Beautiful 4-Bed House in Ramsgate

The house is situated in a dead end road, mid terrace, there was no key to lock front or back doors so property was accessible to anyone over night, the kitchen was dirty, oven hadnt been cleaned, mouldy food in the fridge, bin was filthy and full. There were hairs in the beds and stained bedding. We mentioned all of the above and nothing was done. It was advertised as having wifi, towels and being next to the sea none of which were true, wifi didnt work, no towels and beach was a couple of miles away Certainly wont be returning

The air b and b was a disgrace, how anyone can rent this out. There was a smell of pet urine and the bleach they had used was so strong it burnt your eyes. Rubbish bins overflowing and causing an awful smell into the house. Bits of wall hanging off, bathroom cabinets hanging off the walls, floor damaged from a clear leak. Towels dirty, beds had stains and dirt in them, I hope air b and b publish this review as I have full pictures to prove. We lasted 30 mins in this air b and b and had to leave as it was vile, the bleach caused irritation to faces and the stench you couldn’t stomach. I am awaiting a full refund from them, but after countless conversations and messages I am still waiting. We had to pay for a night in a travel lodge!! Very very disappointed and will be taking this further.
