With Egyptian Cotton Bed Linen and relaxing new beds, you are sure to have the best sleep ever in any one of our bedrooms. On the ground floor we have a beautiful stylish livingroom with seating for 6 leading out to a bright and ultra modern kitchen featuring a spacious central island with seating for 4 with all mod cons. The Kitchen then leads to a utility /mudroom with huge American style fridge freezer with water cooler and ice machine, plus a washing machine and tumble dryer. Still on the ground, floor you can find our luxurious WC. From the kitchen, the french doors lead outside to a beautiful decking and garden area where you can go relax and hangout in this secluded suntrap. Our home comprises of a king-size Master bedroom with spacious ensuite and double walk in shower. A double room with comfy orthopedic bed and a 3rd bedroom with pull down single murphy bed (please let us know in advance if you would like the 3rd bed made up). This room can also be used as a nursery with our foldout travel cot. We provide plenty of crockery and cooking utensils for your use and there is also a built in dishwasher for your convenience. Linen, towels, essential toiletries and a hair dryer are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free on-street parking facilities available at the property. - A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use. - Pets are allowed at the property.
