Clean and tidy with everything needed for a relaxing stay.

No window in the bedroom but understand why, it wouldn’t stop us from staying again.

The apartment is newly refurbished and very cleverly designed to make the most of the space. The colour schemes are very restful and everything is coordinated. It was very well equipped and cozy in November. We particularly like the huge shower and the view to the sea and seeing the ferries coming and going in and out of the port. It is a very short walk into the center of town but is also very quiet at night. The owners who live upstairs are very helpful.

The location is ideal, very close to the town centre/harbour front and ferry terminal, literally a 5 minute walk, 10 minutes to the ferry. We were expecting to be way up a big steep hill after reading the previous reviews, but I have to say that the hill was not very steep, it was not too far up the hill and to be honest for any mobile person it would not present any problems. Parking is on street outside the apartment but there was plenty of room. The apartment was very clean, nice and warm and very comfortable. Small and compact but had everything that we required for our short stay. Not sure that the tv remote was working correctly but that could just be me. Overall we were very happy, would definitely look to stay here on our next time in Oban and certainly would be happy to recommend to anyone. Also whilst we didn't meet the hosts, the communication pre stay from the hosts was very good with clear concise instructions about location and entry.

I don't like to moan but the shower could be upgraded.

The location was good and the apartment felt very new and tidy. It was easy to walk to restaurants, shops, bus stops and The Tower. It was easy to find. The bed was very comfy and the shower great.

The sofa (bed) was very small and uncomfortable to sit on. Lots of previous comments on this so it's a shame it's the only thing really that lets the apartment down.

Infestation. Absolutely awful accommodation. No one cleaned carpet from dog hair. But its not the worth. The worst part is the insect everywhere, if im not mistaken pincher bug. Im not talking about one or two or even ten. Im talking about hundreds of bugs. Crawling, jumping everywhere, from each hole, corner. Eggs everywhere, dead bugs.🐛 Absolutely disgusting. So don't recommend if you have allergy because of the filthy carpet with full of dog hair Or if you don't like bugs. Cancelled the stay and got refund.

Die Eigentümer waren sehr zuvorkommend, obwohl ich erst spät ankam, hatten sie Licht angelassen. 😁 Sehr gut eingerichtetes Apartment, klein aber fein. Super Lage, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hafen, das Auto konnte stehenbleiben.

We had a lovely stay in Oban. The apartment was tidy and had all the essentials. The bedroom has no direct sunlight which is great in a way (you can sleep until a bit later :) The house is located about five mins away from the city center in a very quiet residential area. Maybe the sofa was not super comfortable but this is a minor comment. A five star rating is due. Thanks!

We had a great time staying here! The location is right in the heart of Oban, and the host is amazing, we had 3 dogs with us and it wasn’t a problem. She was even willing to post something we had left at the property. Would recommend 😁

Scottish accomodation is currently totally overpriced compared with other holiday locations in Europe. The flat was comfortable and cosy but the tariff would be up to 50% lower elsewhere.

Central location was good, but be wary if you can't tackle a small hill.

The soundproofing is a bit of an issue. You could hear every footstep from the property upstairs. It was quite noisy on both nights that we stayed. The small couch in the lounge was very uncomfortable. I think it was because it folded down into a bed. The bedroom was quite small, but on the plus side, it did have good storage. On the whole, we thought that the accommodation was a bit overpriced for what it was.

The Coorie was clean, comfortable and in a great location.

Negative - Parking could be better. Nothing else Positives - Nice accommodation with plenty of space for two people and nice setup. Great location, easy walking distance to Oban Centre, restaurants, ferry terminal. Very pleased we booked and stayed at this accommodation.

The property looks like as is advertised in booking. It is very clean and you encounter everything for your stay and being comfortable. The apartment is the basement of the house but has its own entrance,located close to everything but on a hill, so if you are traveling with a lot of luggage, maybe is best to get a taxi.

I was traveling with my friend and were hoping that one could sleep on the bed and me on the sofa bed but they refused to provide us with bedding for the sofa bed, which was unfortunate.

