Charming 2-Bed House in Middleton Manchester

Perfect for our weekend. Was close to where we were doing a tough mudder and easy to get into the city for dinner and drinks after.

Awful experience. Host confirmed early check in months ago when booking was made. Confirmed again 24hrs before arrival. As we are 30 minutes away I message again and we get told that they had double booked and they could not accommodate us. Unacceptable level of service all round and could have been detrimental to our weekend. Fortunately we found an alternative via booking. com. Do not book this airbnb, I look at the reviews and see we are not the only ones this has happened too.

TV Downstairs & in each bedroom. All kitchen bits you’d need. Ice in freezer & some sauces ect. Shower gel & toothpaste too nice touch. Nice estate & nice building.

Moldy shower & tiles. Letters everywhere. Location wasn’t great didn’t know how to open the gate to get to the shops so had to use Ubers. Milk was 2 weeks out of date in the fridge.

We booked travelnest for a night and I texted them before the due date and I didn't receive any response. When we got there, as I was looking for check-in instructions, noticed that the instructions are not sent to us and the host wasn't responding. While waiting, someone came out of the property and said they have booked the property for the night. After waiting for 3 hours, it was figured out by Airbnb support that the house was double booked. It was too irresponsible of the host which ruined our day and vacation. Not recommended at all. It can cost you missing a very important occasion as it did for us and ruined our plans.
