Stunning Luxury Duplex with Hot Tub and AirCon

Lovely accommodation, nice complimentary fizz and chocolates, spoilt for choice with a jacuzzi bath inside and the hot tub outside, comfy bed.

The shortcut to the hot tub and back inside filled me with fear!

The best Airbnb we've ever stayed in. From the moment you open the door you just feel at home. It's the most stunning place, full of character and homeliness. A birthday card was left for my partner which was a lovely touch. Everything you could think of was there. We ate at a couple of pubs which were about a 10 minute drive from the place, both were lovely. And Kinross is about 10 minutes away too, which has a few shops and pubs. The views from each window were breathtaking. The hot tub was the star of the show for us! Sitting in that at 8pm under the star filled sky, -4° outside 37° in the hot tub was what dreams are made of! We were lucky and had the best weather we could have wished for - cold, sunny and crisp. Communication with Juliet was great. Always a parking space right by the granary too. We will definitely be returning!! Thank you for a wonderful stay 🥰🥰🥰

Located on a perfect rural farm in the idealistic countryside. A beautiful space with more than sufficient room. Me and my partner both loved our 3 nights here and would book again in a heart beat

The place was very luxurious and comfortable. The hot tub was perfection and was amazing on the roof looking out onto the countryside. The hosts had thought of every detail. So much information about walks and local area. I cant wait to book again.

The accomodation was beautiful, exactly as described and shown in the photos. Very spacious, quiet, relaxing and a lovely place to stay. Not too far from Perth and other surrounding areas, but far away enough from the noise of everyday life. The directions took us straight to the building which isn't always the case for rural Scotland, the host was very quick to respond to queries. The hot tub was ready for us getting there, the bed was so comfy and the place was incredibly cosy and romantic. If we need to stay in the area in the future we would definitely try to book here again. Thank you so much for making our first Airbnb trip an amazing one!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Granary. Our host Juliet was friendly and shared local areas of interest. The location positioned us a short distance from different towns and we loved watching the sheep graze in the nearby field. Lovely place to stay.

The most amazing place to stay. A view of the sheep with their lambs and the cows grazing in the farm straight out your window. The photos don't do the place justice, it is a huge space. The host left out personalized gifts for us arriving made us feel so welcome, we will absolutely be back to celebrate anniversaries etc.

This on genuinely one of the best airbnb properties I've ever had he fortune of finding! around an hour and half from Glasgow nestled in Perthshire countryside is this stunning renovated home. The interior is stunning, the amenities are out of this wold; jacuzzi bath, brilliant kitchen and a hot tub under the stars! It was absolutly perfect and this property is on a farm so you get to experience so many stunnning animals up close - this added to our experience greatly. Juliet, the host, was superb from start to finish communicating clearly, leaving us anniversiry ballons and champagne! (Thank you Juliet!) and even offering to help us with a lift into town. Flexible check-in and vry easy to fnid the property with a car. We felt so welcome and at peace at the duplex and we are hoping to book to go back again soon. A real hidden gem that is sure to become a firm favourite to anyone who visits.

We had a wonderful time at Judith’s place. It is in a peaceful location with beautiful views. We sat in the hot tub during the day and enjoyed uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside and at night we were star gazing. The apartment is warm, comfortable and clean. It is very well equipped. The apartment is easy to find, and check in is simple via a key safe at the front door. We would love to stay here again.

Lovely remote place to stay. The house was very clean, comfy and nicely warm. The kitchen has everything and there are towels and robes available for using the jacuzzi tub or hot tub. Juliet was kind and helpful and provided great recommendations around the area. We had a wonderful and relaxing time at the Granary.

Find it hard to write anything. Control of electric blinds is fiddly. Tried to put kitchen blinds up and put up bedroom by accident 🤦🏼‍♀️. Husband needed wakened anyway 🤣

Had a lovely stay at The Granary. It is a spacious (but cosy) duplex with everything you could need including a large private hot tub outside and a large jacuzzi bath inside which added that little extra to a relaxing weekend away. The space, the layout, the hot tub space. Hot tub is accessed via a window which did not bother us in the slightest but there is another access if not comfortable going via the window. Very homley and can tell hosts are very family orientated - family photos everywhere which I liked. Also, all the books available. I brought my kindle but if you are a reader and forget to bring it, you won't be lost....lots of books and variety of authors to choose from. I am an avid reader so enjoyed looking through the bookshelves Amazing space for the price we paid. Won't be our last visit. Will definitely be back.

NOTHING NOT TO DISLIKE HOWEVER A personal preference found the pillows for bed too soft so if don't like super soft pillows, bring your own. Again, didn't not like this but the heating constantly on and controlled by turning the radiators off/up and/or down. Even in Feb we had all radiators off as it was very, very cosy. Even so, we had the air con on in bedroom before bed so it was a cooler space before bed. So place is cosy.