The apartment is very small but well laid out, well equipped, warm and cosy. Check in and out was easy and there is parking (on the very steep hill!) outside. The location is perfect for exploring Oban on foot, with some great eateries mere minutes walk away. The only negative for me were the noise of footsteps from above (which I’m very much not used to so may be sensitive to).

The TV appeared to be playing up - some of the buttons on the remote were unreponsive and the sound kept cutting out. We didn't find the sofa too comfortable.

Very close to all transport links Train, bus & ferry. No problem parking opposite property. Elevated position giving a partial sea view with lovely sunsets framed in the front facing window. Compact property all on one level appointed with everything needed for a short or longer stay. Bed was very comfy. Property is very well maintained & fresh. 5 minute downhill walk & you are on the sea front with all the shops, pubs & eating places. Property is dog friendly. Love visiting Oban & will stay at this property again.

The settee is a sofa bed (not the main bed) & unfortunately isn't the comfiest for sitting on.

Centrale ligging, niet supergroot maar alles wat je nodig hebt. Goed bed , uitstekende keuken, parkeerplaats voor de deur . Supergoed service van de vriendelijke verhuurder. Makkelijke verbindingen naar alle toeristische hotspots.

Enkel een detail , de douche is ok maar wat moeilijk te regelen .

The location was central and the property was well presented.

The flow from the electric shower was very weak versus what we experienced for the same shower type elsewhere.

Wendy and Derek were the best hosts we could have hoped for. They were extremely kind, and very helpful with a car issue we had by first offering to help and then directing us to a shop that could help. The place was in a great location, very walkable to the town centre with lost of great food options within minutes. It was very clean and tidy and overall just a wonderful stay.

Lovely apartment - modern and nicely decorated with everything we needed. Great location. We didn’t meet the hosts but their communication was helpful.

Only minor issues were it smelled of cigarette smoke and the sofa wasn’t very comfy.

The apartment was spotless, well appointed and in an excellent location. The walk to town was approximately 5 minutes. Every details was perfect and the location was quiet and peaceful. I would totally recommend.

Die Lage ist super. Das typisch englisch-schottische Haus liegt sehr ruhig an einer schmalen Straße auf einem Hügel. Der Blick über die Stadt und zum Hafen und den vorgelagerten Inseln ist wunderschön. Der Hafen und die Stadtmitte sind fußläufig in ein 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Parkplatz ist direkt gegenüber dem Hauseingang. Das Appartement ist super gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir haben aber die Küche gar nie benutzt, das Seafood Angebot im Ort ist zu verlockend. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, obwohl wir ihre Nerven extrem strapaziert hatten, weil es uns trotz Anleitungen nicht gelungen ist, das Haus zu finden.

Es war alles ausgezeichnet und das Appartement ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

We loved the Coorie Inviting. It was so nice to have a home from home. This is a modern apartment equipped with everything you need. It's right in town so close by everything, shops, bars, restaurants and main promenade.

The location of the coorie is fantastic,just a few minutes walk from the centre of Oban with all its charms. The apartment itself was well furnished, clean and contained everything you would need. I couldn't fault it at all and would highly recommend.

great communication and a super flat

The Coorie was excellently situated for us. It is close to the ferry terminal for our trip to Tiree and provided a base to explore Ganavan beach and Ben Lora at Benderloch with stunning views down the Sound of Mull.

Parking and access to town centre

The extreme downhill walk to town centre. For elderly the short walk to and from town centre is extremely difficult. There is no natural light in the bedroom.

Comfortable accommodation and a great view over Oban to Mull. A handy location for catching an early morning ferry.

nous avons eu des doutes sur le ménage, pas sûr qu’il ait été vraiment fait : en effet, les draps sentaient très fort un mélange de transpiration et d’humidité ( pas la lessive en tout cas), il y’avait de la vaisselles sales des anciens voyageurs dans le lave vaisselle, des traces d’excréments dans les toilettes et des cheveux dans la douche. Les torchons de la cuisine étaient salis. Les chaises, canapé et matelas du lit sont extrêmement inconfortables . C’est assez bruyant car par moment on entend les hôtes marcher au dessus de nous et même parler.

