Ground foloor, car parked literally in front of the entrance.
Free parking.
It was clean.
Working washing machine.
Far away from public transport.
Shattered microwave glass, no response from anyone.
Flimsy glass entrance door with opaque taped glass to hide the living room.
Broken / badly installed waterpipe in the kitchen.
No dishwashing agent, had to use handwashing gel.
No kitchen towels. Cookware with burnt bottoms.
No mat in the toilette/shower.
Extremely flimsy beds: one sinks almost to the floor, one rocks like a boat.
But the worst:
Utterly unresponsive host. It took 8 hours to finally respond to power outage. No fuse box in the appartmet, so we were stranded with a washing machine full of wet clothes. The caretakers finally arrived and woke up the owner, who had the fuse box in his appartment.
The owner gave the property to be managed by a company, who outsorces the management to a third party. Nobody is home, nobody answes the phone, nobody reads messages. Nobody cares, and the property shows that.
