Close to Restaurants and beach ,well maintained , clean and comfortable

We had no beach towels and there weren't any in the villa

Estancia super recomendable. Fuimos con dos niños y les encantó, querían quedarse más días. Zona muy tranquila y familiar. Casa estupenda, estábamos como en casa. Piscina, jardín e instalaciones muy bonitas para disfrutar en familia. La propietaria muy amable, sin duda repetiremos cuando podamos. Muchas gracias por todo.

I had an excellent stay at this property! The apartment was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and in a fantastic location within the Roda Beach Resort. The security of the complex gave me peace of mind throughout my visit. The balcony and patio were lovely features, perfect for relaxing and taking in the surroundings. Although I couldn’t use the swimming pool due to the time of year and weather, it looked very inviting and well-maintained. The house was equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, making it feel like a home away from home. the beds were confortable, and heart warming touch by owners to leave milk, water and coffee there for me as welcome pack. Communication with the owners was seamless—they were responsive, helpful, and went out of their way to accommodate my requests. I highly recommend this beautiful town house for anyone visiting the area. I’d gladly stay here again!

everything was perfect

Single beds were uncomfortable - more suited for children than elderly people. Would have liked an extra supply of towels.

The house was lovely and perfect for the four of us with a beautiful garden and pool. Golf course and clubhouse are first class. Laura was an excellent host and was always available on messaging. Thanks!

Loved our stay at your Townhouse in Roda. The whole experience was so straight forward, from start to finish. Such a beautiful house, like new! The grounds are stunning and so well kept! Swimming pool a few steps from the house! Great location staying in Phase 2, as Roda Golf is a large development, Phase 2 is so close to the gate (short walk to town) and a few minutes walk to the clubhouse. Thank you and we will be back 🙂

The location was perfect for our stay. Really relaxing place. Communication from the hosts was perfect. I would definitely recommend.

El recinto privado es espectacular, el Adosado es bastante amplio y muy moderno. La piscina es bastante grande y la terraza muy acogedora Por lo general ha estado genial la estancia Muy recomendable

Vam tenir un problema i ens ho van solucionar molt ràpid. Molt bona atenció

Location very good, well equipped, great place near the pool nice and quiet.place very clean. 2 Bathrooms which was great. Television was good if you wanted to watch as it had all the English channels and also all the sports. Wi-Fi good. 10 minute walk to Roda town. 20 minutes walk to Los Alcazares. Parking good, need a car really. Sea front also 20 minute walk .

Wasn’t anything we didn’t really like, maybe the hedge blocked the pool view but that’s only being really picky. I thought the actual site could do with a small supermarket

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The communication with the owner was 100%. We had some great days to relax.