Great wee pet-friendly stay! Had really clear & easy to follow directions from the host so it was easy to find. Access was really easy and it was an ideal short walk from the town centre. The interior was really clean & comfy and we really enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was very well equipped, more so than we expected from a short term holiday let. The location is central and ideal for access to the local amenities. Parking was not an issue as we were able to park just across the road. We highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment is up a hill but we were aware of this when we booked.

The place is well located for the town and offers good facilities for a couple of days stay. The outdoor space is good to have on a warm day.

The property can be rather dark unless lights are on and the bedroom smells damp of the door is not left open. The dishwasher seems irrelevant for a place of that size and the cooking potential available

Great location . A 5 minute stroll to the harbour and shops. There is a table and chairs outside which was a nice place to sit on a warm afternoon. Lovely views down to the harbour from the living room.

The property was very dark and quite cold even on the warmest of days. There is no window in the bedroom. The living area has a very small sofa, which is fine for 2 people sitting upright, but not for lounging .

This property was a fantastic location, so central and near lots of shops, pubs and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. This apartment had everything you needed and the owners provided lots of information about activities and things to do nearby.

The only very small downside was the parking, but this is not the fault of the owners. It is on street parking on quite a steep hill on a road that got quite busy at times. We were lucky that we got a space right outside but it could be tricky at times depending on when you were arriving

It was a lovely little apartment with everything needed for a self catering stay and in an excellent location with available parking. Very nicely decorated with all household items you would require. Very comfortable bed and a great shower. Would happily recommend.

The only thing I didn’t like was the the sofa bed wasn’t too comfortable for us to sit on.

The apartment was immaculate. It’s well equipped with everything you would need for a holiday. It’s quite small but fine for two people. Wendy, the host, gave us recommendations for places to eat and drink. She also gave us ideas for things to do while there. This was very helpful.

Oban is as beautiful place as I remember. The apartment was lovely, and the scenery breath taking. There are numerous locations for good food.

The only thing that I could say is that the couch available wasn't that comfortable to sit on.

What a wee gem this place is. Compact but tastefully decorated and furnished and extremely well equipped. Very very clean, the heating was superb as was the shower. The smart TV with Netflix, Prime, YouTube etc was a bonus.

The apartment is aptly named As it was impeccable. This has to the best staycation we have ever had.

The property was quite literally impeccable. Directions were super clear, the location was excellent & inside was lovely. We particularly liked the detail that the owners put into our stay, for example milk in the fridge and leaflets for things to do and places to go. The place was absolutely gorgeous & we already spoke about coming back.

Everything was perfect.

The flat was in a good location, near to Oban itself. You had to walk up a steepish hill but it was not too far. The flat was spotless and seemed new. We did not know how to use the cooker but the owner was very helpful and visited us immediately to help.

The flat was lovely but it is small and only suitable for one or two people. Otherwise, a very well laid out apartment.

The ambient was very cozy and nice. All decorated with a sea style. The view was breathtaking. Just few minutes walk from everything.

Good contact with owner before staying with a contact number if any problems. Easy to find, brilliant location looking over the harbour. Parking was fine we never had a problem finding a space and all except one time we were able to park right opposite the apartment. Lovely side entrance with a table and chairs outside. Wendy came and said hello etc and then left us to it which was brilliant. Nice knowing she was there if we needed her though. The apartment was brilliant. Spotless. Everything you could need for a self catering apartment. Kitchen was really well equipped, Towels were super fluffy in the bathroom, bedding immaculate. Everything in the apartment was super clean and felt very covid safe. We were very impressed and had a brilliant 4 nights there and in and around Oban.

Very enjoyable stay. Lovely accommodation, had everything we needed and location was very central, just a short walk downhill. Milk in fridge on arrival was a nice touch, we were ready for a cup of coffee!

Struggled to locate the apartment as the instructions were a little vague (no idea where Hill St ended and Rockfield Rd started - should have used the church as a point of reference) and the satnav sent us up a dead end street (which was on a hill). Partner didn't like parking on a hill either.

The position is excellent. Not even 5 mins walk into town. Everything was sparkling clean and new. The chocolates milk and coffee on arrival were most welcoming.

A fantastic apartment just a short walk from the heart of Oban. Immaculately presented, everything is to a high standard with all the things you need for a great break. Would recommend to anyone planning a trip.
