Beautiful views from house, looking down valley. Spacious ensuite bedrooms, with one bedroom downstairs plus downstairs toilet. Hot tub was first class

Think sitting room needs another sofa/ armchair. only seating for 5, which wasn’t a problem for our group of four

The house was exceptional 👌🏼 so clean and set in the beautiful countryside, the hosts were lovely and I can't fault our stay at all.there were 12 of us and everyone was made up with the place. We are definitely looking to come back!

It was one of the most beautiful houses I have ever stayed in from the beautiful views of the mountains to the comfortable bed. The jacuzzi was lovely and hot for us arriving. plenty of space for my 40th celebrations with my friends.

We stayed here for my sisters 30th Birthday and we cannot thank John enough for everything. He went out of his to ensure our weekend was extra special and he was extremely accommodating from start to finish. The house was absolutely beautiful and location, breathtaking! I highly recommend staying here 😊

Really great value huge space which was ideal for our group. Kids appreciated the big garden. The house was spotless and hosts were really keen to help, going above and beyond when we had an issue with one of our cars. We had a great stay.

Very spacious, comfortable and spotless

Everything was just amazing!

We were a large group of girls for 21st birthday party. From arrival to leaving we had a fantastic stay. The house is spacious, very clean, beautifully designed and had everything on hand that we could need. Large hot tube in lovely covered setting was used lots during our stay. Nice play area if you have kids with you. Stunning views. Owners offered to collect our Chinese as we were a large group and had arrived by mini bus. We will definitely return. Good choice 😊

We took our team here for the night as a staff summer party after doing some activities in Newry. House was perfect with very large bedrooms, all en-suite. Hot tub was a great extra. Very close to the town which we were lucky enough that they had their annual fiddlers Green festival on during our stay but so many pubs anyway with great food and live music. Owners organised taxis for us too which was so great. Breakfast was delivered to us the next morning and I was surprised how great it was and very reasonably priced. Overall would definitely recommend

Where do I start loved every minute of our stay location is just picturesque big beautiful house and to top it off a hot tub . Us girls had such an amazing time the beds where so comfortable had everything u needed. House was immaculate will defo be staying again .👌😊

Plenty of room, excellent location and facilities. Perfect for big groups!

We liked everything, the setting was beautiful, super easy communication with friendly hosts who went over and above to accommodate us, the house was very clean and new looking with large comfortable rooms and beds. Would highly recommend for a group stay.

The only thing that would be nice is sofa's in the living room rather than large dining tables in our opinion, but I don't have any complaints.

Brilliant location and house was in very clean. Had a very good peaceful time and enjoyed the Hot Tub. Didn't meet the Host but was very helpfull and responsive in chat.

A great house for groups. John and his crew couldn't do enough for us between lifts down to Rostrevor, local tips, and breakfast delivery. We were all made up by the space.
