past our room to get to it !! No hooks or shelves in the bathrooms. The bed could only be reached on one side so I had to shuffle down the bed to escape !! The whole place could do with neutral paint to cheer it up. We were met by the neighbors who did not want us to park on the front so we had to park on the road.

Lounge was comfortable to sit in with friends and kitchen well equipped

Beds were a little soft for our personal taste

It was wonderful- spacious, comfortable and sea views! We had a lovely walk into Lowestoft town through a beautiful park.

Only that there could be a big body wash attached to the wall in the showers rather than small plastic bottles.

Great accomodation, with nearby park and beach. Its mostly carpet floor, but very clean. Thumbs up!

Great 3 bed apartment - host accommodating - property clean. Highly recommended

the flat is exactly as described and spotless. we had two observations. there are no wardrobes or hooks to hang clothes. we were there for a celebration and had clothes were needed to hang. we ended up hanging them from the shower rail. please add hooks. a very small thing was no condiments there were many nice touches like towels made into swans save sweets as well as tea and coffee . salt and pepper would have been great
