2 Bed Chalet, St Margaret's at Cliffe, South Coast

Clean and the beds were comfortable.

WiFi was terrible. Didn’t use the facilities.

Cute little bungalow in a quiet holiday park. Perfect to rest between adventures

Everything was perfect except there was no WiFi as advertised.

Accommodation was great,clean and comfy and everything you need. we were close to pool and shop. Site was small and relatively quiet which we liked

The only negative was the Internet a bit slow when we tried watching a film in the evening

Accommodation was lovely & easy to find, we managed to park nearby on the complex. It was clean, tidy & had everything we needed. It is well located & only a few miles from the White cliffs of Dover, Dover Castle, Ferry terminals etc. There is a lovely pub in the village called The Smugglers where the food is lovely so a must visit. A little welcome pack with a few bits about the area, whats on site etc would of been nice & could of done with some instructions for the Induction hob but we sussed it in the end. Plenty of utensils, pan, plates etc to use. There is a large TV with NETFLIX, PRIME etc you can you can access with your own personal log in. There are towels for the shower and a tea towel supplied. Make sure you take teabags, coffee etc although there is a little corner shop with all of this available in the village.

Only downside for me was the master bedroom mattress :( it was very uncomfortable & i barely got any sleep. my back was killing me laying on it so i ended up on the sofa a few times. My husband found it uncomfortable to. Maybe a topper or something would help but it is very soft! Also the shower wasn't 100%. It was either very hot or lukewarm, i couldn't seem to find where the temperature was stable. it also isn't very powerful so washing long hair was difficult as it trickled out.

Lovely and clean, everything you needed was there.

Sofa is too soft and too low. All 3 of us struggled to get up once sat. The mattress was too soft, although we are aware this is a personal preference. 2 of us have back problems and it did cause issues.

Modern, linked to interesting facilities and friendly staff. Clean and looked nice.

Poorly maintained: Central light faulty switches off after 30 sec Shower cabinet dangerous, broken support rollers, right hand glass not connected to frame. Permanent leak on radiator joint in bathroom, bowl red with rush in collecting leaks Toilet is leaking on overflow Under rear of toilet water leaked. Singles bedroom has broken window lock and missing handle, so only ventilation is by larger window but unsafe security at night. The sofa was too low for older people. MOST Dangerous: patio door/entrance. Very stiff and hard to open/close. Did write to Munro holidays with questions before traveling, but no response even after return. Needs urgent repairs. The location was great and the accommodation was comfortable. It was a shame the internet was not working but we were warned a few days before we arrived. The accommodation was clean although under the sofa was missed which we found because the dog was trying to get at a chew! Overall we were happy with the accommodation and it was great to have the dogs with us.

De ligging van het huisje is top! Vanuit het huisje loop je binnen een kwartier naar de cliffs of Dover. Verder is de woning compleet

De hygiënne was minder. Het huis was niet gedweild, vlekken op de grond en afdrukken van voeten. Uit de douche cabine kwam een rioollucht. Na een kwartier de douche aan werd dit minder. De instap van de douchecabine is 30 tot 40 cm hoog. Dus zeker geen inloopdouche voor gehandicapten zoals het bij booking.com vermeld staat. Als je slecht ter been bent is dit geen goede keus. Glasstukken in vaatwasser.

Place was clean and tidy, and in a quiet location. Has everything you would need. However it advertised WiFi and there was none. When contacted Travelnest they were slow at replying or didn’t reply at all. Also never answers the phone. So disrespectful and rude in message when they did actually reply. They didn’t offer to fix the issues or nothing. Also they advertise the use of the pool what they don’t tell you is that you have to pay to use it. This is clearly a company that just wants the money and doesn’t care about the customers. Will never book a property with Travelnest again. Air b&b support on the other hand were amazing and super helpful in getting the issues resolved and communicated with us the whole way through.

Everything, basically all I could ask from this holiday.

Luxe cottage with dishwasher, oven, microwave and wifi. Great surroundings, walking on the cliffs was very beautiful!

Die Unterkunft war in einer guten Lage, parken war auch sehr gut. Das Haus war sauber, die Ausstattung war in Ordnung, mit vielen Geräten, Smart TV 4 Betten alles top! Wir kommen wieder!

Man sollte nur die Couch austauschen, und die Badezimmer Tür instand setzen.

Nice holiday park, in a great location France visible. Have stayed in similar bungalow on this site, this is superior to the parkdean accommodation. WiFi dishwasher vacuum cleaner a bonus.

Everything that was needed for a few days was provided, the place was spotless & very comfortable a bonus being that it was dog friendly.
