Welcome to our beautifully renovated house in Åhus by the sea. We hope your stay is both enjoyable and inspiring, surrounded by nature. We've meticulously selected the amenities to ensure you experience all the comforts of home. The area around offers a wealth of activities, promising a unique holiday experience.
This property is conveniently located near the sea, only 150 meters away from the beautiful and highly popular public pool area. It's close to the Åhus Beach Festival, which features handball, soccer, and e-sports, among other events during the summer.
Nearby, there's a golf course at the Kristianstad Golf Club (3km away), as well as paddleball and tennis courts, mini-golf, the UpZone Adventure Park, grocery stores, pharmacies, and more.
Ahus harbour, known for its cozy restaurants, ice cream boat, charming playgrounds, the Absolut Vodka museum, and much more, is within walking distance.
The Seaside SPA, just a 4-minute walk from the house, offers a day of relaxation with spa treatments and soothing massages. For more details, visit ahusseaside [dot] com.
The house features a wood fireplace to ensure a warm and cozy stay, along with access to a private garden.
As a self-catering accommodation, you'll find everything necessary for a perfect stay, including a newly renovated kitchen equipped with modern appliances. It's an ideal spot for relaxation, equipped with televisions on both floors and internet access.
The house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size/double bed (180cm), providing ample comfort and space. The second bedroom features a bunk bed suitable for 2. Additional sleeping arrangements include a double sofa bed.
The bathroom is fitted with a toilet, sink, and a walk-in shower.
Please note that you'll need to bring your own linen and towels for your stay, or let us know in advance if you would like to rent them.

Great place for our family of four. Location is fantastic and within walking distance to the sea. The house had the basic amenities for cooking and hanging out. We stayed in the winter during the quieter season, and I'm sure it would be even better in summer with the outdoor area to hang out in!

Wonderful location to enjoy both beach and city life of Åhus
Location was fantastic! 2 minute walk to beach and 25 minute walk to city. Extremely clean property and lots of nooks to sit and relax in.
Be cautious of slopped ceiling and stairs. many a bumped head with both parents and kids.

We had a wonderful holiday in the charming 2-floor house. It´s close to the sea and has everything a family with a child needs (dishwasher, washing machine, baby chair, WiFi, enough space and a separate sleeping room for our child). The accommodation is in walking distance to the ocean/beach and is located within a wonderful and quiet area. The communcation with the hosts / Travelnest was perfect and everything was as agreed. Thank you for this. We will come back again :-)

Fridfullt boend nära havet
Närheten till havet och Åhusbryggan i ett mysigt villaområde. Huset Kändes som att vara hemma. Fint kök med allt vad man behövde och ett fint inglasat uterum. Jättesköna sängar, vi har sovit så gott :)) Bra och lätt kommunikation med ägaren. Vi är supernöjda och skulle gärna bo här igen.
