Grand mansion, 9-double bedroom and free parking

Masood was an excellent host, met us on arrival and gave us a tour of the whole house. We had a small problem he arrived within in minutes and fixed the problem.

Lovely host, met one of us who was staying and showed her everything and told her if need to phone him. Very friendly definitely would stay again. Only down side was the pipes were making a funny noise and if everyone had a shower at the same time the pressure was a bit slow and went cold but apart from that we had a lovely stay and definitely would be back again. Thanks

A little dated in some rooms

Really a fun place to stay. Clean and loads of rooms. It’s a little eclectic but that makes it fun. Beds were comfortable and rooms were good sized. Our host was lovely and made us feel most welcome. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable.

Landlord had great communication and met us, gave us a tour and the keys. The house was just perfect and in such a good location. 100% recommended

Appartamento in ottima posizione con parcheggio privato anche per 4/5 auto. Proprietario gentile ci ha concesso di lasciare le auto in parcheggio anche oltre l'orario del check-out.

In 17 abbiamo occupato tutte le stanze ma la posizione dei bagni, rispetto alle camere, non è molto comoda. Non c'erano gli asciugamani per tutti ma, richiesti al proprietario ci son stati dati senza problemi.

This was a really cool place to stay! Like having a whole hotel to yourselves!

Rooms were comfortable and it was nice to have showers and sinks in each room. The kitchen was well stocked. It is in a good location, easy to walk to restuarants and the free parking is super convenient.

The showers were a bit unpredictable, and wifi was poor, especially in the living area which is in the basement.

My family loved staying here! The host met us so he could show us where to park and how everything worked. So close to Union street with so many great restaurants and shops. Great kitchen and gathering place and so nice to have so many bathrooms!

Very central location, lovely, clean well equipped rooms. Accommodates a very large group for a fantastic price and rare free city centre parking. Owner was very attentive and thorough.

The communal area is lovely but a little small and has limited seating for the number of guests the property accommodates so not well suited to spending time as a large group socialising. Also found it a little intrusive when the owner entered the property without warning an hour and a half before our agreed checkout time.

Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber mit problemloser Schlüsselübergabe und Erklärungen im Haus zur vereinbarten Zeit, großes Haus mit vielen Zimmern mit Duschen/Bädern und einer Wohnküche für Gruppen oder Familien auf 4 Etagen, zentrale Lage mit fußläufigen Entfernungen in die Innenstadt oder zum Bahnhof und Busbahnhof, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis...

Es ist nicht der allerneueste Standard, was Einrichtung, Fenster,... angeht, aber das sieht man ja schon auf den Bildern.

Great location. We really enjoyed our stay. It is near to everything. As a commuter, we find the place very easy. It is near the shops, few minutes away from train station, bus stop is only just a few steps from the house.. The house is also huge too. Perfect for a big group. And the host was very helpful too. He gives us recommendations what to do in their area. He response quickly too.

We had a great time staying here. Will hopefully get the chance to book again!

Nice accommodation! We had a plessant time here. Only some showers did not work well, but luckily we could shower in another room.

Unfortunately due to a red alert weather warning we were unable to travel to the property 😞the communication by the host was excellent we were devastated as a group not to stay but we will 100% rebook at a future date and I would highly recommend this place location, space , cleanliness it ticks all the boxes

Jedes Zimmer hatte seine eigene Dusche und teilweise sein eignes Bad, das war super und sehr praktisch für eine Gruppe.

Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist eher speziell und in vielen Bereichen des Hauses merkt man, dass es renoviert werden könnte. Z.B. schließt eine Dusche nicht.

Perfect location in the centre of Aberdeen. Excellent accommodation for a large group. We had 9 people staying, all with their own bedroom and shower. Great common area/living room/kitchen to gather and have a meal etc. Clean, comfortable, generally perfect for our weekend stay. The host was also very friendly and helpful.

There is a key safe but the host does not use it. For a large group with various people coming and going, it would have been a lot easier to have use of the key safe rather than trying to share and keep track of a few keys between us. That's my only minor gripe, otherwise the place was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely place to stay

Loads of space and ensuite facilities in every room. Owners were very helpful and offered every assistance. Beds were all comfortable and we had great sleep here. Good area downstairs to get together and eat in kitchen/dining/lounge.

Some areas could do with updating and some guests may find the heat/hot water controls a challenge. It would have been better to get the chill off the rooms before guests arrive and hot water available for hand washing on arrival from travels.

the property had 9 rooms all with double beds, a couple with an extra bed in. this made our group stay pleasant enough.

some of the beds were firmer than others so choose your room wisely. Cooking facilities are small but you have everything you need. the Owner came round to check we were fine, but a call would have been better. if guests have a problem they will be in touch.
