Inviting Apartment in Kista, Stockholm

Okej boende. Funkade absolut bra för en natt och var lätt att hitta och ta sig till Kista. Standard på bohag ganska lågt. En säng väldigt ranglig. Extramadrassen fläckig. Övrigt: Gamla ölburkar i köksskåp. Röklukt. Blandare i kök satt löst. Hela köksbänken tycktes ha lossnat.

Location is good (around 20-minute walk to the mall and metro station, beautiful area) and all of the things that apartment had to offer - kitchen with oven, nice bathroom and overall clean place. The owner responded mails really quickly, too.

There were shaky beds and a good kettle was missing.

Jag och barnen tyckte om allt, det var lugnt och tyst och alla fasciliteter fanns, bra instruktioner om hur man ska hitta och vi hade det bara bra.

Den ända kritiken jag har var att det låg mögliga kalsonger i tvätt maskinen och den hade inte varit körd på ett tag och det låg kvar tvättmedel och att den var inställd på flytande tvättmedelm så det hade helt fasstnat i dispensern. Andra saken som kan påperkas är varför kranen i köket inte är monterat rätt, det blev vårt att diska.Men allt och det mesta är lösningsbart och vi hade jättebra vistelse.

Vi bestilte og betalte for tre personer, men leighliheten hadde to senger og en ødelagte seng. Det kunne ha ikke ble annonsert som et rom for tre personer, spesielt når de sengene er ikke klar for bruk.

- One of the two beds in need of repait, legs very loose - Main entrance door in need of adjustment or repair, not closing properly, gap on top causing draft and noise. - Kitchen tap not fastened to worktop. - Lead for electric kettle missing, emailed landlord, no reply.

Väldigt fräscht boende i lugnt område! Mycket smidig kommunikation med värden. Topp!

Ground foloor, car parked literally in front of the entrance. Free parking. It was clean. Working washing machine.

Far away from public transport. Shattered microwave glass, no response from anyone. Flimsy glass entrance door with opaque taped glass to hide the living room. Broken / badly installed waterpipe in the kitchen. No dishwashing agent, had to use handwashing gel. No kitchen towels. Cookware with burnt bottoms. No mat in the toilette/shower. Extremely flimsy beds: one sinks almost to the floor, one rocks like a boat. But the worst: Utterly unresponsive host. It took 8 hours to finally respond to power outage. No fuse box in the appartmet, so we were stranded with a washing machine full of wet clothes. The caretakers finally arrived and woke up the owner, who had the fuse box in his appartment. The owner gave the property to be managed by a company, who outsorces the management to a third party. Nobody is home, nobody answes the phone, nobody reads messages. Nobody cares, and the property shows that.
