Stockholm Central City Apartment!

Väldigt tydliga instruktioner till lägenheten, så blev en smidig incheckning. Fint område och bra läge på lägenheten. Det viktiga typ som toalett och säng var rent, men resten kändes inte jättefräscht. Väldigt mycket hårstrån överallt och mattorna samt golven var lortiga.

Die Unterkunft erfüllt ihren Zweck, sie ist nah am Bahnhof gelegen und die Innenstadt ist schnell zu erreichen. Der Anbieter hat schnell auf meine Nachrichten reagiert als sich Probleme auftaten und diese konnten sofort gelöst werden.

Not to recommend.

Nice place, good location, large hill to walk up and a few sets of steps. Something to consider if you have suitcases. Not heaps of living room/space, but enough for a couple.

Für einen kurzen Trip ist die Wohnung super. Sie ist klein aber fein. Lage ist top. Einzig die Küchenausstatung lässt zu wünschen übrig, hier wären Pfeffer oder eine Auflaufform wünschenswert. Selber kochen würde ich nicht empfehlen. Ansonsten nix auszusetzten

Cute little apartment with good walking distance to the city. Not the cleanest airbnb ever, but it's acceptable. Take note that the unit is on the 3rd floor with no lift, so we had to bring our heavy bags up 3 stories. The warm water can only be used every 40 minutes as it needs time to renew. There were sparks coming out of some of the electricity sockets, which we have reported to travelnest. We avoided plugging anything in those sockets.

Veldig sentralt. Gåavstand til det meste. Lett tilgang til kollektivt. Deilige senger. Rent og pent. Utrolig fornøyd!

L’emplacement de l’appartement est bien situé.

L’accès à l’appartement n’était pas claire, la chambre indiquée ne correspond pas au numéro sur la porte. Aucun moyen de contacter l’hôte sauf via booking (quand il veut bien répondre), l’électricité n’es pas aux normes et n’as fait que sauter nous avons perdus une demi journée à attendre un électricien puis lendemain nous avons passés une nuit sans électricité donc ni chauffage et aucune solution de la part de l’hôte (aucune réponse). L’appartement n’était pas propre, le robinet de l’évier mal fixé et la porte de la salle de bain/wc très brillante, vraiment pas pratique la nuit. Je suis vraiment déçue.

We had a great stay once we were relocated to another apartment..just what we wanted.. do take note that the apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift and a schlep up the stairs with heavy suitcases …

The apartment was in a great location, was clean and warm and whilst basic it was great value for money. We would definitely stay again.

My friends and I were thrilled here, lovely place great size for the three of us, definitely could fit another person comfortably. Kitchen was small but perfect as we weren’t cooking giant meals. Great location and close to everything. Great for the price.

The apartment was clean but the toilet smelled very bad and the smell spread to the apartment at times. The location was good and central. The host did not communicate approapriately and we were asked for an extra fee to be paid in cash…

Oli ongelmia päästä sisään

Bra område, gångavstånd från både Centralstation och centrum. Fin känsla av gamla kvarteret. Rummet storlek och bekvämheten är helt ok mot priset. Bekväma sängar.

Incheckningen var en riktig "quest". Det kom olika Information från värden och var otydlig och vi fick springa i olika trappgångar och leta efter rätt lägenhet. Kontakt till host fungerade inte; fick kontakt bara genom booking.com.

Lägenheten tjänade sitt syfte när vi väl kom in. Sängarna var bekväma. Lägenheten var tyst och vi stördes inte av andra boende eller gäster i huset. Allt var mycket kompakt, men det fungerade mer eller mindre.

Lägenheten vi bokade var låst och det bodde redan andra gäster där. Vi ringde olika telefonnummer vi fick i bekräftelsen men ingen svarade. Till slut ringde värden tillbaka och vi fick en annan lägenhet. Hade fått två olika adresser på boendet men lägenheten fanns inte vid den första adressen utan vid den andra adressen och då var lägenheten redan occuperat av andra människor.....

All information were given in detail in Advance. So all went fine.

I stayed with family including my Kid. I felt little difficult to reach public transport station (But Not too far).

We had a great time in the apartment and everything was super clean and organized! The communication was always really fast and kind. Would definetely stay there again!

The keys were inside the apartment, and I had a door code upon arrival. There was a brochure with contact information for the host in the apartment, which made it easy to reach them. They had also left some chocolate on the bed for me "QUTE"! =)

Cet appartement est petit, convient à mon avis que pour 1 couple et pas plus.

Die Wohnung an sich ist schön, leider ist der Zustand etwas lieblos-der Backofen/Herd zerstört (dafür kleine Rückerstattung, nicht angemessen), das Rollo ist kaputt, entweder bindet man es waghalsig fest oder sitzt im Dunklen, ein Bett hatte nur eine sehr dünne Decke, nur ein Handtuch pro Person, kein Badezimmerteppich, obwohl der Fußboden des Bades beim Duschen sehr feucht wird, schlechtes WLAN, das nicht durchgängig funktioniert-wenn man dort zum Übernachten ist, keine Küche braucht und sowieso nur im Dunklen dort ist, ist es in Ordnung (dafür dann teuer), ansonsten sollte man sich nach einer besser ausgestatteten Wohnung umschauen….schade, so ist Air BNB nicht gedacht.

The apartment is advertised with WiFi and heating, and while these are very basic facilities, neither of them worked. We worked remotely from the apartment, so not having WiFi was a big deal. We were visiting in January so relying on small space heaters that had been thrown around as a quick fix, wasn't great or feel safe. The toilet door wouldn't close properly, which is awkward when you're travelling with other people. The apartment is advertised with three separate beds, but the loft bed was not made and felt claustrophobia inducing. The kitchen lacked basic equipment such as a hand towel. The owner promised to bring a hair dryer and ironing board upon request, but he never did. The owner's response time was very long and he promised things that never happened.

Electricity fail on the second day. Took a few hours to fix. No warm water for the last two days. The host gave us access to another apartment to have warm shower.

Värme funkade ej ca 17 grader. Minusgrader ute och endast ett litet löst elelement som fungerade. Rummet var inte klart då vi kom 16.30. Frågade om de behövde bädda, tog inte ut förra gästen sopor. Ostädat, allmänt orenoverat och nedslitet. Fjärrkontrollen fungerade inte till TV.

Location was central and easy to find, but upon arrival there were no towels and the Wi-Fi was not working. The Wi-Fi did get fixed after we contacted the property manager, but we did not receive towels until the next day. The Wi-Fi also stopped working again the day before we left. Overall it was a fine place to stay, but with a couple minor inconveniences.

1) Le manque de propreté : ménage très succinct à l'arrivée, poubelles non vidées ! 2) Aucune réactivité de la part de l'hôte malgré contact direct par Whatsapp 3) Manque de vaisselle : pas de saladier, pas de poêle. 4) Wifi ne fonctionnant que par intermittence

Place was not cleaned properly there were old packaging wrappers left on the bathroom sink, a used bar of soap in the shower, the kitchen bin was full of rubbish, some hairs on the floor and some stains on one sheet, and one towel had a funny smell Couldn't get WiFi to work but we didn't contact the host about this There were no instructions within the apartment

The location is super ! The host was lovely !

Parking in the area is a Nightmare and when you find a spot very expensive ! The Apartment needs a bit of up dating
