Captivating 6-Person Caravan in Rhyl

The only thing I liked was how cheap it was

Bad points Cleanliness of caravan was awful Toilet was blocked from the moment we arrived Host no very good with information or even to get hold of

The beach and the fair in ryhl .shopping caravan site was good nice caravan. Kids enjoyed there selfs

Two toilets in caravan kept rising and sink in shower room had a lid stuck down it so couldn't use it .part from that a lovely stay

Only reason I stayed was for the kids other wise I would of came home

1. We got to the caravan and there was rubbish everywhere all round the caravan door. 2. The toilet seat was broke 3. We got there and there was no bedding we paid for. 4.the bedding turned up but not for all of us. 5. Neighbours disrespectful 6. The beds was so uncomfortable for my mum and children Won’t be staying again

Lovely van and near to everything on the site

Lovely van but there were no pillow cases, sheets or quilt covers.

The caravan was exceptionally exceptionally ot said you get linen in advertisement no linen when we.got there

We had storms so we were without gas for 2 days. Witch meant no heating and hot water and also the wind blew.the ariel down so no tv either

Location, easy to access, nice size for family of four. Very warm.

Main bedroom- mattress has seen a better days, pillows and blankets, too.

Caravan had no kitchen equipment for cooking. No plastic bowls to use in Microwave , no trays to use in oven, no grater, colander, bowls , no oven mitts. Nice plates and eating bowls but they got very hot when used in microwave Needed some maintenance.. toilet seat moves in bathroom, shower needs reselling ( black mold) , radiator top coming off in lounge. Oven hob knobs come off, so unsure if switched on. Caravan had lots of storage space Travelnest did respond when we had no electricity and it was eventually sorted but a message to say it had been fixed whilst we were out would have been appreciated. Smart tv kept buffering so not easy to watch it. First time used Airbnb and don’t think we will do it again unless host on site.

Caravan not cleaned from previous person when we arrived, had to call owner and wait for cleaner after 5pm, duvets and pillows smell they need washing or replacing, whole caravan needs a deep clean, no chanels on tv work and WiFi not great

Owner was very helpful, polite and answers very quickly, also helped to arrange and earlier entry to caravan. The two main bedrooms where very comfortable. Caravan was very clean, we enjoyed the holiday. Lots to do on site as a family, and in the local area, beach is very sort distance away

Unfortunately the TV Ariel didn't reach TV so we had no live TV. Livingroom pull out bed was very uncomfortable for younger children. Was no trays for the oven to cook chips etc.

Bathroom toilet block, bird poo on the front door , toilet seat sliding off .plus hair everywhere and blood on the pillow

It was filthy and the surrounding areas were filthy - I actually went to local supermarket and bought my own bedding

The caravan was not sea view as advertised I therefore require a refund.

I do not like being mis lead so I require a refund. the caravan was not sea view.

Helpful hosts and perfect location

Comfortable, clean caravan, good location, good value, friendly host, almost everyrhing you need for a great stay and most staff on facility were great.

No cleaning essentials, "brush, mop", no oven tray and aries to TV did not reach.

Thought the caravan was lovely nice little train free to take you around the caravan park

Gas leak exposure had to be seen after by paramedics