Lovely apartment with nice furniture. Comfy bed and couch. Nice and cozy. Full Skye package. Terrace with hot tub was fun and enjoyed sitting up there under the stars with the fairy lights. Beautiful and peaceful sounding country side. We found plenty to do and spend an afternoon and the nearby Kinross Activity Center and then went for a lovely pub mean at the Kirkstyle pub at our host Juliet’s recommendation. It’s was my husbands birthday and we were kindly given an early check in and were surprised with a bottle of fizz and a birthday card. Lovely place to stay with some unexpected special touches made for a really lovely weekend. Highly recommend this place.

Due to the host experiencing some unforeseen circumstances we couldn’t stay at the Granary but the host was absolutely amazing and couldn’t have been any nicer, we were offered to reschedule, or she would find an alternative, which she did, or a full refund. Will definitely book again.

We had a magical weekend at the Granary. Escaping the busy city to relax in the steamy hot tub, cook in the well equipped kitchen and watch films on the huge screen. Everything was just perfection!

This place is amazing! It's full of charm and character, the roof top hot tub is magical under the stars with fairy lights running along the terrace. We came for 2 nights and wished we booked for longer. Its the perfect place to recharge and enjoy the facilties and the beautiful surroundings. I can't leave a review without mentioning the wonderful hosts, so warm and attentive as mentioned in previous reviews, the lovely person touches and complimentary chocolates and fizz made it extra special ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Juliet’s place. The cottage was cosy but very spacious. We really enjoyed the hot tub and felt right at home. Juliet was friendly, helpful and gave great recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. 100% would recommend, especially to couples for a romantic weekend away in the countryside.

We have had an amazing time staying here. The location is very convenient for Edinburgh, Perth and The Cairngorms meaning you're never short of anything to do. Helpfully there is local guide books laid out on arrival to really help plan your stay. The accommodation itself was spotless and extremely well set up for guests with everything covered including the welcome bottle of chilled prosecco and chocolates, the hot tub amenities kit and plenty of towels/robes. The hot tub has a completely private feel and stunning views onto the hillside meaning you can relax completely in peace and the extra large bed with aircon in the room gives an amazing night's sleep! Juliet and Bruce were very friendly and more than happy to accommodate any requests and gave some great local advice of places to eat. All in all, this has been the best AirB&B experience we've had and will definitely be looking to rebook in the future!

it was like stepping in to a home-from-home. every detail was carefully thought out. felt so relaxed and comfortable and Juliet was so welcoming.

honestly - nothing! the Wi-Fi could be a little slow, but it’s totally to be expected given the location. in fact, it was probably a blessing having little signal!

Wow what an incredible stay! Juliet was amazing during our stay, really friendly and responsive and gave us helpful suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Nothing was too much, and she responded to our queries fast! The hot tub was great, especially after a day of exploring! We used it each night, having the fairy lights on whist looking out over the fields was magical! The kitchen and bedroom was very clean and well equipped, the bed was comfy and the living room was fantastic, with lots of space to sit and a large TV. Thank you for our fizz and chocolates, we will definitely be back! ☺️

We loved our few days away here! Was so nice and peaceful and had beautiful views including seeing the sheep and horses whilst in the hot tub relaxing. There was nothing i disliked

Just home from a lovely long weekend at Newhill Granary and what a fabulous stay we had. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we felt at home. Our host, Juliet, was easily contacted, friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. She left us a lovely welcome pack including Prosecco and chocolates (yummy), towels, robes and flip flops for use in the hot tub! The place was spotless and cosy. Peaceful and quiet (just what you’d expect from the countryside). The only disturbance and this is not a criticism, was the noise of the cows at feeding time, no long lie for me! The hot tub was exceptional and exactly what the Dr ordered. We were out in the countryside but you were in Milnathort in less than 10 mins and Kinross another few mins from there where there were a few shops and places to eat. All in, we had the most wonderful time away and I would highly recommend Newhill Granary to anyone! 5*

My stay at Newhill Granary was brilliant. I'd booked it as a weekend away to relax and switch off and it ticked all the boxes. The hosts were lovely and left a welcome gift which was much appreciated and a nice touch. It's such a spacious rental and the hot tub and jacuzzi bath make it almost a spa break! Will definitely be back.

Amazing place to stay

The property was the perfect combination of beautiful, quirky, spacious and cozy. The hot tub was super easy to use too as it didn’t need turned on or anything it was just ready to go and it has a beautiful view when sitting in it! The owners seemed really lovely and welcoming as well. The property was also kept nicely warm too.

Nothing! The only thing I would say is that the drive can be a bit tricky in bad whether due to being country roads.

Juliet was the perfect host. Location was quiet and remote which was exactly what we wanted. Property was equipped with anything you could possibly need from SkyTV (Movies and Sports), piano, fully equipped kitchen to flipflops and a speaker for the hot tub. The bottle of fizz and chocolates were a lovely touch. We couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Amazing property in a beautiful location! The perfect house for a couples getaway, great kitchen for cooking, cosy living room and amazing hot tub on the decking. Bottle of Prosecco left for us on arrival which was a lovely extra. We would 100% recommend this stay!

