Immaculate 1-Bed Apartment in Penzance

The apartment was spacious and ideal for our toddler. Loads of light and a full kitchen among the highlights.

We are a family of three and stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. The host was incredibly kind and provided us with helpful local tips that truly enhanced our trip. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and very well-equipped — a fantastic place that offers great value for money. We especially loved the beautiful view of St Michael's Mount from the window, which added a peaceful and scenic touch to our stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to popular tourist attractions in the area. There are also large supermarkets and fast-food restaurants nearby, making everything very convenient. If this place is available, don’t hesitate to book it — it’s an amazing stay and we highly recommend it!

Comfortable, spacious. Owners are nearby. The property is an above garage extension of their home with separate entrance and your own private space.

Parking is very tight. Gate can be hard to squeeze through. Paying a cleaning fee and taking out my own trash/recycling and stripping bedclothes.

I loved the scenery, I loved the balcony, the location, and also the booklet that showed all the great places where to go. There’s so many things to list and also the thoughtful gestures, like fresh milk in the fridge.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Martin was just a phone call away and always friendly and helpful. Also loved the easy parking, layout of the apartment and all the books to read. Good kitchen too.

Two TVs but couldn't get either of them to work. Location just too far for us to walk anywhere.

Excellent location, very quite area, next to Tremenheere sculpture gardens which are amazing; hosts very nice, gave us a lot of tips on where to visit and where to eat (turned out to be very good tips); apartment is modern and spacious

The location is good and the place very spacious.

The host was a bit too much on top of us for our liking. We felt a bit like we were intruding. You could adjust the heating - if it is too hot, but you can't adjust it if it's too cold. It was mostly cold. There's a big file of do's and don'ts(mostly don'ts) but still you don't know how to use the microwave/ convection oven.

I recently stayed at a beautiful place in Cornwall, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The property itself is stunning, with a lovely garden that adds a touch of serenity to the surroundings. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean and tidy, making for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials, which made meal preparation easy and convenient. A major plus was the availability of parking, which was a big bonus for us. The location was ideal, just a short drive from Penzance (about 7 minutes) and Marazion (around 10 minutes), making it easy to explore these charming areas. Inside, there was a wonderful selection of books available, perfect for relaxing with a good read during the evenings or on a rainy day. The host, Martin, was truly amazing. He provided us with all the necessary information, including recommendations for local restaurants and must-visit places, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Every aspect of this place exceeded our expectations, and we felt completely at home. Everything about this place was perfect, and I would definitely book again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Cornwall!

There was so much space. The apartment has lovely neutral colours, with a small balcony. Perfect location for a walk to Long Rock or Marazion. We would return here

Just mind your head when washing up! It's easy to hit your head on the wooden beam!

Hosts were fantastic..we has some personal drama and they were very caring. Unit was huge with great view.

Location fantastic , great views. Apartment was extremely spacious and generous with all facilities, everything you need was there! Emma and Martin are great hosts, with excellent communication. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
