Great

This was the perfect base for a few days exploring around the west side of Loch Ness. The house is decorated and furnished extremely comfortably, even luxuriously in places, with nice extra touches like biscuits, coffee, tea, bubble bath. Everything is really clean and fresh. There is an extensive binder of information for guests, which guided us to two delicious local eateries (Fiddlers and The Loch Ness Inn). (it also helped when we couldn't initially find the cutlery drawer!) The WiFi worked well. There is a Scotmid 2 minutes walk away. We could see there were construction works very nearby on new houses, but as we were visiting during a weekend, plus were out most of the day, this didn't affect us. I am mentioning in case any future guests might be planning to spend more time indoors.

If you're looking for a comfortable stay with a touch of luxury, choose this property for your holidays in the heart of Highlands. The cottage truly felt like home. The thoughtful owners left a delightful welcome basket full of local goodies and items. The amenities were of high standard, and there was no shortage of tea and coffee, making our stay even more comfortable. We highly recommend this charming, luxurious, and comfortable property to future visitors. It's a perfect blend of close proximity to all picturesque natural places as well as historical sites, such as Uruquel Castle, ensuring a memorable and comfortable stay.

There is nothing to mention.

This was a great place to base ourselves for the second half of our Great Glen Way walk. The hosts have worked hard to ensure there is everything here that you could conceivably need and a lovely welcome basket of goodies. Great local pubs and restaurants also.
