Loved the fact it was in a perfect location and the house was the exactly the same as the pictures too.
Nothing about it we didn't like everything was perfect. We had an awesome time, and we would love to come again.
Nice home, fab communication, nice bits for the kids to play with. The living room is abit small for a family of 6 but kitchen area is spacious. I don't feel the stay was worth £1300 for 5days
We had a fabulous 3 night stay at this stunning home. Beauitful, spacious house and garden with hottub. Very quiet area and the house was immaculate. Great location, only 20 minute walk from Blackpool Zoo and a 5 minute car journey from the seafront. Good and swift communication with the host who was most helpful.

Clean and fresh, lovely decor, comfortable furniture, tv in every room, jacuzzi hot and ready to use, and some condiments, bread and milk there for our arrival.

Came for a weekend event with friends 15th March 2024. The house was spotless very modern and comfortable. Would highly recommend and hopefully in the near will be back with my own family
Location was good around £6 to the tower in an uber. House was very clean & the hot tub was great.
Really nice place in a lovely area, just a short drive to Blackpool centre. The hot tub was a lovely added bonus. Thank you & we will stay here again when we visit Blackpool

No live tv. The tv’s were all smart and needed to log in to watch anything. Very minor issue but could effect someone’s stay if they didn’t have accounts for bbc iplayer, ITVX, Netflix etc
Cant fault the place or the hosts will defo be booking again!! Defo reccomend to people aswell
The upstairs of the property was lovely. Nice beds, bedlinen and towels. Very clean. Nice clean oven with trays lined with tinfoil. Good shower. It had a hottub. We didn’t use it as there was a storm in Blackpool.
The TV didn’t work. No coffee machine and welcome tray had tea bags, UHT milk, and a white loaf. The downstairs was cheaply furnished with a broken coffee table . It was clean but didn’t feel ‘luxury’ The property only had slatted blinds, no curtains so it geot cold. The front blinds were broken so wouldn’t close. The person living next door is loud and shouted/swore over and over again for several hours after 10pm.
The place was very nice and clean. The options of rooms made it great for us as a group to select what the best sleeping plan was. The living room was very sweet and it was nice to see a Christmas tree up! The hot tub was lovely in the morning and after a day out in Blackpool. We were told about the check-out at 10am, which is quite early. Unfortunately the rules that were only given to us at check-in, including using the hot tub until 10pm or you will be fined, that really wasn't good at all. Then to be told there's sound sensors in the house to deter parties after 10pm, made everyone feel very conscious to even have a conversation after hours, I would definitely rethink some of these rules. Even changing it to 11pm as to reflect government rules regarding loud noises. The place was nice, but needs some TLC. Remove artex and spruce the space. We appreciate the tea, coffee, milk and bread. But not even any butter to be seen and lacking in essentials. Nice stay, but attention needed.

Pro active communication. Set approx 5min drive from Blackpool tower in a lovley location with an amazing park on your doorstep. Nice street and the neighbours were friendly in passing. Hot tub was an added bonus :)
Great house for the location, hot tub bring a great addition to the property. If your wanting to stay in Blackpool but not right on the front this is a great option.
This place was home from home. Spotlessly clean, everything we needed and the hot tub an added bonus. Used ubers to go in and out of blackpool. Less than £5 each way. Communications with the host were great. Neighbours friendly too. Garden was great for the dogs as its very secure. Late check out was much appreciated. We will defo be back.
Pleasant stay. Excellent location, fresh but a few small touches would have been beneficial : tea towels, hand towel for bathroom, we left it how we found it. Would stay again. 8/10

Great hot tub and really nice shower but kitchen was quite poorly equipped, we had to buy our own kitchen roll and sponges. There also wasn't any plastic cups anywhere in the house to use in the hot tub so we had to buy our own for that too; not enough toilet paper given we were there two nights with 6 people. Also lots of house rules we weren't told about until way after booking and when it was too late to cancel, particularly not being able to use the hot tub in the evenings which was the whole purpose of the trip for us really and should have been made clear much earlier. We were also promised a late check out when booking and then kept having to re ask for it as this info wasn't passed on and whoever we spoke to on Airbnb originally didn't tell whoever we then spoke to about check in/out, tried to say it wasn't possible when again this was a big consider for us at time of booking. The house is very nice and good condition but the hosts could have been better.
Very nice place to stay and good location especially with having dogs was huge field at the bottom of the rd Also I loved the blue and gold/yellow theme Tom the host was very kind and knowledgeable about the area
Not much to not like Only thing I personally wasn't keen on was walking on the grass bar footed from and to the house to the hot tub. So remember ur flip flop guys

Great find for a family holiday to Blackpool. Local enough for the town with enough a short stroll away. Hosts were fab with being InTouch with us from start to finish. A warm welcoming home, beautifully furnished inside and out with the fabulous enclosed garden and hot tub! Id absolutely book this again.
Amazing place to stay with friends or family. Altogether there was nothing to complain about. Place was spotless and very relaxing where ever you are in the house.

Had a fantastic time in Blackpool, location excellent, we brought our two dogs and there are great places for walking nearby. Stanley park fab. Hot tub was amazing and really appreciated after a busy day out. Would definitely recommend and if ever back in Blackpool would stay here.
Smashing 3 bed house in Blackpool with the benefit of a hot tub!
Exactly as the images, spotlessly clean and all the TVs are smart TVs, which was ideal for us as we forgot our chrome cast! We had a little welcome package which was well received, easy check in with the lock box and great communication from the host!! I would recommend.
After having a very stressful time recently it was nice to have a very smooth running and pleasant stay here. Was impressed with the children’s toys and the garden area. Would definitely recommend and would like to return in the future.

Myself, my boyfriend and two of our friends stayed here for a couple days whilst visiting the pleasure beach and a couple other things. The house was lovely and very clean. The garden was the best part, the hot tub was really hidden with lovely low lights all around it. We were told that we had to get out at 10pm but we weren’t that bothered as it was plenty of time to just chill out and relax. I definitely would recommend a taxi/car to get about but there was lots of little shops around the Airbnb and we were able to order a Chinese in for dinner. The beds were comfy and clean as well. We really enjoyed our stay and if we are back down in Blackpool (we live in Glasgow) we definitely will be back staying here! Thank you for a lovely stay😁
Amazing place to stay! Host was great and very responsive, place was immaculate and clean, hot tub was superb! Local to beach and shops! Having a kids section in that house really gave it a special touch and was greatly appreciated by our 2 yr old who felt right at home! I couldn’t ask for a better stay and hosts! THANK YOU! ☺️🙏🏽
Very comfortable stay. The house is decorated very modern, lovely colours and furnishings. Everything we needed for our stay which made life so much easier. Hottub was a lovely plus to have to hand easily seats 4 people. I would definitely recommend to friends and family and will definitely be returning.
clean, tidy & had everything we needed. was within 10 minutes drive of all the attractions of Blackpool. my kids loved the hot tub. the host was easy to contact and responded promptly. also very accommodating when we asked to check in early and also when we had to leave earlier than planned.
none of the TV’s were tuned with standard digital channels. if you didn’t have Netflix, or catch up tv accounts there was no way to watch any tv programmes.
We stayed here as a family with our dog. It was clean, modern and hot tub was a plus! About 40 minute walk to Blackpool Pier and 5-10 minute walk to Stanley Park. We were very happy and great communication with host. Would recommend 👍🏻
