Everything! It's our second stay here and we have also booked for next year. We like the site and it's away from all the hustle and bustle but it is also only short bus ride into Skegness or Ingoldmells. It's always very clean and comfortable, it's so nice to watch all the ducks on the pond from the veranda.
It needs a hot tub 😉 lol
This is the 2nd time I've visited John's Lodges in 3 weeks and have to say they are exceptional. The attention to detail is spot on. The owner is contactable if required and very polite. Definitely woth a visit

The Lodge was lovely, clean and very spacious. The owner of the Lodge came to check we had settled well and was very welcoming and left us with a nice welcome package.

Poor signal quality of TV, every channel kept scrambling, made owner aware.
Accommodation exactly as described .Extremely easy to book and communicate with Travelnest and the host. Would recommend and definitely use in future .

Lovely clean well equipped lodge in a perfect quiet location. Decor & furnishing to a high standard , with great veranda by a little lake..Owner had good communication, quick replying to any questions you may have. Fantastic stay !!

The property was very clean and the furnishings are lovely. It’s in a quiet location within the Southview site, had a wrap around veranda which is great for children and dogs. We will definitely be booking again!
Lovely place to stay. I really enjoyed my Easter break and recommend this place.