The granary was excellent. Every last detail was thought about. From Prosecco in the fridge to flip flops to get to hot tub. So clean. Hot tub was brilliant. Absolutely can’t fault it. So we’ll equipped. Will definitely be back.

We had an amazing time at this place. The house was exactly as described and depicted in the pictures, and even more impressive and cosy in real life. Juliet and her husband found us a space to leave our bikes as well and provided awesome recommendations! The hot tub and the jacuzzi and amazing if you want to relax in the evenings, and they even left us a nice bottle of Prosecco to share. All in all probably one of the best experiences I’ve had staying at an Airbnb!

My wife and I stayed here for a week and found that it was so easy to travel to various different locations and sightsee, it was very quiet and amenities were very good. Loved the personal touches of the chocolates and bubbly on arrival and sitting relaxing in the hot tub at nights star gazing.

We just returned from Juliets place and we were sad to leave. We found the location to be very convenient to explore the eastern side of Scotland. The place is absolutely beautiful with lots of character, more than well equipped and super comfortable. We felt transpoted to a Jane Austin novel! In our experience, the place transpires tranquility and inspiration. The perfect little retreat! Juliet and her partner couldn't have been more friendly, helpful & generous. The Place was very tidy and clean! It was in such a good location for being out the city but close enough if you wanted to drive in and explore! The place had everything we needed in it and more! The hosts were lovely the whole time! Would happily come back!

Property was superbly presented and spotlessly clean. Pre arrival info was excellent and our host and property owner was on hand to welcome us on the evening of our arrival. This is a perfect spot to relax & take time out in peace & tranquility yet close enough to stunning scenery and golf courses. The Granary has all modern high quality appliances yes retains is ‘country residence’ feeling.

EV charger good but no mention of how payment is to be made. no method of recording use, so suggest keeping a log and pay at end. Current system of estimating not good. Perhaps blurb should tell people to record use for payment. Should mention in blurb that access to hot tub through window or walk round outside.

Facilities were excellent, pretty much anything you need is included. Hot tub was great, jacuzzi bath was very nice, location was great too. Owners of the property were very welcoming (Juliet even came to find us when we couldn't find the property, the turnoff is easily missed)

There was so much to love during this stay! The space itself was so amazing and there is absolutely everything you would need for your stay. The place was beautiful and clean yet had such a homely feel. The extra touches from the hosts were so appreciated and made the whole feel of the place even more welcoming. The jacuzzi bath was incredible and only slightly second to the amazing hot tub, the absolute best we have had so far. We stayed for three nights but would have had no problem whatsoever staying for much longer. We normally dont go back to the same place twice but we will without doubt be back to stay at the Granary. Absolute 5 star!

This stay was absolutely amazing from how clean it was to all the amazing amenities all the way to the little touches like the bathrobes, speaker and milk in the dridge! The inside was absolutely stunning and the hot tub on the roof terrace was like a dream! The little fairy lights on the roof and the bottle of Prosecco waiting for us on arrival just made everything so much more cosy and amazing. The area is super quiet but not too far from pubs and towns. The kitchen was honestly too die for and the hosts were super helpful and accommodating! I would go back in a heartbeat!!

We had a wonderful stay here, a nice peaceful getaway in beautiful surroundings. The house was lovely and warm with so many amenities, Juliet really has thought of everything. We made use of the hot tub every day, and even when it was raining outside, we were cosy indoors entertaining ourselves with board games and books. The kitchen was a delight to cook in. Me and my boyfriend were for the long weekend and had an absolute wonderful time, just what we needed. The place is massive for 2 but not that we are complaining!! The personal touches really add to the place especially the Prosecco that the host left for us on our arrival! We’ll definitely be booking again.

Was such an amazing place to stay! My boyfriend and I had a lovely peaceful weekend in this amazing granary. The host were exceptional and provided us with everything we needed to know before arrival. The hosts also recommended amazing restaurants, like the green hotel, where we had the best mac and cheese we have ever tasted! The granary was absolutely spotless on arrival, the hosts done an amazing job sticking to the Covid guidelines. Was such a beautiful place to say and we will definitely be back!

Our thanks to Juliet and Bruce for a lovely stay (3 nights) in this wonderful and luxurious retreat. We love the area around Loch Leven and this was the perfect place from which to enjoy it. Stylish, spacious and full of great touches - not to mention the jacuzzi and sun terrace which were firm favourites.

Would give 10 stars if I could! Absolutely incredible stay, value, and venue. Juliet was so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. In fact, everyone we met on site was absolutely lovely. We were so grateful for all the wonderful hospitality we received and truly fell in love with the Granary. We will definitely be hoping to stay again! Thank you so much for such a wonderful break away, and sharing your beautiful home with us. We really treasured the time there and memories created. Hope to stay with you again in the future and have already recommended very highly to our nearest and dearest!
