Charming 2-Bed Cottage, Beautiful Views, Knutsford

Acorn Cottage is charming. There was everything we needed for our stay. It was warm, bright, exceptionally clean and we were very comfortable. The bedrooms are lovely. The hosts are available to assist with any queries. The location is perfect for exploring the local area.

The house was comfortable and well-equipped for the two of us and our two teenage/ adult children. Our hosts were welcoming and the views from the house were lovely. We would definitely consider staying again.

It’s a beautiful little cottage with two gorgeous neighbours (the horses). The cottage had everything that we needed for our short stay

This stay was excellent, arrived late due to problems on motorway. Host came down to gate to assist with getting in. cottage was impressive and very clean and tidy. Host had put heating on prior to arrival, got in and settled very quickly. went to a family wedding local to cottage, easy getting to and through. my son's had to leave on Sunday to go back to work whilst myself and wife stayed another night. went to a local pub/bistro and had an amazing roast dinner, atmosphere and ambiance were perfect. Back to cottage for a very lazy evening. Checkout time was mid morning giving us more than enough time for shower and packing. I can find no fault with this stay, and booking and would definitely book this again. Having talked to the wife we would even consider a holiday here it's such a beautiful place. Thank you Dave and Emma the hosts, you've made a perfect weekend for a very grateful family.

Loved everything. Felt very comfortable in Acorn Cottage. Home away from home.

Please be aware, they ask for £100 deposit outside of Booking.com policies. The electric went off on our second day. Would have let that go but they just took £65 extra from us because they think we stole a flat sheet and a pillow was stained with make up from sleeping.

We had a great stay. The accommodation was perfect for our requirements, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We were in the area to visit friends and family and this acted as a perfect base for us. Our hosts were friendly and helpful both when placing the booking and upon arrival. The property is based in lovely countryside close to some great pubs, cafes and farm shops. There is plenty to do within very close proximity. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Such a cute little size, compact and cosy. Very clean. Lovely bathroom with plenty of towels, two comfortable bedrooms with lovely bedding.

Friendly welcome and nicely decorated property in lovely location. Met our needs overall (charity cycle ride). Quite small for 4 adults but we were aware of this in advance. Basic provisions, e.g. tea coffee not provided.

I cannot speak highly enough of this place, the location was superb, very peaceful, but close enough to nip into Knutsford or Holmes Chapel if you wanted to. The facilities were excellent, everything was pristine, the cottage itself was very well laid out and had been carefully thought through with regards to layout and guest usage. I would have given this a higher star rating if one existed.

Acorn Cottage was in a beautiful setting, very peaceful and relaxing. Hosts were so helpful when we arrived, and provided everything you could possibly need. Accommodation was immaculate and nicely decorated.

A lovely stay in a beautiful location which is near everything you could need including Knutsford itself. Very welcoming hosts and really accurate information prior to and on arrival which made getting settled and enjoying the stay all the more easy. Highly recommended.
