Nothing considering they said they have a cleaner it was unclean the bedding smelt we had to use our own blanket the landlord was abit funny he was rude the electric tripped from the toaster was stuck with no electric for awhile , no bleach for toilets! the shower was to hot , front never had a ashtray for smokers! the whole caravan smelt funny there was a horrible odour

Very clean and homley everything you'd need, short walk to beach and all amenities. Loved it.

Caravan was very clean and comfortable, all bedding was clean and looked after, there was plenty of decent cleaning equipment to keep on top of the hoovering and cleaning during our stay to keep it nice and tidy, this is great after a beach day and little sandy feet run in. The Haven site is a good location, we didn't have passes but we would definitely look at getting them next time it looked fab.

There was a ring doorbell on top of the caravan that made us feel like we could be watched, we had small children who liked to run around the balcony naked so it felt like an invasion of privacy, we didn't know if it worked or not or was switched on for our stay but it was a little bit concerning when we have naked toddlers playing on the balcony. Our hopes was that it was turned off but we never truly knew. The only other problem we encountered was the oven was extremely slow at cooking and very small with not many trays in the caravan so we did end up running out to get chips from the local chips shop twice to make up for not being able to cook quickly or enough at a time.

Very clean modern caravan comfortable and all amenities could ask for WI-FI was excellent a must for mum who can’t get out but enjoyed the week relaxing lovely gem of a caravan. Great value a great week and great weather 😃

We loved the dog friendly beach . We also liked the dog activity park. We stayed in an owners caravan .

Easy to find. Good facilities in the accommodation and location.

Bedroom could of had a deeper clean but communal areas very clean.

Our stay was absolutely amazing . the caravan was lovely and clean and had everything you need. also quite a comfy bed which is quite surprising. all bedding was clean. 5 minutes to shops and to activities. and host was very responsive if you need any help . would definitely stay again 🙂

Get family get away. Bit of a walk in to cleethorpes. No ce and quite at night.

Was home from home, linen smelt lovely, very clean and was fully equipped with everything i needed. Enjoyed the patio area as the weather was glorious, was a fantastic stay, enjoyed all the surroundings and wildlife! Will be booking again

Booked caravan for work and was spot on

FIVE STAR!! Highly recommended!!! HUGE value for money. Extremely spacious. Gorgeous and comfortable bed and bedding. Has a COFFEE MACHINE and they supplied us with a Costa coffee pod & milk! The children’s rooms are absolutely beautiful, with adorable touches such as bedding and lamps. So much wardrobe space for each bedroom. The heating works really well so gets nice and toasty. The veranda was lovely with a plush seating area. Two toilets which is really handy. And the bathroom is HUGE!!! Making getting washed and ready easy!

It was a nice stay, caravan a few minutes to the beach. Apart from a few bathroom issue it was clean, shower excellent, comfy bed, cosy living area, and had everything u would need in the kitchen. Loads of room for a family holiday and bonus dog friendly! We would recommend The Fry fish and chips shop a few minutes drive from caravan park, Olivers at seafront for breakfast and loads more outside the park.

It was a lovely mini getaway, it was clean, great location and perfect for what we needed it for. We really appreciated the extra little touches that were included such as milk and jam sachets, toilet roll, and having a little instruction sheet with the WiFi password and useful information on. Was a little disappointed that we couldn't access the Haven site due to them not doing day passes anymore, but that wasn't the hosts fault. Overall really enjoyed our stay and would recommend for others to book!

Absolutely everything. The caravan was absolutely stunning so clean no issues at all. Didn't want to come home. The cost was amazing such a bargain. The facilities on site were excellent. Not far of a walk to beach either. Definitely will be back and recommend to family and friends. Thank you so much
